Sonoran Sun 2BR - Fullt ombyggt 2018

Detta är en vacker 2 BR-enhet i East-byggnaden. Fullt ombyggt under 2018. Nya golv, duschar, skåp, granitbänkar, inventarier, färg, däckmöbler och mer! Allt du behöver för en fantastisk strandsemester. Det finns två sovrum, båda med kungssängar. Varje sovrum och vardagsrummet har en stor smart platt-TV med tillgång till Netflix, etc. och en DVD-spelare. Vi erbjuder Directv med ALLA filmkanalerna och NFL Sunday Ticket! Living Room har också en hårddisk med över 400 filmer att välja mellan och en Xbox-spelare. Det stora sovrummet har ett litet hemmakontor med PC och skrivare. Det har också ett hotell som är säkert. Köket är fullastat med granitbänkar och apparater i rostfritt stål. Vi har både filtrerat vatten (RO-system för diskbänk och ismaskin) samt en bubbla med varmt / kallt vatten. Vardagsrummet har även sektionssoffa med utdragbar soffa i full storlek. Rum för luftmadrass på golv. Alla apparater och tvättstuga med avancerade apparater. Balkongen har en soffa och stoluppsättning samt ett sex-sits matbord. Vår enhet ligger nära hissen på femte våningen med fantastisk utsikt över poolen och strandområdena. Anläggningen har en hälsoklubb, närbutik, restaurang, tennisbana, bar i poolen och badtunnor. Observera att även om vi tillåter upp till 8 gäster, kan det bara vara sex över 12 år, de andra två måste vara 12 eller yngre.

Beautiful quiet condo in a fantastic beach resort

Sonoran Sun is the perfect setting for a quick getaway or a relaxed weekend in Mexico. The resort is beautifully maintained and secured, and the beach is fantastic. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. And this 5th floor condo is safe, clean and cozy. Absolutely will stay here again!

Spring Break

We spent a week at Steve’s place with our family. It was great. The resort had everything we wanted: heated pool, hot tub, beach, tennis, gym, movies, and a great condo. The condo is comfortable and well stocked, including with all the stuff you need to have fun at the beach. A benefit to this booking was also how responsive and informative Steve was in communicating with us. We were all sad when it was time to head back home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time.

The only surprise was that they had drained three of the four pools for maintenance. We thought we should have been told since the owner had been notified. so the one pool and the hot tub were wall to wall people on the weekend.

We really enjoyed this unit. It was great that it offered pool and beach access. The food at the restaurant on the property was great and the service was on point. The condo layout was perfect for our group. We really appreciated the simple communication with the host. He was very accommodating to our needs. We will diff book this unit again in the future.

We loved our stay at this property! Great views of the water, super clean, like new furnishings and comfy beds. And the patio is wonderful overlooking the beach and pools. Definitely one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. All the highly rated reviews are well deserved. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing condo!

We were there for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Sonoran Sun Is one of the best properties, and other than units that are right on the grass near the pool, I think that this unit is one of the nicest in the building from what we saw of other friends units while we were there. Just a great place to relax for several days.

Weekend Getaway

Went too Puerto peñasco for a relaxing weekend getaway, and it sure was. Steve place was wonderful, great view, it made for having coffee from the balcony so enjoyable. Cleaningness was excellent, and getting hold of Steve was quick and easy. Thank you Steve for everything.

Weekend Getaway

We were very happy with our stay. There was a little miscommunication at the start but the owner responded immediately and remedied the problem. The condo was well stocked, well furnished, clean & comfortable. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, such a great view! We will be looking to rent this one again in the future.

Perfect weekend escape

Everything about Steven’s place was perfect, from start to finish! The condo was fantastic with two comfy king beds and a great view from a huge balcony! The resort was clean, staff were friendly, and drinks were great. We all had an amazing time and would definitely rent this condo again!
