The highlight of this beach house is the spectacular ocean view that can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, dining area, and mahogany deck. Whales, sailboats, and shoals of fish can often be spotted in the water. The large windows let in abundant natural light and provide a panoramic view of the sparkling ocean. The open-plan living/dining room features comfortable sofas, chairs, and a dining table, while the upstairs TV room features a sectional sofa with a large flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils and cookware to prepare delicious meals. Outside on the mahogany deck, there is a propane-powered barbeque.

There are three bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds, and one with two twin beds. The master has an adjoining room that can be used as a den/office or space for small children to sleep. All are situated on the lower level.

The outdoor space features a spacious deck that overlooks the ocean and provides the perfect setting for grilling and enjoying morning coffee. The deck is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a dining table, and a queen-sized day bed.
