Kitchen – Fully stocked, combination Keurig drip / pod coffee maker, all the small gadgets.
Private Courtyard – Completely fenced, ample and comfortable seating, grill, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

Saint Philip Square is an award-winning collection of 6 historic buildings meticulously curated to enhance your stay in Charleston. The Cottage is one of seventeen unique rentals. The grounds feature outdoor garden areas with fountains, dining areas, fire tables and outdoor grills. In the evening, this oasis sparkles with outdoor lighting, making it the perfect place for nightcaps after a day of exploring.

Access to The Wonderer, an exclusive adult-only resort downtown Charleston 2.6 miles away from Saint Philip Square (guests 25+ only; no one under 21 permitted at the pool).
Olympic-sized heated pool (cabana rentals available).

Onsite bars, restaurant, and workspaces.

House Rules:
No parties or events without written approval.
No amplified music.
No smoking inside.
Pets allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-refundable fee)
Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
Please return all items and furniture to their original locations.
The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
