この2ベッドルームの湾岸のフロントタウンハウスは、家族でビーチを楽しむのに最適な場所です。 On The Beachはインレットビーチに位置し、30A沿いにある唯一のスポットの1つで、つま先が砂の中に入るまでわずか2歩でアクセスできます。

正面玄関を歩くと、全体的にナチュラルカラーの趣のある装飾と堅木張りの床に迎えられます。 1階にはたくさんのカウンタースペースがある広いキッチンがあります。 広いオープンリビングルームには、薄型テレビとエメラルド色の海岸の海を見渡すスライド式のガラス扉のほか、寝室用ソファーとラブシートがあります。 ダイニングエリアはリビングルームのすぐそばにあり、バーで6席と2席を用意しています。 また、バーベキューグリルや椅子付きのテーブルがあるパティオで美しい一日を過ごすこともで��ます。 1階にはハーフバスルーム、洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。

Nice location, it rained everyday we where there. Patio door didn't lock correctly, maintence fixed but still did not work. they did put a stick in door for us for safety.

when you go to the beach, you want to be nearby good restaurants, good entertainment, and the water and on the beach you were literally on the beach three steps down 50 yards to the water easy access less than two minutes to some of the finest restaurants at Inlet beach

Loved location right on beach & close to conveniences. Smooth check-in. Essentials were clean, master bed comfortable, but several things would keep us from staying here again.Kitchen drawer was dirty & used as “junk” drawer (photo attached). Two fry pans had handles ready to fall off. Kitchen in general was very disorganized. Much of the cookware & utensils needed replacing. Appliances showing age & would benefit from replacement.Kitchen needed better organization & stocking. Lacked basic essential. Something as simple as salt and pepper were not supplied.“Game” closet in living room was full of junk (see photo).Dining room chairs very loose & unsafe to sit on.Master bath faucets had terrible water pressure.Upstairs patio furniture had no cushions, making them impossible to sit on without sliding off.Plastic Adirondack chairs were cracked (see photo).BBQ grill grates very dirty with no brush to clean with.Beach gear storage area full of dead flies (see photo)No screens on patio doors making it difficult to leave the doors open without bugs getting in. Also should be noted that beach is not private & a company hosts bonfire gatherings. Generally respectful & ends by 10pm, but guests seeking total privacy should be aware.Management company was responsive & sent maintenance over promptly who took care of low water pressure, loose fry pan handles & loose dining room chairs.Overall, loved the location but disappointed by condition of condo relative to price.

The location was amazing. Publix and Walmart are very close by. The walk out to beach was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded. Plenty of things to do nearby. We will be booking again in the future.

We loved being so close to the beach with a wide open view all across the beach facing side of the house. The layout is spacious and comfortable and there was seating in the den area (one of the sofas) that faces the view of the beach. Check in was super easy and overall helpful using an access code for the door and not keeping up with keys (or key card).

We (2 adults, 3 kids) have been staying along 30A for years, and generally rent a full house for privacy. This year, we decided to try a condo directly on the beach. We were choosing between 5-6 properties along 30A and settled on this one. We made the right decision! The beach is the same white sugar sand we love -- and it was right outside of our door. Down two steps and you're on the dune, another few steps, and you're on the beach. Public access is just to the left of the units, so when you go to the beach, veer to the right for a bit more privacy. Having said that, the beach is NOT busy compared to other areas. The views from the living room and master balcony are spectacular, day and night. And while it was a condo instead of a house, we never heard a peep from our neighbors and it felt like we were in a house. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious. I have no complaints. If I'm digging, maybe some new cookware, but we were fine. During the week the wifi went out and the leasing agent was on it and helped us fix it right away. I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit or any unit in the complex again, and likely will do so in the future. FANTASTIC property. We had a memorable time and loved this condo.

Such a perfect stay!

Absolutely loved it here. Nothing beats walking right out into the beach. Cute, charming place and we were very comfortable. There were some appliance issues during our stay and management was very prompt to resolve the issues. We will definitely stay again!

On the beach

The view was awesome. The house was great.The kitchen needs some pot holders, coffee cups, spatula and the teflon fry pan needs to be replaced.

Our Favorite Spot on 30A

We always love Inlet and Rosemary, but this is our favorite location--right on the sand, the sound of the waves waking you up in the morning. Nice kitchen, comfy beds, great TV and couches--nothing but good things to say about this place!

We had a great time overall. There are a few things that needs some one's attention. There was no seasoning at all, including salt and pepper. All the knives were dull and no means to sharpen them. Fix the crack in the concrete on the back patio.

We loved our stay and couldn't have asked for a better appointed condo literally 5 steps from the beach. It was pure heaven and someplace I would, and have recommended. We cooked dinner in every night as there was a seafood market and Publix just down the road, which is super convenient! Our only two negative comments were the couple staying next to us to the left, smoked like chimneys on their back patio and I am very allergic to cigarette smoke so spent a lot of time stuffy and puffy. Not fun. The other was that we wished the back doors had screens so we could leave at least the top open at night since there are no windows that face the beach. Once you close the doors you can't hear the ocean at all and when we go to the beach it's nice to have the waves to fall asleep to. Other than that, absolutelty lovely stay! Thank you.

Perfect place

The location is amazing. Best spot right at the beach. The beds are comfy. The kitchen has everything you need for two people. If you are more people it could have more cups and teespoons. Overall our stay with beach view was great!

Beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed a week in Paradise! The linens and towels were very clean and everything was in good shape. It is so convenient to be steps from the beach. Our monitor reached for the baby which was a plus for nap time! This is our fifth year coming to Inlet Beach and we love staying in these kind!

On the beach was a perfect place for our summer beach vacation. The easy access to the water and white sand really made our week memorable. The townhouse was spacious and very comfortable. The patios provided great spaces to watch the schools of fish go by and the dolphins playing. Perfect weather and the emerald water and white sand made a perfect week on the beach. 🏖️❤️👍😃

Great house but………

First the positives. The house was great. Very clean and easy to get to. Property managers were very nice and easy to communicate with. No complaints at all about the house. The negative is that the beach directly in front of the property is “public” beach and nowhere in the description of the property was this stated. From having to wake up at 6am every morning in order to just get a spot by the water, to the daily harassment by the county “code enforcement officers”. I was told a different set of “rules” everyday by a different code enforcement officer as to how close our small canopy could be to the water. Each day it was a different rule and was very arbitrarily enforced. Had i known the beach was public and could be used by anyone not staying at property i wouldve stayed elsewhere.
