Great Condo

Great vacation condo

The condo and location was great. The pool, hot tub, and amenities in the condo were all as described and in good condition. We will definitely be planning our next visit to PCB with this condo.

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

We had a great time at this property. First family vacation we had taken in 10+ years and we couldn't have asked for a better spot in Panama City Beach. Overall, PCB was extremely busy and crowded, but the beach in front of this condo was much less busy than the areas directly east and west on the beach. Walking distance away from Pineapple Willy's either on the beach or on the sidewalk! Thanks for a great stay.

Family Vacation

The condo was very very nice. Lots of room and each bedroom had their own bathroom which was extremely nice. Very nice walk in tiled showers. A very homey feeling. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

Over all great stay!

First time on the Gulf Coast. First 2 days the water was Perfect and then a rain storm came we had a few days of double RED flags. But Can't wait to go back next year!!

That view!!

This was our first time time staying at PCB for 2 weeks in March. Loved this condo so much!! The views, the decor, cleanliness, beach access and the beach service provided and beautiful walk in showers for each bedroom. The balcony was so spacious. We enjoyed many sunsets from there.

Perfect Week

The pictures dont do it justice. The condo was beautiful clean and spacious. The balcony gave a perfect water view to watch the marine life go by. We were lucky to have a full moon that made the waves sparkle. The water was clean warm and enough waves to play in. A perfect week was had and the location couldnt be better.

Killer views in a Luxury Condo

We had a great week in the Long Beach condo. The views were amazing! The bathrooms were incredible, and it was well appointed in the kitchen. The property manager was very helpful, and made our check in easy. I loved the security at the resort. A great week!

Relaxation Paradise

A beautiful condo on the beach, that had gorgeous ocean views from each bedroom, a spacious area for a family to enjoy together and a relaxing deck view to listen to the ocean. The property manager had exceptional communication skills throughout the entirety of our trip and always wanted my family and me to enjoy our stay and make it a memorable vacation. HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone and would go back!

Wonderful views

The property is very well kept. The staff there were all very friendly and helpful. The condo itself was wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was huge with plenty of room to spread out. The view of the ocean was wonderful. The rental process was very easy and Bill was very prompt with his replies. The kitchen had plenty of silverware and anything else you would need.

We will be back

We were so happy with this property and the condo was perfect for the 7 of us. Only complaint is that the dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes and the front master shower tile needs a deep cleaning due to the constant humidity. We still highly recommend this condo.

One of the nicest condo's we've stayed at in the 35 years of visiting the beach. Well stocked and clean the furnishings were perfect. Porch furniture was the nicest and most comfortable I've seen. There were two small issues we were made aware of by the Owner BEFORE we arrived and they were taken care of during our stay. There are multiple pools that we enjoyed with our grandson the entire week. The elevators are new and they worked great. If you've ever been at a condo whose elevators didn't work great you will appreciate this. Security on site and close to everything you will need. 5+ stars ****** Thanks Bill!

Amazing

From the moment we walked in, we knew this would be an amazing week. Everything was spotless and the view was incredible. Each bedroom had a large bathroom and access to balcony. Everything and anything you would need was already in this unit...we just added our family and food. Bill was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Access to the beach was flawless, the pools and hot tubs were great. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone...especially w a large family.

Relaxing Getaway

This condo with three bedrooms was perfect for our family getaway on spring break. It was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location far enough from Pier Park to be away from all the spring breakers, but close enough for a quick drive for shopping and adventure. The beach is beautiful and the condo provides gorgeous views from all three bedrooms and the main living area. This was our second stay at this complex and we definitely will be back. I especially like that the parking area is gated and the security guards walked the grounds often. The property manager was quick to reply with any questions. The only suggestion I would have is to add a pack-n-play for the convenience of guests with a baby. A child safety rail for the bed was a nice addition for our older grandchild. Other than that, the condo had everything we could ask for!

Very Nice Condo

The condo overall was great. There was two adults and two kids. It was great everyone had their own room and bathroom. It was clean, easy access and great view of the beach. Kitchen well equipped and great to have laundry too. Only downfall is the baby cockroach I found in the bathroom the first morning. I realize it’s warm climate and to be expected but still got to me. Other issue was two smoke detectors needed batteries on our stay so we were woken to the beeping at 2 am. Hard to go back to sleep. No one’s fault but management may want to change them regularly. Note about beach chairs. Didn’t realize there were assigned chairs. So check in with the hut before you stake your claim. We found out the hardest and had to move all our stuff. Overall it was great. Wish weather could be better but the view and sound of the ocean everyday was spectacular. Make sure to watch the sunsets…amazing.

Honest review

Family of 7 stayed end of June for 1 week. Excellent condo, well stocked, clean and just like the pictures. Bill the owner was great with communication and responded quickly to any questions. The view is awesome. 2 bedrooms and main living area have access to main balcony and the other bedroom has its own small private balcony. While the condo was excellent the resort was just OK. Definitely showing signs of age and some areas in need of repair/upgrades. One of the elevators was continually breaking down. The restroom by the pool was really in distress and only one of the jets in the main hot tub was working, the rest were all broken. We had a lot of thunderstorms the week we were there and the pools were closed and and gates locked but there was no Staff /security around to ask questions and many guests were confused. The beach is wonderful (unfortunately for us the water was closed much of the week for dangerous RIP tides) it is also not crowed compared to the other areas near us. Bottom line I would definitely stay here again if I needed all the room but would look for a different resort if I only needed a 2 bedroom. If they update and fix the pool area/common areas this would be perfect resort to go along with wonderful condo. Easy walk to many places and stores
