Dit is een gloednieuw (2013) thuis! Dekuitzichten op Rappahannock, vriendelijke buren, ontspan in de sfeer van een kleine stad. 2 slaapkamers en uitklapbare bank. 2 baden. 2 verdiepingen. Liever geen huisdieren, maar zal overwegen goed opgevoede, kleine honden, bedankt. Alle apparaten en armaturen nieuw met ruime opslag hele huis beschikbaar. Uitstekende Wifi beschikbaar 3D-TV w / geweldig geluid systeem, dus neem fave cd's, dvd's. Aanbevelingen van de lokale wijn en dineren plaatsen voorzien. Waterman's Park ligt op minder dan een blok verderop. NB dat Urbanna is een uitstekend gebied voor een bezoek WILLIAMSBURG / YORKTOWN / JAMESTOWN naar het zuiden en Washington, DC gebied ten noorden !!!!! Het belangrijkste is CHILLAX! (chill / relax-snap het?). Dat kan een ding zeker in Urbanna zijn. Mijn vrouw en ik hoop dat je genieten van een leuke en ontspannen verblijf @ The Blue Tango!

Chat bot comms

I had multiple communications that I concluded were a Chat-BOT rather than the actual property owner or manager. We tried many times to confer with the owner that there was no means of locking the door to secure this unit, as the keypad did not have an exterior locking function, and the only other door to the house was a deadbolt with no key, meaning there was no way to lock the door from the inside and exit the property. I received only repeat messages that didn’t address the issue. The location was good and the space would be ok for a small group. We had three kids and it was not enough room to spread out without being in everyone else’s space.The second bedroom was off the garage downstairs.

Urbanna weekend

We came to town to visit with friends and enjoy the parade events. The house was perfect for our needs and very well stocked with anything we needed. It was a cold weekend and it would have been very nice to use the gas fireplace in the living room (but it is only for decoration). The house does have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, which isn't in the listing but nice to have. The only negatives were stains on the towels and the Only Entry door was very difficult to lock (we struggled with this each time we left the home).

,everything was good except the steps were were Hard on us as we were 83 yrs old. Also it may help to put things in the bathroom to help getting in and out.

Writing Retreat

This was an amazingly quiet treat for myself. I had views of the river, a quaint walk into the most friendly town with great food choices. I’ll return for sure!

Great small town property

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Tango over Columbus Day weekend. With Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens as our ultimate destinations, this was a perfect midway point to make for a short drive to each park. Although we didn't spend much time in and right around Urbanna, the town was very quaint with beautiful views of the river. Look forward to coming back again soon.

Great getaway!

Lovely little cottage right across from the Rappahannock River. Very quaint area, people there very friendly. Ate at Urbanna Seafood & Market while there. Beautiful setting on the water, and good food!! Highly recommend the Blue Tango!

Placement of the bed in the ground floor bedroom is interesting and difficult to get to the closet other than that a pretty little place. We did enjoy our stay and thank you.

Wonder place to relax and a great deal

This is a perfect place to stay to relax and enjoy great small town feel and good choice of restaurants close by. Will definitely make this a return visit in the future.

Ten Stars!

If I could rate this property 10 stars, I certainly would. The house was exactly as shown in the pics and video, and perfect for our family & friends. We were amazed by the cleanliness and organization of the home in general. The kitchen had everything we needed, utility room was fully stocked with linens and towels, and even has a washer & dryer (we didn’t use it but it was great to have the option if we were staying longer). Water views from the upper deck and property in general are beautiful and good for the soul. We will be back!!

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage,an den Fluss kommt man nur in einem Mini park, ca 100m rechts vom Haus aus gesehen. Supermarkt auch nicht weit entfernt.

Quaint and quiet

Enjoyed our stay at the Blue Tango. Property was very quiet and quaint, and all the town residents were so kind and nice. I walked to the Main Street shops easily and felt safe. Don’t expect a lot of big city amenities; there was 1 small grocery store and no fast food or chain restaurants (which we appreciated). We ate at Little Jimmys, Angelo’s, The Wooden Pickle, and Portside Grill and they were all wonderful! Town was convenient to Yorktown and Williamsburg (45-60 mins), local golf courses, and fishing. The property could be updated slightly; the shower liner was missing and there was some drywall damage and stains in the bathroom. The fan is not very strong so to prevent a lot of steam you basically have to shower with the door or window open so that could be fixed. The bed upstairs is very comfortable (we did not stay downstairs so I can’t speak to that bed). Having a nicely stocked kitchen, and washer and dryer was very convenient. Overall I’d say it was a good stay for the money.

A Perfect Place

Blue Tango in Urbanna, Virginia was the perfect place for our stay. The house was lovely, the neighborhood was beautiful, and it was just a short drive to any place we wanted to be in this lovely little yachting town. We enjoyed the shops, but were very sorry we didn't have time to eat in all the tempting restaurants.

Blue Tango was great

We had a very nice start in Urbanna. The property was nice and description was accurate. Kitchen had everything we needed, needs were comfy and bathrooms clean. Very nice place.

False advertising

If you're looking for a pool or beach DO NOT RENT...it's falsely advertised as having nearby access to both. There is NO beach at the nearby marina and the nearby pool CLOSED at least 2 years ago. I ONLY AND SPECIFICALLY rented this house because of supposed beach/pool access. And when I brought the false claims to the owners attention and asked for some kind of compensation, anything, even late check-out, all he said was "Sorry for any inconvenience". EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED! Also, smoke detectors were inoperable as they were laying on the kitchen counter (waiting for new batteries according to owner).

Home Away From Home

This was our second visit to Blue Tango and it won't be our last! Super comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood with a waterfront park. We love that there are bikes available too!

Dog-Friendly Perfection

I was so happy to find a great property that could accommodate my dog. The fenced side-yard made my dog happy. The location is peaceful and convenient to everything in the area. The house is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a small group.
