Esta unidad de tres recámaras y 3 baños con vista al mar está perfectamente ubicada cerca de la histórica Casa Club Puamana y la piscina del océano. Ambos lanai ofrecen vistas directas del Océano Pacífico y la isla de Lanai. Ven y experimenta Hawaii como un local. Tres habitaciones espaciosas te esperan. Esta unidad cuenta con A / C en todo, internet gratis y TV en la habitación familiar, así como las tres habitaciones. Ven aquí para relajarte, reconectarte con familiares y amigos y disfrutar de la brisa del océano. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo y ventanas de persianas que permiten un flujo de aire máximo.

Una gran sala familiar con asientos generosos y una mesa de comedor para hasta 8 personas se encuentra en la planta baja, pero pasará la mayor parte del tiempo en la cómoda terraza mirando al exuberante paisaje hacia el océano. La cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo y lavadora / secadora también se encuentran en el piso principal. Las tres habitaciones están arriba. Nuestro dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, baño privado y lo mejor de todo, excelentes vistas al océano, especialmente desde la maravillosa terraza. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el dormitorio número tres tiene dos gemelos. Hay un baño completo con ducha / bañera en la parte superior de las escaleras.

Una remodelación completa de esta unidad se completó en noviembre de 2016 con atención al detalle que complacerá a cualquier visitante. ¡¡Ven y velo por ti mismo!!

Wonderful trip with our family!

We came to Maui for our son’s senior trip. This place was perfect! The condo was big enough for us, our 2 teens, & the in-laws. We cooked meals, played cards, played pickle ball, and walked just a few minutes to the beach. Thankfully, this place was stocked with all the necessities, especially beach towels & chairs. We loved this condo and made great memories there!

Perfect Vacay Rental

Location is amazing! Walked to the ocean each morning for a swim. Evening view from balcony is breathtaking. Had coffee and breakfast on the patio and listened to the waves and birds. Communication with property manager was efficient and questions were answered promptly. Check in and check out process was easy. Highly recommend this property.

Great location!

This was an amazing location, so close to Lahaina & easy to get throughout the island. The condo supplies in the kitchen were great. We found this to be a great stay. If I were to be very nitpicking, the bathroom fan was very dusty & got me thinking maybe what else was dirty, however I saw nothing else. The pools need a bit of love that are in the complex, but the oceanside one was so amazing that the love that is needed to it does not even matter. I would say this is one of the best pools I have ever been & been in a lot of epic pools. Overall the actual condo was great for our family & we would for sure stay there again!

Perfect for Families

Puamana is a beautiful condo situated on an amazing property. We enjoyed the beach, pickleball, pools, meals on the lanai, and picking mangos. Our family of 5 with 2 young daughters had plenty of room to roam the gardens, beach front, and historic club house. We also appreciated how secluded the location was while close by to fun restaurants in Lahaina. The property management was kind, responsive, and helpful. We hope to visit this gem again.

MAUI

This was a perfect location for family trip. Grandparents loved to hear and see the ocean from multiple locations in house. Teens loved the actives so close by in town. 4 year old loved beach, pools and lots of kids to play with, In March the whales were very active and you could watch from the beach. There were portable air conditioning units in bedrooms which were somewhat of a nuisance but necessary since it was so warm and humid.. overall great experience

Another Great Stay in Puamana

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have gone to Maui 13 of the last 15 years....always staying in Puamana. It is a great location with good amenities...and you cannot beat the view! APVR does a great job of making sure each unit is prepared for your stay. And if any problem arises, they are prompt to respond. we are alrready booked for 2024!

Maui no ka oi.

This was our 6th trip to Maui and we love this island. This time we travelled with 2 other couples and the rental home fit all of our meeds. It was clean and comfortable We did have issues with the ac and the wifi but all of our issues were promptly addressed by the owner and maintenance staff. We were very pleased overall. Puamana is a pleasant and friendly community.

Puamana delight

The Puamana resort in toto is a scenic, quiet, well located haven that is less than a mile from downtown Lahaina. And the well-appointed, well-equipped and spacious condo is ideally located with a beautiful lanai view of the ocean from the master bedroom. A simple text to management brought a quick response to two minor problems of light bulb out and ice maker clogging. It would be difficult to find a more pleasing and comfortable three bedroom unit in Maui.

Puamana was beautiful.

Great location, nice ocean and sunset views, very clean, ample supplies of towels, well stocked kitchen supplies. Beds were quite comfortable, however none of us found the pillows to be comfortable. We did find the internet quite sketchy, would freeze and totally stop working on a regular basis, quite slow . This did try our teens patience. We contacted the property manager about the slow internet (and non working microwave). We received a voice mail later that day stating that contact was made to the internet service provider and that everything seemed to be working fine. However we continued to have issue the remainder of our stay. Regarding the microwave, the same day we texted our concern, Maintenance arrived at the property and confirmed that the microwave needed to be replaced. When we hadn’t heard back a day later, we texted again, and later that day , a microwave was provided for our use, that was placed on the counter. We were fine with that. We did not receive the final text providing instructions about expectations when leaving (all towels to be put in laundry room, take out trash, dishes to be cleaned, turn off fans and AC) until after we had flown home. We had done some of these things, but would have happily done them all, had we known. Over all we really enjoyed the location. The view was wonderful, we saw many whales from the master bedroom lanai and we were walking distance to front street. There was very prompt response from the property manager and we would not hesitate stay there again. (We would ideally hope there would be less internet disruptions).

We stayed over Xmas with a family of 8 and had a great experience. The property was 20m from the ocean, there were 3 pools in the gated community and a club house. Great spot for sunset drinks . Everything is close, only 2 min drive into Lahaina town

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in Unit 48-4, it was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean when we arrived and everything functioned as needed. It's a wonderful location for the views and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Very close proximity to downtown Lahaina, grocery shopping and other sites. Very friendly staff at the Club House when checking in and answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Management was also wonderful to work with!

Perfecto’

We had very specific requests for a place and trip we wanted to experience. At the end of the day it all worked out very nicely. The booking team was very helpful and responsive. The only suggestion I would like to make is take a picture of the beach items that are available. And toss what is no longer useable. We were completely unaware that we wld have had access to chairs, small ice chest, snorkel gear (minimal), etc. We brought 2 collapsible ice chests and we almost bought chairs from Costco. Overall, beautiful, relaxing, and we will return. Other than that, it was wonderful and we hope to return.

Great location and spacious

We loved the location! It was close to old town Lahaina, Safeway, luau, snorkeling and anything else we needed to stay entertained. We honestly didn’t need to leave this side of the island. The Townhouse was spacious enough for our eight family members. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach and pool. I’d definitely stay there again.

Heaven in Lahaina!

We have come to Maui many times and always stayed at one of the large / well known resorts in Kaanapali. This was the first time we stayed in a house -- and WOW! This property was an absolute gem! We stayed here for a small family reunion. The location was perfect, the community was wonderful and the property was so clean and nice with great amenities! The property manager(s) were great at communication, as well. Will absolutely stay here again in the future! Already planning our next trip. =)

Location location location!

The location of the neighborhood to everywhere we wanted to go was fabulous. The ocean view was even better than pictured. We really enjoyed the lanai in the early morning and in the evening for cocktails and sunset. The clubhouse area for sunset and the pool are steps away as well. The neighborhood has a very relaxing and inviting vibe. Would definitely return to this home!

Great location with water views.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The gated property's location is wonderful, located less than two miles south of downtown Lahaina and just steps to the ocean or community pool with ocean views from both lanais. The townhouse was spacious and well equipped. Lots of bath towels for the 3 bathrooms as well as beach towels for swimming. The shared bathroom upstairs was advertised as having a shower/tub, but it only has a shower. There are no bathtubs in the rental unit, which could be an issue for those with small children (like us).There were plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, etc, with almost all being quite new. The only items we would have liked to have seen replaced/upgraded were the two fry pans. Definitely past their prime.There is a dedicated covered carport for one vehicle adjacent to the property. Our party had two vehicles and we were charged about $10.50 per day by the onsite property management for the second vehicle. We weren't aware of the extra parking charge when booking the unit.There were separate air conditioning controls for each of the three bedrooms as well as the living room, allowing everyone to set their ideal temperature. A nice touch!The beds were quite comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room to put away clothes. We enjoyed the main bedroom's ensuite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower with two separate shower heads. The only negative expressed by everyone in our party was that the bed pillows were not very good quality (a common issue we've found with rental properties).The property was very clean and bright inside with plenty of lighting throughout.The grounds are landscaping beautifully, with plenty of lush, tropical flowering trees and shrubs. The walkway leading from the carport to the front door was full of dropped flowers from the surrounding trees and didn't seem to get picked up by the property landscapers the entire week we were there.Overall, the rent
