This two-story warm, comfortable and clean 3 bed/2 bath condo with newer updated kitchen is beautifully situated overlooking the main fenced pool (Bldg. A) at the Coral Cay Condominiums and It includes an ocean view from the master bedroom. Take advantage of both balconies for the restful sound of the beach or the start of happy hour for work or play. A 2/3-minute convenient walk to Port Aransas beach via private boardwalk.

Currently Covid19 is the new normal and at Coral Cay 206 "Island Time" we are committed to making you and your family's visit safe and less worrisome. The entrance to Coral Cay 206 is private therefor, crowding is at a minimum and Check-In and Check-Out is contactless. Our cleaning staff, besides their normal cleaning procedures, are also completing additional CDC recommended disinfectant protocols and there is hand soap in each of the bathrooms for your convenience.

Golf, fishing, birding, water sports, tennis and fine dining enjoyment are available minutes from this strategically placed property...just bring your suntan lotion and beach towels!! This family friendly unit allows the flexibility of fun on the beach with the kids or a short trip for 9 holes of golf on a newly designed Palmilla Beach Golf Resort.

Perfect getaway location

Loved our stay not only in this unit but in this complex. The unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and the pools are tended everyday. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our toddler had no complaints. Hosts were available for any questions we had. We will be back again Highly recommend staying here! .

Great location !

We stayed at this property for almost a month and it was perfect. Beach was a 3 minute walk and we had a nice view of it from the upper balcony. The airport in Corpus Christi was an easy drive to pick up our guests. The host of the property was absolutely wonderful and easy to communicate with.

Great condo close to the beach!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and just as described. The pool is just steps away and the beach was a short walk. Restaurants were just a short drive. The balconies also offered a great view. No complaints and we would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic Stay!

This was my first time to Port A, and I was bring 3 teenage girls. We had a blast! The place was clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed to cook our meals. The pool on the property was great! But best of all, it was easy access to the beach. Rich was very helpful and we truly had a great stay. We will be back for sure!

Wow!

We have stayed in Rich’s condo several times, and I am always amazed by how thoughtfully it is managed. I’m used to being able to cook some pretty sophisticated meals, but this time we realized that there’s no need to buy or bring most beach supplies—the closet on the balcony has chairs, balls and frisbees, sand castle supplies, a cooler and a large shibumi shade to make your day fun and easy. Kid friendly weekend getaway

Being from Louisiana, this was our first Texas beach trip and the only thing we wish was different was a longer stay! The property was clean and had such a cute vibe, not to mention anything you could possibly need and a pool right off the balcony for the littles! The beach was just a short walk away and the water was beautiful and clean. Everyone we met in town was so nice and we can’t wait to come back to Port A for a longer stay! Rich was super attentive to every need we had and I’m so grateful we got to stay in his awesome beach getaway!

Hello, my name is Rich and I have been making people feel welcome for nearly nineteen years in the rental market, worked with a major airline for over 17 years providing exceptional customer service and have a great passion for watersports, kite boarding, TX beaches and the warm surf. I also volunteer locally at the non-profit ARK (Animal Rehabilitation Keep), assisting and supporting the local and migratory birds and sea turtles. I am excited about what Coral Cay #206 "Island Time" has to offer you and my goal is to make your visit accommodating and enjoyable.

The condo complex is very well maintained and has plenty of FREE close parking for your boats, cars or buggies. The property is near to great restaurants and everything Port Aransas has to offer, not to mention a short walk to the boardwalk and over the dunes to one of the best beaches in Texas for warm ocean surf.

The Coral Cay Condominium complex amenities are abundant. Its beachfront location is ideal; there are two inviting pools (closest pool near 206 heated during the winter months)., pickel ball court, an activity/meeting room, shuffle board, palapa with picnic and barbecue area and the convenience of on-site coin operated laundry.
