Onze eerste verdieping unit is gelegen in Laurel Court met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. 6 slaapplaatsen. Steenworp afstand van ons privé zwembad en het strand. ~ 1100 m² unit met volledig vernieuwde keuken, afgeschermde veranda met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Parkeren recht tegenover. Unit uitgerust met GRATIS HiSpeed draadloze internetservice, 3 flatscreen-tv's. Kingston is 145 hectare groot prive-resort aan zee dat het allemaal op het terrein heeft, weg van het centrum van Myrtle, maar dichtbij genoeg voor toegang tot alles. Beddengoed en toeslagen inbegrepen in uw huur zonder extra kosten. We hebben strandstoelen, parasol, koelers en zandspellen voor gebruik tijdens uw verblijf.

Great stay, great host

We really enjoyed our time at this location. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and communication from Amy was excellent. The instructions for everything were great as well, including how to get in and out with backup plans, internet and TV connections, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family trip

Beautiful property. Condo pictures are accurate and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils, plates, etc. Shrt walk to the beach and just a few doors down from a pool. Kingston plantation is a great place for extended family to vacation together and still have space with individual condos. Would definitely stay again.

Nice location. Felt very safe in gated community. Unit was clean and comfortable. Unit is right beside pool so in the summer that's great. Short walk to beach. Chairs and boogie boards already in unit and free to use were nice. Owners were great to work with. Would stay again.

Great stay at Kingston Plantation!

We enjoyed our week at the condo! The resort is just beautiful and well maintained. Beach is an easy 5 minute walk past a pond with ducks, which our kids enjoyed feeding. The pool is very clean and just steps away from the condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and stocked with the necessities. The floor plan was ideal for us-a family with young children. Amy, the owner, was wonderful to work with. We met so many nice people on our trip and can't wait to come again next year!

an oasis on the beach

Kingston plantation is an oasis by the sea. it is beautifully maintained with lots of mature trees and palms The condo was pretty much as depicted in the photos. it was clean nicely beachly decorated. made ypu feel at home. it was quite well furnished with lots of towels bed clothes dishware etc most of all it was only five minutes walk to a lovely beach for walking and sun bathing everything was close by shopping groceries and all. our host was very attentive and very nice ,always at our service for whatever we needed overall we were quite happy to be there.

Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property! The check-in process was super-easy, communication was excellent, the condo had everything we needed, and the amenities at the resort were fabulous! The view overlooking the lake was beautiful and the pool was so close and not too crowded! We walked down to the beach daily and we were able to use the beach toys, wave boards, and chairs. I would definitely recommend this property for families! It truly has everything you need!
