Casa unifamiliare situata nel cuore di Ocean City. Completamente rinnovato nel 2014. 4 camere da letto / 2 bagni casa a due piani con garage sottostante per il parcheggio. La nostra casa è adatta agli animali domestici e ha anche un cortile recintato !! Il piano terra è un garage con un sacco di spazio per tutti i tuoi giochi da spiaggia. Il secondo livello ha una cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Ci sono anche due camere da letto a questo livello. Il primo ha un letto matrimoniale e il secondo ha due letti a castello con rotelle. C'è un bagno completo anche a questo livello. Il terzo piano ha altre due ampie camere da letto e un bagno completo in comune. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV.

Home si trova a North Ocean City ed è a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti tra cui Layton's on 92nd, Lombardis, Kirby's, Liquid Assets, Blue Fish, The Bull on the Beach e Coffee Beanery.

La nostra casa è anche a pochi passi dal parco di Little Salisbury situato sulla baia di 94th street. Questo parco ha un parco giochi, un campo da basket, campi da tennis e un parco per cani.

Grill needs cleaned.

The property was fine, the outside areas need attention. the Grill was so filthy it caught fire when i went to use it and was a real hazard! the deck needs boards replaced due to the pine needles laying on the deck and clogging the gutters. The insides were nice enough but could not use the code provided to lock the doors. The Hotel next this property is a issue when they fill up. We went on the off season and had parking issues. Yes there is 3 garage spots. The HVAC units were challenge to control do to location of the thermostats. If the branches were trimmed the ocean would be on full view. We enjoyed our stay and only make these comments to improve this property. thanks.

Family celebration

4 generations of our family celebrated several milestones. The property was set up to make this enjoyable while keeping pets and toddler safe. We are planning to make this a yearly event!

Beach heaven

If you want quiet and dog friendly this is the place. Great place to relax, grill, and enjoy family. Less than a 1 away from the beach. Very easy to communicate with owner as well. Thank you

Best place ever

Everything about this place is awesome. Literally the perfect place for so many reasons. Dog friendly with a fenced in yard for yard games. Huge outside porch with several different sitting areas including a screened in area. Eight adults and one infant and we never felt like we were on top of one another. Inside was roomy and spacious. Private parking for 3 vehicles. The air conditioning units worked perfect. Very close to beach on Oceanside of Highway. Close location to food and shopping. This place is the most awesome and perfect place.

Great stay at the beach!

A wonderfully spacious house so close to the beach. The porch space is so large, giving everyone lots of space to spread out. Always an excellent place to stay!

Easter break with family

I absolutely loved this house! It was so warm and cozy. Felt like home. The location was great, it was roomy and the dogs loved the fenced in yard! Everything was spotless and lots of cookware. The garage was amazing also. No parking problems at this house! Thanks for a really lovely Easter vacation with my family! Kathy

Perfect House, Perfect Location!!

This house was perfect! Spacious, ocean view on the balcony, clean and comfortable! The balconies were great, lots of comfy seating. Will definitely stay here again!!

Picturesque stay at the beach

Beautiful property located right next to the beach. There are so many porches to sit on, shaded and sun, beautiful views of the ocean and premier parking. Absolutely loved the stay and the wonderful house.

Weekend getaway

This was our second time at this property and we enjoyed ourselves again. The home is very comfortable, has a great location and perfect for our dog. The new family room furniture was a nice surprise. We look forward to renting from Jill again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Had a great time at this rustic but spacious beach house. We enjoyed sunsets and sunrises right from the balcony. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft and clean. Kitchen was well stocked for the most part but we couldn't find a cutting board and the pots and pans have definitely seen better days. We brought our pups with us and they had plenty of room to play and do their business in the fenced in back yard. This is a true beach house and exactly what we were looking for. It's older and rustic but had updated amenities and has been well taken care of. It's just steps from the beach which is helpful with kids if you have to go back and forth for whatever reason. Perfect location and walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants including Blue Fish, Liquid Assents, Laytons and Bull on the beach. We were very happy here and would absolutely book again!

Great spot for a weekend beach trip

This house was just what we were looking for, for a weekend away with friends. It was very clean, and definitely spacious enough for our group. We enjoyed the screened front deck, and I loved the fenced yard for our dog. The beach is really close, another great quality about this property. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Always a perfect spot!

This is a great location and works great with groups due to the layout of the house and everyone can have their own space. Very pet friendly and Jill is always incredibly responsive when needed. House is comfortable without feeling fussy!

Nice back yard

We stayed here for a week with family. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. Having the fenced in yard for the dogs was very nice and one of the main reasons we chose it. Being able to park under the home was very easy. The house is a great size for larger groups however if your looking to cook the kitchen is very small so one person max. There is barely anything to cook with and absolutely no basic amenities like salt, pepper, sugar. During our stay there was a massive ant infestation in the kitchen which I'm guessing the owner knew because of ant bait. We had to go a step further and buy a spray as it was out of control. I have been a STR owner for a decade and have multiple properties so the comments below reflect that. There was an option to have linens however they were just set on the bed and the coverlets on the bed needed to be washed. The beds were semi comfortable however you can not always appeal to everyone. The pillows need pillow encasements plus beds needed mattress protectors to be hygienic. The wicker furniture was rotted out completely that was on the top balcony however when I reached out about it they replaced it with some plastic Adirondack chairs. most of the outside furniture in the screened in porch needs to be replaced as if you sit in the love seat you will fall through. I also chose it this listing because of the ocean view however due to the overgrowth of the tree in front of the next house it is barely visible. All in all it was a good stay but this rental needs some real TLC and helpful thoughtful amenities.

Great place and dog friendly

We have been going down to OC for at least 15-20 years. From hotels, to condos, now a house. This is a great place.. Convenient to all restaurants, attractions, and steps away from the beach. Big bed rooms. Spent a lot of family time on the deck. Parking underneath is a plus. Definitely going to stay here again. Our dog loved it too. Thank you for renting..

Great family house

Loved everything about the property with the exception of ants on the kitchen counter. We bought some ant traps but they kept coming and it made it uncomfortable to use the kitchen. It seems like they need a professional spray. Other than that issue which is easily fixed the house was spacious, we loved the decking and being able to bring our dog and have the fenced in yard. The location is great as well! Walk to the Acme grocery store, Laytons and Bull on the beach!
