Vackra rustika / moderna hem strax väster om det centrala affärsdistriktet Hood River med fri utsikt över Mt. Adams och Columbia River.

Hemmet har välvda tak över det stora rummet / köket. Norra sidan är alla stora bildfönster som ger utsikt över Mt. Adams och Columbia River. Det stora sovrummet / loftet är välvt och rymlig känsla också.

Huset designades för att vara öppet och socialt. Även när du lagar mat, kommer du att möta dina gäster / familj och utsikten.

Ligger i ett lugnt område och avskilt från buller, trafik och överbelastning i centrum, är vi en kort, säker promenad till två av de bästa bryggerierna i nordväst, om inte världen! Livsmedelsaffären, spritbutiken och apoteket ligger ¼ mil väster om.

* Bottenvåningen (stort rum / kök, 2: a sovrummet och huvudbadet) är i samma klass (plus tre steg) som uppfarten / parkeringsområdet.

* Detta är de övre två våningarna i ett 3 våningar hus (1: a våningen är ett separat bostadsyta).

* Högst 6 gäster är tillåtna, men det finns sängar för endast 4.

* Många husdjur är tillåtna men måste beskrivas (ålder, ras, storlek) i bokningsförfrågan. Det finns ett husdjursavgift. Hyresavtalet har mer specifika detaljer.

Loved it

Great location, walkable to town and the river. Epic views from inside the house and the balcony. The house was equipped with pretty much everything we needed and all was in good working order. Brian, the owner was very responsive and helpful with local knowledge.

Hood river

Well equiped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice deck with view of columbia river and mt. Adams. Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to downtown and grocery. One improvement would be to add a second fan unit downstairs to the split heat pump system. The lower bedroom can get hot in summer. Also need more comfortable deck chairs. We brought our own.

Great gorge get-away

We were in town to make my husband’s dream of trying out wind sports in Hood River into reality and this was the perfect base camp for making that happen. The house is close to just about everything, and the river view is unbeatable.

Great Place

Convenient walk to downtown Hood River. The house is stocked for convenience. We have stayed here multiple times and love this place. The views of the river and Mount Adams are spectacular.

Needs a little refresh

This place was clean, but worn out. The sofa is so worn it feels like one is sitting on the floor. The outside has zero landscaping and the building is in desperate need of paint. The windows are dirty. For such a great view this place could be spectacular. It needs some work.

Columbia Tree House Review

The Columbia Tree House was located very close, walking distance to downtown Hood River. This VRBO offered an excellent view of the Columbia River. We spent a lot of time just lounging on the back deck enjoying the great weather and the tremendous view of the river. I would stay here again.

Great central location for exploration

Just 10 blocks from historic Hood River, beautiful old buildings and very nice shops. Easy drive to the waterfalls or east to The Dalles area. The Mt Hood loop is a must see as well. The house is well appointed and comfortable, great decor. And, the view of course. Mt Adams and the rive are directly in front of you. Better than tv. Thank you Brian!

Tree house with an awesome view

Great view

View better than advertised. Great location close to restaurants and shops. Owner is checked in to make sure we were doing well. Also a fenced in area for dogs. Would stay here again.

Beautiful views with a closed in yard for your dog

The views were amazing with a large deck facing the Columbia. In walking distance to town and close to grocery and liquor store. The house was very comfortable for the four of us and the owner was easy to contact with questions.

Weekend getaway

Had a great weekend away. The view and patio are amazing. Pictures don’t do the view justice. It’s convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk from town. It was clean and the check in is efficient.
