Cottage con vista panoramica di eccezzionale bellezza e accesso privato al mare

Immerso in una splendida vegetazione siciliana di ulivi , agavi e palme nane, ai margini della riserva naturale orientata dello "Zingaro" e della tonnara di Scopello, c'é questo piccolo ma delizioso cottage, dependance di una villa padronale.
Il cottage è un bivani composto da: soggiorno con angolo cottura-sala da pranzo (con relativi elettrodomestici), stanza matrimoniale ed un comodo bagno con doccia. Dotato di aria condizionata, TV satellitare, e wifi. All'esterno, una piacevole terrazza privata circondata da rigogliosa vegetazione, dotata di barbecue e tavolo da pranzo con ombrellone per poter godere dei pasti all'aria aperta con vista panoramica. Adiacente alla terrazza c'è un secondo bagno esterno con doccia, pratico per il rientro dal mare. Inoltre c'è una terrazza solarium vista mare, ad uso esclusivo, con sedie a sdraio, ombrellone e tavolino. L'accesso al mare è garantito da una discesa privata (all'interno della stessa proprietà situato proprio davanti al cottage) che porta ad una caletta con uno splendido mare di scogli.
Il posto offre una straordinaria bellezza naturale, tranquillità e privacy.
Il borgo di Scopello dista 1 KM ed il paese di Castellammre del Golfo circa 8 KM.

Scopello stay

Hanny was a gracious host. Her property is beautifully maintained and the house was very clean. The view is spectacular and the crystal clear water is just a few steps away. I went in later February and the water was refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Great Spot !

The location is pretty isolated, so you absolutely need a car. The private access to the beach is wonderful. Housing is a bit small but it’s okay for 2 persons. I recommend booking this place

A small piece of paradise!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay with Hanni. The beautiful small cottage, dreamy garden and direct sea access, invites you to live a simple life close to nature during your stay. Hanni was a perfect and caring host - borrowed us additional kitchen utensils generously and was help with all questions.

Paradise

We had a wonderful time, it’s hard to describe how beautiful the setting is. The view and the swimming cove are perfect. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, we slept well and Hanni was very kind. We had a problem with accessing our vrbo account, and generally with communication because we had lost a phone whilst hiking, the family were very understanding. Perfectly set up as cozy retreat for a couple seeking peace and quiet. Well situated for Scopello and Zingaro Reserve. Only request would be for some newer outdoor furniture

Our 3 day stay was too short!!!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! From the sweet Giovanna to the gorgeous view and private access to crystal clear water! There was even a puppy to play with bonus!! The cottage was quaint and very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Fantastic location too! We are coming back and staying for at least a week if not more next time!!

Amazing holiday place overlooking the sea

We spent a fantastic week at this property. The house has everything you need and we spent all our time on one of the terraces with views over the beautiful cove. We loved the private access down to the beach, and snorkeling along the rocky coast. Hanni made us feel so welcome and was just a fantastic host. She was always happy to help with advice or just to have a nice chat. We hope to come back soon.

The perfect oasis

My partner and I had the best time!! We wanted to spend sone relaxing time away from any trouble and found exactly that at Giovannas oasis. The private sea access is incredible and the hosts are heartwarming. You have a cute supermarket just 2 minutes away with authentic italian food. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back!! :)

We enjoyed the beautiful cottage with the marvellous view over the endless sea. Everything was perfectly clean and nicely arranged. So quiet, I slept so well. Special Seaside Cottage

We where in Scopello for a week for our sons wedding . Giovanna is a wonderful host and her property is very special. The cottage is small but has everything you could need . Cold A/C and lovely water pressure . The view and private staircase to the Mediterranean is a great feature . We swam 3 days so calm and protected. I had a beautiful Siamese cat that kept us company . Truly a great escape and close to the Tonnera and Scopello city square and fabulous market and restaurants. Could not have been better !

What an incredible place to stay.

We absolutely loved our three night stay at Giovanna’s place. It is basically in Scopello, the shops and beach being a one minute drive north, and the southern entrance to Zingaro less than ten minutes. The house is situated up on the cliffs overlooking the marvellous Sicilian coast and Tyrrhenian Sea. There is a private staircase down to the water where we had ritual morning and late afternoon swims. Expect mesmerising sunsets and sunrises. The house itself is simple and cozy, but was adequate, particularly given we spent most of out time outdoors. THe kitchen is basic, but we still cooked three delicious dinners. Giovanna is the sweetest host who met us personally at check-in, and kissed us goodbye at checkout. Can’t recommend this place more.

Serene and peaceful coastal stay

Hanni is an outstanding hostess. She was very responsive to us arriving to the property as we gave her little notice when we departed from the airport. The little cottage is unmatched. The grounds around the property are so peaceful and much larger than we thought. We loved the sun patio and the view from our room. The cottage is so cozy yet spacious enough to fill your every need. We are already dreaming of coming back to stay. I would book this property again and again. Incredibly clean and full of charm! We arrived late and enjoyed a restaurant down in town nearby 15 min drive. They usually require reservations but it’s worth trying to get in without one. Other places we enjoyed. (The off season many shops in scopello were closed as well as the main beach). Ristorante Pizzeria La Duchessa Le Grazie Pizzeria- Ristorante Tropical Bar - coffee and pastry Scopello local Solea Azienda Agricola - coffee pastry, egg breakfast, delicious hand made pasta. Farm to table. * super close to bnb highly recommend! Open in the off season. Tonnara di Scopello - closed in the off season but we enjoyed the viewpoint.

Excellent choice for peace and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful peaceful get away. Though the cabin is small and cooking facilities limited it was perfect for the two of us . We appreciated the security gate access and the private seaside access. While there are 125 steps down to the sea it was worth very bit is exercise to swim in that beautiful sea. There are several ropes that do require replacement on the trek down and we would urge you to bring water shoes . We would have our morning coffee on the patio overlooking the sea every morning - then a swim - what ever afternoon exploring adventure we had planned - back to our oasis - Apero Spritzer- nap - dinner -watch the stars appear on our patio . Total relaxation. There is a wonderful garden market just down the road that not only supplies fresh vegetable's / oils/honey/lunch they also serve dinner ! Grocery market / pharmacy on the same road. It was easy access to Trapani - Palermo airport - two beaches close by with chair and umbrella rental available . Hanni and her handy man Cipriano made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable . We would not hesitate to book here once again . Thank you Hanni !

Fantastischer Meerblick - ruhiger Ort - wunderbare Gastgeberin

Wir haben im April 5 Tage in Hannis Unterkunft verbracht und es ist eine der schönsten in der wir je waren. Das Häuschen ist klein, äußert sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Highlight sind die Terrasse, der eigene Meerzugang und Hannis Gastfreundschaft. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist magisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Danke für die schönen Tage!

Paradies

Super schönes Grundstück, eine Woche reicht fast nicht um alle Lieblingsorte zu erkunden. Haus nicht riesig aber sehr gemütlich, alles da und blitzeblank sauber. Selten einen so herzlichen, netten Gastgeber erlebt. Vielen Dank liebe Hanni, wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage im Ferienhäusschen!Alles wie beschrieben, nur die 46qm kommen nicht ganz hin, es sind ca die Hälfte aber das hat auch gepasst. Jederzeit wieder.

Urlaub für Auge, Seele und Herz

Hanni begrüßte uns äußerst herzlich auf ihrem Anwesen. Das Ferienhaus ist klein aber sehr gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt für Paare. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist absolut einzigartig und an Schönheit kaum zu überbieten. Dank des eigenen Zugangs zum Meer konnten wir täglich in Ruhe und für uns Schnorcheln und schwimmen gehen. Wir wären wirklich gerne länger geblieben und haben Hanni versprochen, auf jeden Fall wieder zu kommen.

Auszeit gelungen

Es handelt sich um ein kleines an das Haupthaus der Gastgeberin angebautes Häuschen mit zwei herrlichen Terrassen und einem schönen direkten Meerzugang, wie in der Beschreibung zutreffend dargestellt. Das Wasser war auch jetzt Mitte/Ende Oktober noch ausreichend warm. Es ist auffallend ruhig, keine (also wirklich kaum!) Straßengeräusche. Der Blick auf das Meer ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben.... wirklich einzigartig. Die Küche der Unterkunft ist mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Mitarbeiter sind bezaubernd!

Außergewöhnliche Lage

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Lage. Der eigene Zugang zur Bucht ist wirklich besonders und lädt zum spontanen Schwimmen ein, die Terrasse ist perfekt für ein Frühstück mit umwerfenden Blick. Super nette Gastgeberin.
