un peu de déception

Nous louons depuis plus de 15 ans dans la région (2 à 3 fois par an) . Je n'aime pas du tout mettre de mauvaise critique mais je pense que le bailleur exagère . Le terrain est superbe mais non entretenu, la maison pourrait être vraiment très agréable mais; pas d'abatant de toilette, des tâches sur les mûrs, des auréoles sur tous les coussins ou oreillers .... l'eau de la piscine est très propre mais des arbres poussent dans le carrelages et le liner est décollé . Impression d'être négligés, qu'il n'y a pas de désir d'accueil du propriétaire . La propriété pourrait vraiment être super, c'est dommage

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und das Wetter war toll. Das Haus selbst entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Das einzige was negativ war ist die Lage. Es ist fast 4 km außerhalb von Les Beausetund wande

Séjour du 19 aout au 2 septembre

Villa familiale agréable à vivre (spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangements). Nous regrettons le manque d'entretien des espaces verts. L'abattant des toilettes du RDC est a changé et la vaisselle est trop disparate (principalement les verres). Nous avons bien apprécié la literie.Concernant l'entretien de la piscine, un passage par semaine n'est pas suffisant en été.

Très belle maison, dommage que la route en contrebas soit très fréquentée et très bruyante. Maison grande aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement, sinon un style campagne pas déplaisant. A conseiller.

Villa à la hauteur de ses prétentions

Villa très agréable où il ne manque rien pour passer d’excellentes vacances en famille ou entre amis. Vous y trouverez 5 vraies chambres avec une literie très correcte. Dans la cuisine vous y trouverez tout ce qu’il faut pour préparer vos repas. Le jardin est un plaisir pour les amoureux des oliviers comme moi. La piscine est grande et agréable avec nage à contre courant pour les sportifs. Un seul bémol, cette location n’est absolument pas destinée aux gens sensibles aux bruits. Malgré que la villa se trouve au bout d’une impasse, malheureusement la route qui monte au circuit du Castellet longe une partie du terrain et elle est bruyante côte piscine. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances malgré nos déboires de début de séjour qui ne pouvait malheureusement pas être anticipés.

Maison familiale

Excellent séjour dans cette maison familiale où rien ne manque. Même si l'on est nombreux dans la maison, l'agencement, les différentes terrasses et le grand terrain permet à chacun d'avoir son espace. La communication avec les propriétaires est facile et la personne qui nous a remis les clefs était très aimable et disponible.

Très belle villa, bien équipée et agencée. Spacieuse, propre, équipée pour les enfants. La piscine est top! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La villa n’est pas loin du centre ville et proche de Bandol. Les proprios sont sympas et disponibles en cas de questions. Super endroit!

Do NOT choose this property in September unless you are a biker

The house itself is fine enough, although the tv did not work, and the pool surround was locked, and one of the mattresses was not good for the back. The real objection lies in the day-long, unavoidable (even indoors) noise of motorbikes heading to the yearly Bol d'Or meet, which builds up to the main event itself at the end of September by holding regular races throughout the month thereby attracting motorcyclists from all over Europe who then use the only road to the Castellet circuit that passes within 60m of the property to 'let rip' on their way through. We were obliged to leave the property, and were lucky enough to find another which offered the peace and quiet we were seeking. If you are into motorcycles, then great. If you are not, then you need to avoid this property in September.

Séjour très agréable

La maison et ses environs sont très agréables, maison bien équipée, jardin très grand et parfait pour les enfants et les chiens. Beaucoup des possibilités de faire des excursions interessantes. Nous avons passés des très bons vacances à le Beausset.

Séjour très agréable

Lieu très agréable, idéalement situé par rapport au circuit Paul Ricard. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très réactifs et à l'écoute. Nous n'avions pas pensé qu'à cette période la piscine serait couverte et n'avons pas pu nous baigner. Descendus à 8 nous avons cependant passé, mes amis et moi, un très agréable séjour!!

Franchement tres bien pour une grande famille ,ainsi que la chambre independante...bémol pour le bruit de la route ,mais le soir plus rien ,on peut pas tout avoir... ha si! les cheques vacances pas acceptés ,dommage c'est un moyen sûr d'être payé sans problemes et qui facilite la vie des familles qui en possedent sachant que 80% des locations marchent avec ANCV aujourd'hui...sinon vraiment super !

Calme, ideal pour famille nombreuse, belle piscine

La villa nous a permis de profiter de cette magnifique région en toute quiétude. Beaux espaces, rénovée avec goût, idéal pour une grande famille (nous avons 4 enfants et deux copains d'enfants avec nous). La piscine a été un bonne surprise, elle offre un vrai espace ou l'on aime passer du temps en fin d'après-midi et pour y prendre l'apéritif. Les murs de pierres sèches donnent un réel cachet, et la vue des restanques qui descendent incite au farniente. Réchauffement climatique aidant, les enfants se sont même baignés tous les jours. On reviendra à Pâques la prochaine fois, pour que les parents aussi profitent de la piscine !!

en dessous des prestations proposées, à éviter

villa près de la nationale (beaucoup de bruit de circulation jour et nuit), le terrain n'est pas cloturé en bord de nationale (enfants et animaux DANGER) la nage contre courant ne fonctionne pas, internet et fixe ne sont plus d'actualité (ce serait bien de le préciser sur l'annonce) dans l'ensemble vous pouvez trouver mieux au même prix, location à éviter!!!
