Overview:
Immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom modern villa with front and back gardens and driveway with ample parking. The villa is situated on the Lakeview area of Boavista Golf Resort near Lagos, Western Algarve. On the resort you will find superb amenities including a large communal heated pool, children's pool surrounded by a sun terrace furnished with loungers and parasols, tennis courts, five a side football pitch, archery, children's playground, club house bar/restaurant, indoor pool, gym and spa and of course golf.

The villa is exceptionally spacious and consists of a fully fitted kitchen with German appliances, ceramic hob, double oven and microwave, large fridge freezer and sink with waste disposal.

Taking advantage of the amazing views of the golf course is the open plan lounge and dining room which lead out through patio doors to the south facing garden.

You will find 2 large twin bedrooms one of which is on the ground floor and a master bedroom on the first floor with patio doors on to a furnished terraced. All bedrooms have en suite facilities, fitted wardrobes and wall mounted TV's.

There is also a balcony to the front which can be accessed via the landing. From here you can see the communal pool and mountains in the distance. This is a lovely place to enjoy the evening sun.

All rooms have air conditioning.
The villa also benefits from Wifi and TV with English channels.

Patio and Garden:
At the back of the property is a lovely patio area and a south facing private garden overlooking the 15th & 16th green.The garden gets the sun all day and has a large dining table with umbrella, sun loungers and gas BBQ. It is the perfect place for al fresco dining and enjoying the Algarve weather.

Casa Paveo

We’ve just returned from a wonderful two weeks at Casa Pavao. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. Three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (2 en-suite) , air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space.we ate lunches every day in the garden with views of the golf course. It being so close to the swimming pool was a real bonus. We would certainly return.

Beautiful villa

A beautiful villa situated close to heated pool with views of Boa Vista Golf Course. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the villa really well equipped, in a great location with morning and evening sun on either sides. 3 lovely comfortable bedrooms, a sizeable living/dining area, well equipped kitchen and outdoor dining area with BBQ. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Just Delightful

Having holidayed in Boavista for the last 17yrs and stayed in several villa/apartments I can honestly say this is one of the best! The situation of the villa is just perfect with beautiful views and a stones throw to the pool! Everything (and more) that we needed was there to help us enjoy every moment of our holiday and the lovely Anca was on hand if we needed anything! The photos really do not do it justice! Excellent Holiday

We can recommend this beautiful villa. Very spacious inside and out. We have stayed at Boavista a few times but this villa is certainly the best one we have stayed in. Everything you need was provided and the villa was spotless. Outside very spacious with plenty of eating areas and sunbeds plus beautiful views. Check in was excellent. We will definitely return. Great play to stay

stayed on Lakeview many times - best part of Boavista. Outdoor Pool was shut for a couple of days due to inclement weather (april) but indoor pool was open. Played golf at espiche as much more reasonable rates. Clubhouse sunday roast was highly recommended.

Fabulous holiday

We have been going to Boa Vista for the last 20 years and stayed in many different accommodations but this villa beats the lot. Absolutely fantastic. Coronavirus prevented us from staying at the villa for the period.

We have stayed at this villa before and would highly recommend it. Also, the owners have kindly stated we can defer our holiday booking to the same dates next year which is totally acceptable to us. Going on past years, if we had been able to holiday in the villa we are sure it would have scored 5's all round.

Lovely property in a great location

A very homely and immaculate villa with lots of little extra touches, on a beautifully kept resort, with plenty of activities, including an Olympic size open air heated swimming pool,just across the road. The property has a large screen TV with every channel conceivable and some DVDs if you want to watch a film. The back garden has direct sun for most of the day but also has shade should it become too hot and the views over the golf course are idyllic Responses from the owner Shaun were immediate and he Is genuinely concerned that you have a great holiday We have already booked to go back in September

This was the second year we have stayed at the villa and on both occasions have had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The villa is immaculately appointed and comfortable and spotlessly clean, with what must be one of the best views. The golf's not bad either!

The villa is absolutely stunning and was like a home away from home.

This was our 5th stay on the Boa Vista resort and by far this is this best rental we have stayed in since we started coming here on holiday. The communication with Shaun was faultless from our initial contact, which was fantastic. On arrival we were amazed at how much space we had and how welcoming the property felt, it made us feel at home. The garden provided a welcome shelter from the Portuguese wind we were experiencing and we spent many hours relaxing on the sun loungers taking in the breathtaking views of the golf course (which we never tired of). The villa had everything we wanted including many beach items which is a great added extra. We returned to many of our favourite places and even ventured, following a friends recommendation, along the coast to Carvoeiro which has a beautiful coastal walk, amazing ice cream and a lovely Earth cafe for food. A definite visit. All in all we had a fantastic time which ticked all of our holiday boxes and we are already looking forward to returning.

Fantastic villa overlooking the golf course

Absolutely loved everything about this villa , one of the best we have stayed in . It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Stunning views of the golf course from the rear of the property with only a short walk to the large shared pool which was never overcrowded. Just perfect for a family break and didn’t want to leave, hopefully we will be back in the near future.

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet golf resort. Everywhere was immaculately clean inside the villa and around the complex. The swimming pool area was also spot on. The view from the veranda was superb and great to watch the golfers teeing off. There is still some building works going on but it’s in the distance and made no difference to our holiday. My only slight disappointment was we had no WiFi it wasn’t the owners fault and everything was done to rectify the problem while we were there. But you know sometimes it really doesn’t matter what you think you are missing on Facebook!!! You do need a hire car to get around, but the club house is only a short walk where you will find a great place to eat and drink. Brilliant and relaxing time had. Thank you.

Highly recommended villa

A fantastic 3 bed villa locatedon the beautiful Boavista Golf resort in a prime location. The villa exceeded our expectations and was equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday experience. Both upstairs bedrooms had a fantastic view over the golf course from the balcony. A great sized garden with table and chairs and loungers along with a gas BBQ made it a great place to eat and relax. The pool was a minutes walk away with plenty of room to relax under umbrellas or enjoy the sun. Flat screen TV with English channels which was a bonus as we were there during the opening games of the World Cup. Even if you don’t play golf this is a great place to spend a week or two, or even more! Can’t wait to go back.

An attractive well maintained villa with a lovely view over the 15th Tee

In the past we have stayed in larger villas with a swimming pool in the garden but our opinion is this villa is a better choice. All the rooms are a good size and the design layout has been well thought out. The decor is well maintained and the ground floor has a seaside theme running though it which is quite attractive. The two upstairs bedrooms share a balcony with beautiful views overlooking the 15th Tee and up the fairway. The garden, although small at the rear, is well maintained and was large enough for us with a good size BBQ.

Christmas 2017

We have just returned form a fabulous stay at Casa Paveo for Christmas. Everything about the villa was top notch. We took my Mum and her sister who are both in their 80's and the availability of the ground floor bedroom and bathroom was ideal. The weather was mostly fantastic and touched 80F on the patio on a few days. Christmas Day lunch at the cluhouse was also very good. We have visited Boavista on many many occassions since our daughter , Ella, was born (she is now 14) and have no hesitation in recommending a stay at your wonderful villa. The villa is lovely, it has everything you could need for your stay, it has a very relaxed feel inside and out, the view over the golf course is beautiful and quiet. Boavista is a clean and safe place to spend a short or long vacation. The owners of the villa are very helpful and respond very quickly. We had a fantastic holiday and will return very soon.

Amazing Villa in beautiful surroundings

We were a family of 4 with two small children and also 2 Grandparents. The villa was perfect for us as Boavista seemed a very safe resort and served as a great base to visit various places. The villa itself is really well presented and clean. It has lots of space and the views are amazing onto the golf course. Even if you don't like golf this is still a great place to stay and appreciate the open space and views. The resort has a nice clubhouse and food menu for the odd day, good pools indoor/outdoor, park and supermarket close by. The golf course is obviously a great addition if you like to play golf - golf buggy recommended though! A car is needed if you want to get out and about. Taxis were good at around 10 euros into Lagos for a minibus - less for standard car. We used these on a night, and our hire car for the daytime. There's plenty of places to visit and although we stayed 1 week, we could have kept busy/had enough time to relax for 2 weeks. Hope to be back again one day.

Beautiful House

This is a beautifully presented house which is well maintained and extremely well equipped - the owners have thought of everything! Lovely peaceful location with a wonderful outlook onto the golf course. We can highly recommend this house - we have already booked to go back next year!
