La nostra quattro camere da letto, due bagni con due cucine su due livelli, si adattano alle esigenze di molte famiglie e gruppi fino a 14 o solo una sola vacanza in famiglia con i nostri tassi bassi. C'è un unico pontile per barche con un nuovo ponte per nuotare, una griglia a carbone, un tavolo da picnic, un tettoia e un grande portico coperto con una splendida vista sull'acqua. Un lancio di barca si trova sulla proprietà con un sacco di parcheggio. Non c'è bisogno di spendere tempo supplementare da e per il porto per lanciare la vostra PWC / barca.
Situato a un centinaio di metri dal canale principale ea breve distanza dalla foce di Rock Creek lo rende un luogo ideale per l'acqua. Il lotto è ombreggiato e pacifico per rendere l'ultima vacanza rilassante. La casa è stata ristrutturata per includere nuovi materassi, nuovi elettrodomestici nella cucina al piano superiore, nuovi divani e TV, nonché nuovi pavimenti e vernici per tutta la casa. La casa è al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto aree living. Al piano inferiore è accessibile con handicap con una camera da letto al piano inferiore, bagno accessibile, senza gradini sul patio e solo un passo per arrivare al bordo delle acque. Afferrare barre a portata di handicap commode e in doccia. Ampi spazi per mangiare include un tavolo di grandi dimensioni al piano di sotto e sul portico schermato al piano superiore. Great Stay

We stayed with some of our anglers from Faulkner University Fishing Team and this was perfect for them. Plenty of room and directly on the water.

Great place on the lake!

Great location on the lake! Love being tucked in the little cove and love the easy walk to the water. We’ve stayed at this house multiple times and plan to return.

Celebrated a wonderful family reunion right on Smith Lake Rented the house kayak’s to enjoy with our SeaDoo and boat. Loved the lake views and porch swing’s.

Perfect spot on the Lake!

The house and property were perfect. The beds were very comfortable. It was peaceful and quiet and very spacious. The fact that it had its own boat ramp was definitely a plus. The owners were very easy to work with and helpful. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much!

Relaxing lake trip

We had a good time at the lake! With 2 living rooms and 2 large decks, There is room to spread out. The 2 kitchens/refrigerators allow for plenty of food storage and cooking. The house description and pics are accurate. It is a nice wooded lot with shade. It would be nice if a few of the lower limbs out near the water were cut, to allow better view of the main channel. *** Note for anyone with a boat- the boat slip is small and not very tall. We couldn’t get pontoon in and had to take the canopy down to park at the side(as older tin over hangs and would have cut fabric canopy)! Their is a small attached swim dock and located in low traffic area.

Beautiful place. House was very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better walk to the water.

Barry & Deborah were great to work with. Had an issue with a shower head leaking & Barry was very quick to come to the house & replace the faulty one. Air conditioning was probably the best we've had in 6 or 7 years & that's saying a lot!!! Beds slept great!!! Loved the porches & the swings. Kids had a great time with the kayaks. The upstairs kitchen was a big plus as well. Can't say enuff good about this property. The only glitch was trying to get a very large pontoon with an aluminum unremovable top to the water on the house driveway. Lots of trees and curves. Will probably put the boat in at Duncan Bridge next time. Hope to come back soon. Loved every minute. Thanks Barry

20+ years family vacation at Smith Lake

We have been going to Smith Lake as a family for over 20 years. My husband grew up in Mississippi and was at the lake just about every weekend! We have 3 family members with lake houses, so we have a little family reunion every year. We were very impressed with this property. Very clean and spacious. Love the short walk to the dock to swim or go on boat rides. We rented a pontoon from Duskin's Point. Loved sitting on the back porch in the morning and evening. It was super hot while we were there, so we borrowed a floor fan from our nephew. Kids loved the upstairs porch and play cards there every night. The house is brick and shaded, which helps keep it cooler. Air conditioning was amazing as well. Loved having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. It gave everyone room to get away from the group and relax on their own. The grill is charcoal and we used it several times. We had to run to Arley for charcoal and lighter fluid. Other suggestions are to take laundry detergent if you want to do some laundry. Washer and Dryer are nice, but there wasn't any detergent available. The owner was very responsive and stopped by the house on our 1st day to mow. We loved chatting with him and getting the history of the house. It was built in 1970 by a gentleman that lived to be 98 years old. He worked for the AL Power Company. He did all the brick work himself. We will definitely be renting this house again next year!!!

Lakeside R&R

The home perfectly accommodated our family of 10. The property was very peaceful and the lake view was spectacular. Couldn't ask for easier access to the water. Overall we were well pleased with our stay- especially at such a bargain rate. Would not hesitate to return here.

Smith Lake Home

We loved the lake house and especially the two kitchens. It was perfect for our family. We loved it was such an easy walk down the sidewalk to the lake. We could easily walk to the house when the kids got tired! It was so peaceful and quiet and just seemed like home! The trees made it so much cooler with temps around 100! We had an amazing week! Hate I had to pay additional service fee to back my days up three days but other than that is was great! Hope to return soon!

This was our 2nd time renting this property & I’m sure we’ll rent it again. The location and gentle slop to the water is excellent. The house is clean but very dated, especially downstairs which is where we spent most of our time. The downstairs couch could use an update. The yard could use a thorough cleaning. Other than the few minor details, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation home for a large family

The location was perfect for our family reunion Memorial Day 2022. We booked for 6 days. Very quiet part of the lake with privacy from neighbors. Home was more than adequately supplied with dishes, cookware and crockpots to prepare meals for a large crowd. Each bed had 6 very comfortable pillows with more pillows and blankets in linen closests. So much room to separate if need be. Two full kitchens. Very nice level lot. More than enough room to park multiple cars. Nice very gentle slope to the water. We will definitely book again when family is coming in from out of state.

All we hoped for

Found the house clean and directions clear. Able to communicate with the owner was very informative. The water was up 3' above full pool, so we had to use walk board to get to the pier. The water had lowered as we were told it would. Quiet area this time of year(1st of April). Interesting outbuildings on the property. The light at the pier did not work, but was not an issue.

This property is on a quiet slough with quiet neighbors, with a swim pier, one slip boat house, and its OWN boat launch. It is conveniently located on the water about half-way between Lewis Smith Dam and Duncan Bridge.

This property provides a spacious home, located just off the main body of the lake on a quiet slough. The lot is nearly level with a gentle slope to the water and a one slip boat dock with a swim deck. This lot is conveniently located near the main body, near the mouth of Rock Creek and about one mile from Duskin Point Marina. No traveling to and from the marina to put in your boat and PWC. Boat launch right on the property. Property has year round water and beautiful view of the main body but nicely tucked just inside a cove for a more peaceful vacation experience.
