70m2 independent cottage completely renovated in 2014 and refurbished in 2017; fully equipped, in a place called Penines 4.5 km from Mendon.

Located on the first floor of the owner's house on a raised garden accessible to tenants on 800m2.
Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sunbathing. Kitchen-living room, shower room wc, 2 bedrooms with 140/190 bed, comfortable living room (possibility of cot, chair and baby bath).
Central heating and electric towel dryer. Washing machine.

Very close to auray (Gulf of Morbihan) and the ocean coast (from Etel to Carnac with many sandy beaches) Four mountain bikes are available.

Perfect natural location. An island like base to easily explore the colourful Etel River and coast.

Pen inez is an idyllic, away from the hustle and bustle, location. Pretty spot with large garden and surrounded with all kinds of natural interest. The owners are welcoming, nice people. They are very helpful and provide all kinds of useful information. The bicycles they provide can get you to many waterside picnic places where you can watch the oyster farmers at work and the opportunistic birds. The rooms are spacious, attractive, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Every modern amenity is provided. The top floor accommodation and garden are completely private and car parking space is good. Car is needed for shopping, 5 mins. to Carrefour express and a good Super U at Belz. It was home from home for us. Many thanks to the owners and Homeaway.

Une vacance tres agréable.

Bien que pour le mois de Juin le tante etait variable, l’endroit a eu beaucoup de voir et de faire. La propritare est tres gentil et l’appartemente est propres et confortable. J’ai particuliérement apprecié des meubles a la français. La region est joli and the Ria tres interessant. Il est utile d’avoir l’autoparcours si de prés, tout en conservant un lieu tres calme. Une bonne vacance, je revenira.

Peaceful and relaxing

We had a wonderful 2 weeks here. The flat is large ,well equipped & very private. The situation is great, in a quiet location, ideal for birdwatching & walking, yet not too far from all the beautiful beaches. Roberte & Francois were very helpful & discreet. We would highly recommend their property & hope to return.

Vacances au TOP !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au gite de Peninez grâce un hébergement bien agréable, très propre et très bien équipé ainsi qu'à un environnement de toute beauté. Un endroit magique où la Zénitude est le maître mot ! La Ria d'Etel est vraiment très belle. 😍 Un grand merci à Roberte et François pour votre accueil, votre Gentillesse et votre disponibilité. 🙏 Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à partir de Peninez !!! 😌 Tout était parfait 😀

Umgeben von Wasser / sur la presqu'ile

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in einer perfekt ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist zwar im Obergeschoss des Hauses der Vermieter, verfügt jedoch über einen eigenen Eingang, ist also total unabhängig. Vor der Tür ist eine schöne Terrasse rundum noch Wiese und ein eignerr Sitzplatz direkt am Fluss.

Aucune mauvaise surprise : tout est comme décrit dans l'annonce... et même mieux. Le petit coin de "plage" avec salon de jardin est tout à fait charmant et occasionne de sympathiques baignades dans la ria, quand la marée et la météo le permettent. Pour les amateurs de tranquillité !

Sehr ruhig

Freundliche Gastgeber, praktisches und nettes Appartement auf erster Etage mit separatem Eingang und Terrasse vor der Tür. Nahe am Fluss. Sehr ruhige Lage in einer grünen Wohngegend. Meeres-Strand 20 min entfernt mit dem Auto. Wir haben eine erholsame Woche verbr.

Première fois en Bretagne et superbe expérience ! Très bon accueil, l’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. L’environnement est calme et magnifique, un grand jardin est accessible avec une vue sur l’eau et un coin table/chaises pour goûter/apéro. Petite plage à proximité. On a vraiment passé un excellent moment et si vous avez la chance d’avoir un rayon de soleil, le charme est encore plus attrayant. Un grand merci Roberte et Francois pour votre accueil

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in landschaftlich reizvoller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und in sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben uns dort und im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Dazu kommt die reizvolle Lage auf der Halbinsel Locoal und der eigene Sitzplatz direkt an der Ria Étel, zwei Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Roberte und Francois standen bei Fragen gern zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen zwei Wochen!

Que des bons souvenirs

Le gite est très agréable il ne manque rien, les propriétaires adorables et de bons conseils. L'endroit est très calme et bien situé pour visiter les alentours. Pour ceux qui aiment les huitres et coquillages, de nombreux ostréiculteurs tout proches de la maison, des crêperies à deux pas... un atout supplémentaire, une prise pour brancher un véhicule électrique. Un excellent séjour chez Roberte et François.
