A wonderful stay!
We visited with a group from elderly to toddler, and the cabin was great for everyone involved! The view was beautiful, Emma was so hospitable, the cabin so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to stay again!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we felt right at home celebrating the holiday there. Emma and Becky were very responsive with anything we needed. We definitely hope to return!

Girls Trip
We came down for a girls trip. Our trip was nothing short of amazing, starting with a quick phone call from Emma welcoming us. Once we got to the cabin, we were all blown away by the beauty of it all. Everything was perfect. By the end of the trip, we were all trying to nail down a date for next year to go back to this cabin. We didn’t utilize the games but they would have been excellent if we would have had our littles with us. The hot tub was wonderful to soak in after a long day of walking downtown. Definitely 5/5 and plan to return.

Amazing Stay!
I can’t say enough good things about our stay, it was perfect! The cabin is exactly as pictured, including the incredible view! We loved the back deck and spent most days on it. The living room is so cozy and the fireplace warmed us up on cooler days. Each bedroom was appointed perfectly. The kids LOVED the loft/game room. A fully stocked kitchen and laundry room was extraordinary helpful. The host, Emma, was also amazing! She was a wealth of knowledge before and during our visit! 1000% recommend Tree Top for your group! You won’t regret it.

The experience we had with the cabin and Emma was nothing short of amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect and I mean perfect. From the beginning, Emma has been an absolute gem with communication to the point where I was completely comfortable traveling 8 hours with my 3 and 14 year old sons by myself. She told us back ways to get around..we went during Rod Run but that made it that much better. Emma gave us recommendations and told us what she wouldn't recommend. The cabin is 11/10. Prestine, clean is an understatement, and you literally have everything you need and then some. The view is spectacular. This was the best trip. Thank you so much, Emma. I've never been treated better.

We love staying at the Henderson’s beautiful luxury cabin! Always clean and the view is fabulous! We go and spend as much time at the cabin as we do getting out and exploring. So nice for a family friendly stay! And you are likely to see a bear wander by in the season! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Vacation!
This was a perfect Smoky Mountain getaway! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is situated very close to Gatlinburg. We had 4 adults, one teen, and 2 children and there was plenty of space and activities for all. The hot tub was wonderful, and the view of the mountains from the deck is spectacular. I highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous cabin with stunning views!
Our family of four enjoyed every detail about this beautiful cabin. It's amazing in every way! Plenty of comfortable space to relax and enjoy. We especially enjoyed the three master bedrooms and the pretty bathrooms. The hot tub is lovely on the deck with the views of the mountain. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Appreciated the laundry area as well. The front deck has the stunning views of the Smokies, but the back is also pretty special for bird watching! The communal pool needs a makeover, but the cabin is SPECTACULAR! Loved this place and would highly recommend. We'd definitely return here if we ever visit Gatlinburg again.

We had a lovely time at Tree Tops. The kitchen has a blender and crockpot as well as any size cookware you would want. There is plastic dinnerware and cups for kids. Hairdryers too. Regular coffee maker and Keurig. You get it;almost anything you could need is there The arcade was a lifesaver since we had horrible weather. Everyone loved the theater. The view was spectacular. Easy to get to GSMNP. Grocery close. Communication with Emma was awesome.

Dear Emma, our stay was absolutely amazing! And your immediate response to our questions was greatly appreciated. The Tree Top View had everything that we needed. My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The house was above expectations and had all amenities we could possibly want. We love nature and got to see deer and a bear. The teens loved the theater room. I highly recommend this property!!
