Lovely house in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in Alejandra’s lovely house. It’s brilliantly located to explore Seville on foot. Everything was as described. Very spacious and perfect for a city break.

Amazing house in Seville

We had a lovely time at Alejandra's house. It was in a great location within walking distance of all we wanted to see. It was very comfortable despite the many stairs. It was all very clean and Alejandra was so helpful. An excellent base for a stay in Seville

Relaxing spot to set out on Seville adventures

This is a lovely charming two bedroom two bathhroom property with everything you need. In the warm months the ground floor bedroom is ideal and cool, the upper floor bedroom opens onto the large balcony area which has great views of the church opposite gives an ideal setting for late night cake and morning breakfast. The area is quite with minimal car traffic, single one way route outside. Safe quiet family residental area, we walked everywhere at all times and never felt any issues. Excellent host, who ordered our taxi for the return and always attentive on the whats app. She sent me the photo of my passport to allow me acess into the cathedral, (most places need this) Plaza De Monte-Sion 6 mins walk has lively bars and all you need supermarket. Fish market (not on monday) Mercado de Feria 4 mins Loads of resturants in Alameda Hercules 9mins Plaza Zurbaran good bar and tapas and a pit stop on the way into the shopping area. Have a great time.

Fabulous apartment in great location and lovely host

The apartment was in a good area with the centre an easy walk away but there was also lots to explore locally, including the fabulous food at Contenedor restaurant, just a few steps away. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and carefully arranged over a number of floors. The terrace was a lovely place to come back to after walking around Seville, with the sounds of the bars and chatter below. It was a great place to rest before heading out for dinner. Alejandra was a great host and although we communicated in French (very poorly on our part), she was able to give us lots of recommendations, which were all worth following up on, including a great spot for flamenco and tapas. Thank you Alejandra, we hope to return one day. Safe travels on your upcoming trips and thank you once again for rescuing us when my husband left his jacket in the taxi

A wonderfully stylish Sevillian house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house over 4 levels hosted by Alejandra. It is a very stylish property in a lovely neighborhood away from the tourist centre and yet very accessible on foot to all the main sights and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the roof top terrace in the mornings surrounded by bougainvillea and church towers with the hum of local life below. Alejandra was an excellent host; helpful, responsive, flexible and welcoming. We would highly recommend this wonderful property. Thank you Alejandra!

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communications with Alejandra were excellent and she met us at check-in and check-out and was very kind and helpful. There was parking in a secure underground garage, which had plenty of room and was very near to the property. The house is on several levels, which worked well for us and gave us room to spread out as a family of four. It is beautifully decorated and felt comfortable, with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The terrace is welcome bonus and a great spot for a morning coffee. The location was perfect for accessing all areas of Seville and it is without doubt one of the best properties we have stayed at.

Fantastic apartment

Alejandra's house is a wonderful place to explore Seville, especially the lively Feria neighbourhood. We loved the roof terrace and the stylish interiors. There are lots of stairs, but it's a beautifully planned and equipped house, with opportunity for both privacy and communal living.

Perfect base for Seville ❤️

We feel so lucky to have stayed here. Alexandra was the perfect host with helpful suggestions of places to visit and things to do. The accommodation was faultless, beautiful and comfortable. A welcome gift of fruit bowl and wine was wonderful. Highly recommend visiting La Magdriguera de Mai, just round the corner for fabulous flamenco! We will definitely return to this wonderful accommodation in this exciting city.

Great location and lovely property

The location was great for what we needed, just a 20min walk to the Cathedral down a straight road, passing plently of bars on the way. The house is furnished lovely and the terrace was a bonus, great for a morning coffee and breakfast, along with parking, which is needed in Seville as it's very hard to park. Alejandra was a great host, we would stay here again!

Fantastic place in a great location!

This house was a great find! It's spotlessly clean, well maintained with quality fixtures and fittings. The Terrace is lovely and the large canopy makes it useable even on a hot sunny day. And the lovely, kind Alejandra is the best host that I have ever come across. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we return to Seville. I would also recommend La Madriguera de Mai for excellent Tapas & a small intimate flamenco show, it's just around the corner, you need to book though!

Characterful week in wonderful part of Seville

We had a marvellous time in Alejandra’s lovely house in the colourful Macarena district. She was charming and most helpful with explanations and tips. The house was very comfortable and the location a great spot to watch local life. It was bright and airy and the terrace was a real bonus. The house is an easy walk to all the main tourist attractions. Parking was in a nearby large underground garage, secure and very handy. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this house for three weeks in February 2022. Alejandra is a great host. Good communication and kind. The house is rather quirky with rooms over four floors. There are stairs but it is well appointed and idea space for two couples, a family or indeed a couple wanting space. The roof terrace even in February was a delight to use. The house is situated off the main tourist areas but an easy walk to all the main sites. So the best of both worlds if you want to explore local culture as well as being a tourist. Don’t think twice or worry. Providing stairs are not an issue for you book it and you will not regret it.

Christmas in beautiful Seville

My son and I stayed in this beautiful apartment over Christmas. The apartment itself was perfect. It was clean, stylish and very easy to relax in. There are a lot of stairs but this didn't bother us one bit. The location was fantastic as it's close enough to the centre so you can walk everywhere and its own surrounding area is charming. There's a lovely terrace where you can sit and take in the local atmosphere. Alejandra was the perfect hostess. She met us when we arrived and was very helpful in suggesting places we should visit in the city. She also gave very good restaurant recommendations and even gifted us a bottle of cava. Highly recommended. Thank you Alejandra, we had a lovely Christmas in your gorgeous house.

Stylish house in the heart of the Macarena district

The house is well equipped with beautiful pictures and furniture. The salon has lovely tall windows onto the street below. The bedrooms are comfortable. The rooftop terrace has lovely plants with a view over the rooftops. The owner is a perfectly lovely lady who was very helpful and informative Superb location for all the city of Seville.

Amazing Stay in Seville

My daughter and I have just returned from a four day stay at this wonderful property. Alejandra was there to meet us and left a wonderful welcome gift of wine and fruit. We had an early evening departure flight and Alejandra allowed us to stay until we left for the airport and also arranged for a taxi to pick us up. The house is huge, wonderfully spacious and has an amazing roof terrace where my daughter and I had our breakfast each day and also spent relaxing evenings. It is easy to walk into the main sights and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by, Unfortunately I was taken ill with a Menieres attack on the last afternoon and Alejandra cancelled our taxi and she and her brother took us to the airport and looked after me until we went through security. I really dont know how we would have managed without their help. We would definitely go back again, there is so much to see and do and I thoroughly recommend thus wonderful property.

Una Casa unica

A ‘ maravilloso Casa’ in the old town of Sevilla. Alejandra is absolutely delightful and could not have been more helpful. Lovely property perfect for exploring Sevilla

We stayed at Macarena for a week recently and found the house perfect for our stay. The house is well designed to make the most of its space and natural light and was very clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the view from the main lounge overlooking the Church of Santa Marina. We liked being based in the local neighbourhood which is a short walk from the main attractions in the centre. A particular recommendation for a restaurant is Contendor which is about a minutes walk from the house. The owner Alexandra was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived providing lots of recommendations on places to visit. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Real Alcazar and Casa de Pilatos.

An excellent house with parking in the heart of Seville

Alejandra was very helpful before and during our stay in Seville. The house was better than the photos suggested and was really well kitted out and immaculately clean. Alejandra gave us a few helpful hints - such as booking online to avoid the very long queues at the Alcazar. The house is just off the main tourist areas and close to the Alameda which provides a more authentic view of the city whilst having a plethora of bars and restaurants. The main tourist attractions are around 15 minutes away. The rooftop terrace with good views was an added bonus.
