It was a pure italian experience - exceptionally good

It is in the middle of a historic castle village so it is like a little time travel. Prepare to walk a bit to the car as must be parked outside the village and the village is closed for traffic over night. It is silent in the night and in the naturally cool rooms we had perfect sleep. A little shop is at the corner. A Trattoria is nearby. The little kitchen allows very classic italian cooking on gas! I use to travel with my own iron pan which was a good fit here. Espresso pots are there. There is no oven, however in summer it is not recommended anyway. We often went to the free beach mirabella which has free parking. 200% recommendation for those who enjoy the real thing.

Très joli village. Appartement avec vue imprenable sur La Spezia et la mer. Jolis coucher de soleil. Un peu loin pour aller aux cinq terres : partez tôt. Nous avons très apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et tout notre séjour.

Urlaub in Italien

Der Urlaub war sehr schön, unsere Aussicht war gigantisch. Man kann vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus das Komplette Tal einsehen, was meiner Meinung nach ein Geheimtip für Silvester ist. Von dort aus kommt man auch schnell und einfach an alle sehenswerten Ziele, für manche muss man allerdings etwas längerfahren. Es lohnt sich dennoch. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Auf- und Abfahrt, da man einen Berg mit Serpentinen hochfahren muss, also ein Plus für alle die kurvige Straßen mögen. Alles in allem schön.

Italien hautnah und authentisch - hier ist es möglich

Wir sind als Familie auf Empfehlung zu dieser Ferienwohnung gereist. Der Ort soll idyllisch und ruhig und verträumt sein. Die Ferienwohnung geräumig. So war es auch: Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und wie besprochen vorbereitet. Auch der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin / Vermieterin und Agentur lief problemlos. Entspannt. Alles war wie abgesprochen. Als Urlauber ist uns eine ausreichend ausgestattet Küche wichtig. Diese fanden wir vor. Wir waren im Hochsommer zu Gast und habe die Wärme im Ort genossen.Bei zu großer Hitze sind wir natürlich an das Meer gefahren (15 min entfernt). Die Klimaanlage puffert etwas die Hitze ab, kühlt aber keineswegs die Wohnung herunter auf 20°C. Etwa 10 min entfernt ist ein Supermarkt (PAM) wo man alles bekommt. In etwa 20-30 Min findet man größere Einkaufszentren (Sport, Outdoor- Modegeschäfte...) Ansonsten liegt die Stadt idyllisch auf dem Berg und man hat viele Wandertouren. Ein restaurant findet man auch im Nachbarbort. Der Ort selber ist sehr ruhig und es gibt: eine Post, ein Krämer-laden und eine Dorfkneipe. natürlich noch die Burgruine. Für die Kids war es toll, in den Gassen zu laufen. Die Menschen waren nett und aufgeschlossen. Kinderfreundlich. Es gibt einen Spielplatz vor Ort. Dennoch muss man mit Kleinkindern wirklich in der Wohnung wegen der Treppen aufpassen (unsere Kleinen waren es gewöhnt). Empfehlung der Wohnung für Paare, Menschen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen, verträumbtes Kleinstadtleben. - Für Menschen, die sehr viel Ablenkung, Attraktionen oder Einrichtungen brauchen, die sollten entweder wissen, dass man in 20-60 min Fahrzeit alles findet, oder vor Ort einfach sehr entschleunigt lebt. Klappstühle / Campingstühle mitbringen, da man sich am Abend wie die Ortsansässigen mit einem Spritz in die Gassen setzten kann. Am Ort gibt es in Laufweite ausreichend Parkplätze. Man benötigt in den engen Gassen Fahrgeschick. Aber das passt auch (mit einen Sharan kamen wir super durch die gassen - Man gewöhnt sich an die Enge) Die Gastgeberin ist Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit einem schönen großen Korb mit Obst und getränken begrüßt. Das fanden wir sehr angenehm. Auch als wir unter der Woche noch ein extra Müllbehälter für die Windeln brauchten, wurde uns direkt geholfen.

Immaculate 3-Floor Home With Breathtaking Views in Quiet Hilltop Village

Gemma and her assistant Anna (who speaks very good English!) are the most gracious of hosts. The unit is impeccably clean and furnished with everything you need...especially the kitchen. The village of Castelnuovo Magra has a very good restaurant (Armanda), a great coffee/beer cafe (Cafe Creme), a beautiful church, post office, and small grocery store. All the people in town are very friendly. We had the most enjoyable stay.

Belle maison de ville

Maison très bien équipée, très propre. Gemma la propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante. Situé dans un joli village perché. Seul bémol annonce disant 3 chambres, 6 personnes, mais c'est 3 chambres 5 personnes, la 6ème est dans la pièce à vivre, dans laquelle le canapé (120cm) n'est pas confortable.

Ottimo appartamento

La Tisbe è molto pulita ben attrezzata e arredata con gusto. Gli spazi sono studiati per sfruttare al meglio questa caratterisca abitazione. Comoda come punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare la Liguria e la Versilia. La Sigra Gemma è gentilissima disponinile e precisa. Molto consigliata
