Ein wundervoller Ort

Wir haben schon einige Häuser an der Cote d' Azur gemietet, dieses aber ist schon einzigartig! Wir wurden hervorragend betreut, das Haus war tadellos sauber, vorbeheizt und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Und die Lage: ein Traum. Vielem Dank diesen Vermietern, dass wir in diesen Genuß kamen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir als Familie haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Obwohl wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Auch der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Vom Haus kann man zu mehreren Stränden laufen sowie zu zwei kleinen Supermärkte und Bäckereien. Auch eine Anreise komplett ohne Auto ist möglich (Zug nach Toulon und von dort aus mit der Fähre in 20 Minuten). Hinweis für Familien: Zwei Schlafzimmer sind im Untergeschoss (gleiche Ebene wie der Eingang), das andere im ersten Stock, wo sich auch die Badezimmer und Wohnzimmer/Küche befinden. Die Treppe ist steil. Die Küche ist an einer Seite offen zum Flur, d.h. wenn Kinder schlafen, kann man nicht zu laut klappern. Man hört es auch unten. Der Kühlschrank ist leider älter und sehr laut. Das haben wir als störend empfunden. Unten riecht es etwas nach dem Öltank. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an die Besitzer!

Toller Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben mit drei Kindern unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist fantastisch und der kleine Strand in Laufweite war für uns ideal. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Inr Nähe gibt es auch fußläufig Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermärkte.

De belles vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison confortable. La plage et les chemins cotiers sont très proches, il est même possible de se rendre en 15 minutes à Toulon par bateau.

belle maison de caractère

une maison spacieuse avec une vue mer magnifique, très bien équipée, notamment les salles de bains et la cuisine. Un mobilier très confortable et un bel escalier. A déconseiller toutefois aux personnes agées pour cette raison. Et pouvoir admirer la rade de Toulon depuis son lit est un privilège!

Très agréables vacances

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans cette maison qui a beaucoup de charme. La vue est magnifique, c’est très calme et reposant. Tout est à proximité et peut se faire à pied. La maison est bien équipée, on se sent comme chez soi et les propriétaires sont prévenants. Nous ne connaissions pas Toulon et sa région et ce fut une belle découverte avec une météo de rêve de surcroît.

Très bon séjour à St Mandrier

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison disposant de tout le confort. La maison est située à proximité du port, des plages et de tous les commerces : tout est à portée se main tout en bénéficiant de calme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!

Vacances Ideales

villa très calme bien aménagée, spacieuse et idéalement située dans le village de saint mandrier. Toutes les courses et accès aux 3 plages peuvent se faire à pied. Possibilité de se rendre en bateau à Toulon (traversée 15mn , 10€ pour 10 voyages) et à Porquerolles en partant directement de Saint Mandrier, le ponton est à 5mn à pied de la maison. Vue magnifique sur le port depuis le balcon ou la terrasse. Nombreuses visites possibles à moins de 30mn en voiture (Sanary, Six-fours plages, les Embiez ...)

Ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit Garten (Familienurlaub zu Ostern 2017)

Das Haus ist toll gelegen (ruhig aber dabei in unmittelbarer Nähre von Boulangerie, Boucherie, Supermarkt, Cafes, Restaurants, Hafen), die Ausstattung sehr gut, die Betten bequem, und der Garten toll angelegt mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen. Wir können es ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen!

A lovely stay in St Mandrier

We visited St Mandrier for the first time this year and were very impressed with both the house and the area. We loved the decor of the house and the airy, spacious communal areas. The well fitted-out kitchen and pretty master bedroom were highlights. The property was well maintained and clean. We went on a day trip to Toulon but spent most of our time relaxing in St Mandrier, where there are several beaches (pebble and sand) and a lovely quiet harbour. We spent a lot of time in the local restaurants and bars. A favourite was a blue-lit restaurant, the name of which I can't remember. Just look for the blue lights! Another discovery was the 'wine cave' which allows you to bring your own containers to be filled with cheap but very good wine. The owners were friendly, informative and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this house to everybody.

tolle Unterkunft mit Blick über die gesamte Bucht

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Ideal in Fußnähe zum Strand, zur Promenade und zu den Läden. Die Villa hat eine große Terrasse direkt vor der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer, aber auch eine kleine Terrasse zum Sonnen und einen langen Balkon mit einem großartigen Blick nach Toulon und über die gesamte Bucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich noch eine Stufe höher eine kleine idyllische Naturterrasse. Die Villa ist ideal für eine Familie mit mehreren Kindern und evtl. Großeltern bzw. für 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfect Location

St-Mandrier proved a fantastic destination for our holiday, the villa itself exceeded our already high expectations, it was extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained, it was very well equipped with all mod. cons.. The surrounding area is very beautiful with many amenities locally and also easy access to visit other areas along Cote Azure. The little beach just down a few steps from the villa allowed for an early morning swim, then a short walk to the local bakery, returning to breakfast on the patio or balcony enjoying gorgeous sea views. Everything was provided to prepare wonderful meals at home (locally caught fish a specialty), there are also great restaurants to be enjoyed. Oh! there is a very handy off licence close by where they will fill (and refill) your bottles with local wines (these are good and inexpensive). We enjoyed travelling on the ferry to the market at Toulon. there is no shortage of things to do..you just have to choose. The owner provided a very professional yet very friendly and helpful service. Try it, you won't be sorry!!!!! We would love to return for another holiday. :)

Magnifiques vacances !

Magnifiques vacances d'été 2012 !! Une vue extraordinaire sur le petit port de Saint Mandrier, une villa très bien décorée et agencée, conforme en tous points aux photos présentées sur l'annonce Abritel... nous avons été enchantés ! On se sent accueilli dans une vraie dans une vraie maison de famille, bien équipée, au calme, sans circulation puisque la rue est en impasse. La maison est à 5 minutes à pied du port et des petites plages de sable fin qui l'entoure. Vous trouverez des petits commerces, le marché au village et c'est sans problèmes de stationnement que vous pouvez passer vos vacances ! Quelques animations ont lieu au mois d'août, mais c'est un petit village calme pour ceux qui aiment la tranquillité des vacances ! De nombreuses petites criques à Saint mandrier ( plages de la Coudoulière ou Saint Asile) ou à l'île piétonnière du Gaou, (près de Six Four) avec sable fin ou rochers, pinèdes, mer chaude sans vagues en font une destination rêvée pour les familles ! Pour visiter Toulon ou l'île de Porquerolles, il suffit de prendre les bateaux qui font l'aller et le retour tous les jours vers ces destinations à partir du port de Saint Mandrier. Je précise que notre réservation après virement bancaire s'est faite sans aucun problème, soyez rassurés, et ceci à deux reprises, puisque nous reviendrons cette année ! My husband was land bound due to Mistral during a sailing trip and happened upon the village of St. Mandrier which reminded him of one our favourite French towns. -Honfleurs in Normandy. On a stroll through the area he saw this pretty house overlooking the bay and the love story started……..
