Great for families!

We had a great stay. Place was as advertised and the little extras (books, board games, beach toys, etc) were nice. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for basic cooking. Beach service is a major pro. Master bed was very comfy.

Property was nice, but expected more since it was advertised as a‘penthouse’. We stayed in a unit on the 11th floor a few years ago and amount space and layout was exactly the same…also was decorated and furnished nicer.

7 day summer beach trip

Everything was perfect! Todd was great about answering questions before, during, even on the way out! The condo had everything you need. Patio furniture is great. The outdoor couch is great for several people, but even better for naps 😊 Extra Large swimming pool is a huge plus.

The unit could use upgrading. Unit was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, it was still being cleaned. Checkout at 10am/checkin in at 4pm...that is plenty of time to clean a unit. The view was great. Unit has lots of space.

Amazing condo!!

I highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean, within walking distance to the beach, and had amazing views! We were also able to check in early and communicating with the owner was extremely easy! We will definitely be staying here again.

Family getaway.

We love Navarre Beach, and always like staying at Beach Colony condos. This unit had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I do like to cook and found the kitchen well stocked. The owner was quick to answer back when I ask about a crock pot! He also contacted me when we got in to make sure we had everything we needed and then again after we headed home.

Navarre Is Awesome

The complex seems very well maintained. The elevators are fast, just very stuffy and hot. The balcony views off the front and back are awesome! We have stayed at many different condos over the last 20+ yrs and this one rated in my top 3 buildings. Parking spaces are a little tight, especially the ones in the corners.

The condo was everything we expected when we VRBO. Exceptionally excited the unit came with umbrella and chairs included, all we had to do was show up! Loved the accommodations to be able to rent Sunday to Sunday which is atypical.
