The living room is furnished with a leather sofa sectional and a 55” flat screen T. V. An amazing view of the pool and a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico can be enjoyed from the large balcony, with plenty of seating. There is access to your own balcony from the bedroom and living room area.

Outdoor gas grills are provided on the first floor of the building. Tennis courts, ping pong tables, racket ball courts, and exercise room are available.
ALL MARCH, SEMANA SANTA, EASTER and the 4th of July rentals which have any occupants under the age of 25 MUST have in residence a parent or custodial guardian for the entire rental period. Also the renter should be 25 years or older. Easter has a 4 night minimum. The 4th of July has a minimum 3 night stay.

Hurricane / Tropical Storm Policy. Owner is not required to refund any deposit or the Property Use Fee unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” for South Padre Island. In the event of a cancellation due to tropical storm or hurricane warning, Owner will refund any unused portion of currently registered User’s Property Use Fee.
