Location,location,location!Private outdoor hottub!Walk to village andlifts!!Walk to everything Private hot tub in your own backyard, on bike paths and trails.Your private mountain getaway awaits you with your own personal hot tub on the porch overlooking a creek.This fully renovated condo is located just steps from TWO different complimentary ski shuttle lines which run year round. This exclusive mountain getaway is located in Sandstone, on your ski map this is the lower right corner, a 10 minute walk into the Village over a pedestrian bridge. There are new furnishings throughout, and the entire condo has been gutted and redone.

OUTDOOR AREA AND AMENITIES:
Your own porch with back yard area, with its own private hot tub. We are the only one bedroom unit in Vail that has it's own private hot tub to soak in after a long day on the slopes, hiking or biking. It is available year round and overlooks sandstone creek.

LIVING AREA
Relax and rejuvenate on a leather sofa, with flat screen smart TV in main area in front of stone gas fireplace. The smart TV is equipped with Xfinity cable with over 200 channels as well as a DVD player, with DVD's in unit.

BED AND BATH:
This condo has two queen beds. It accommodates 2 adults with two small children or three adults. There is a queen bed in the master, as well as another queen size pull out sofa in the main area, with black out curtains in the main area for a peaceful night's rest. There is one completely renovated bathroom in the unit as well, no bath tub, shower only.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Prepare all your meals in the kitchen, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook any meal. Gather round the kitchen with seating for four at the table (opens up or closes to comfortably seat less or more) as well as three bar stools at the counter.

THE LOCATION:
Very conveniently located near two complimentary free ski shuttle routes, both under a five minute walk. Walk 10 minutes into Lionshead Village and enjoy the best of dining, ski gondolas, ski lifts and an ice skating rink as well as world class shopping.
In the summertime you will enjoy world class hiking, wild life viewing, and mountain biking. The Eagle/Vail golf course is located 7 miles from our location.

Nice Getaway

Condo was clean, quiet and good location, safe, everything worked, free parking space. The listing said ground level unit, but since it was built on hillside, unit was down one flight of stairs with no elevator. It was difficult to take luggage down and up. Would stay again there.

Perfect getaway

We were in town for a wedding at the Hyatt. The condo was the perfect location for accessing everything for the weekend. We drove over a couple of times to the villages but also walked using the overpass as well. We would stay here again.

Great property in a great location

Perfect for a couple. Clean and comfortable with a ski locker just outside. Private hot tub is perfect for the end of the day after skiing. Located on the bus route and within a short walk from Lionshead. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Couple ski vacatio

We had great time on our first visit to Vail. Robin’s place was clean with everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day. Communication was great and the bed was comfy. The bus stops were convenient and the ride was short to town, however the walk from bus drop to gondola is long if you wear ski boots. On the 2nd day we found a locker at Vista Bahn by the gondola to keep my wife’s shoes in while we skied. Overall a great experience and excellent value.

Vail trip

Everything was good, and will consider staying there again. Very convenient location, between two stops on the bus route. I would suggest replacing the coffee maker. Tried using it, but it produced a terrible tasting coffee.

Great spot to visit Vail

The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. The walk to Lionshead is just 15 minutes and it worked better for us than the bus. The hot tub is a great addition to finish your day of skiing. Parking is free after 3 pm in the village and we used this to go back to the village for dinner. The host is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend staying here to my friends.

GREAT location for ski access!

Perfect location for my son and I to enjoy Vail. Multiple bus stops right outside the front door that get you to Vail in 5 minutes! Private Hot tub for after ski also made the experience! Robin reached out multiple times and was a great host

Fantastic stay!

It was a wonderful place to stay for a week nice and clean and close to the lionshead village! Private hot tub on the balcony was awesome! I would come back to stay again!!!

hot tub bliss

This condo was perfect for us. Very comfortable with everything we needed. All the basic cooking supplies for making meals which is important to us. It is a very easy 10 minute walk into Lionshead Village and just a little further to Vail Village for everything you could ever want - ski slopes, restaurants, shops. Then return to this sweet condo overlooking a creek. It is very quiet and enjoying the private hot tub every night after long cold days of activity was the perfect end to wonderful days. Everything about the condo was wonderful but the hot tub was definitely the star. Hands down would stay again.

Amazing Trip

We loved our stay. The unit is close to shuttles but we chose to take the 10 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge for snowboarding at Vail. The unit has everything you need to enjoy all Vail has to offer. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was stocked, private hot tub was wonderful, and the host communicated well! Hope to return!

Great location with amenities

Located across the highway from Vail Village providing a quiet, comfortable, and cozy experience. Bus easily accessible from the property to get to ski areas within 15 minutes. Hot tub right outside the unit to help soothe you from a full day on the slopes. City Market and Safeway grocery stores 10 minutes away. We will definitely come back for a future stay.

Quiet and Convenient

Nice place; close to vail. Quiet place; worked great for the two of us skiing over the weekend. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner communicated very well through the stay.

Super Sweet Ski Spot!!

I am so grateful we found Robin's place! Seriously, it made it possible for my family to finally take our first ski trip with our 4 yo. We've been hesitant to go up and try because of the new level of juggling all the extra things that come along with traveling, and now skiing, with a little one. But this clean, comfy, and oh so CONVENIENT condo knocked it out of the park! Thanks to the absolute perfect location, and it having all the conveniences and amenities our family needed and wanted, we were able spend our time on the things that matter to us most as a family. PRICELESS. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Robin for being such a warm and HELPFUL host, and for sharing your sweet spot with us. We look forward to stay here again and again and again. :-)

What a terrific ski condo!

I'm a return guest, and it's consistently the perfect place to stay. Easy to get to skiing and such a convenient location near ski bus stops and walkable. Super comfy and so nice to relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing. Highly recommend.

Fantastic SKI condo in prime location

We had a really amazing time at Robin’s ski condo. The location was prime and we walked into lionshead every day to ski. The conditions were amazing, and having a private hot tub to come back to at the end of a long ski day was amazing. The hot tub looked brand new and was well maintained. The location is ideal, near several bus stops to take you into the village as well as walking distance to the slopes and ski lifts. After skiing we would go to apres in the village and come home to a nice fireplace and great hot tub overlooking a creek. We couldn’t believe how quiet the condo was given its proximity to the village and all the activity of the ski village. The condo itself was nicely furnished, great comfortable bed and nice furniture. The owner, Robin, sends out a very helpful information packet weeks before your visit, so you know exactly how to get there and get around. She even gives out restaurant recommendations. We used our rental car to get from the airport to the ski condo, as well as to pick up groceries down the street. There is one parking spot right outside the unit which is super convenient since parking in the area is not cheap. We highly recommend this ski vacation as one of the best ski trips we have ever had.

Honeymoon stay!

The actual condo isn’t that bad, but the location and finding it for the first time is not good. The description of where it is and how “close” it is to lions head village is a little deceiving. If you want to get groceries that’s a chore all on it’s own, unless you rent a car. Transportation is the biggest issue with staying here, Uber basically doesn’t exist, if you don’t have your own car then you’re at the mercy of figuring out what bus goes where. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again.

Great condo hot tub!

This is from a non skier, walker. Condo is across from village in a quiet building. The highlights include an awesome hot tub on the porch among pine trees. The washer and dryer was a plus. Friendly neighbors passed on hikes outside along the creek that runs in the backyard view. Prepare for only one available parking space. The building has only one guest spot. Management is awesome, which is also a plus these days!

The condo was most recently renovated in 2019 including completely redone bathroom, all new lighting, all new flooring, brand new completely remodeled kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. and new windows. There is your own private porch on ground level and your own private yard overlooking sandstone creek and your own hot tub.
