Very comfortable and well equipped property in great location.
We visited AMI with our family to have a relaxing beach holiday and found the house to be ideal for what we needed. It is clean and comfy and Debra was helpful if we needed to ask anything. The house is equipped with chairs and towels for trips to the beach which is only a two minute walk away.
During our stay the road directly outside the property has ongoing work taking place. It didn't particularly bother us and the workers were considerate if we needed to walk down the road but they do start work early. The property has a driveway so not an issue with parking. The neighbourhood is quiet in the sense that we weren't disturbed by any noise but it's close enough to restaurants to walk. Might be worth just considering that if you have very young children or someone not great on their feet in your party the stairs in the house are a little steep. I would certainly be happy to stay here again and recommend. Debra was a great host, helpful when we asked if we could check in a little earlier and from our experience I would anticipate if you had a problem she would be responsive.
