About this property

Our lovely house is a dependence of an ancient villa, surrounded by a private garden rich with holm-oaks and cluster pines, a few steps away from one of the most wonderful rocks of the eastern point of the Gulf of the Poets. It's a perfect family house, very well equipped for children. The house, set on two levels, is divided as follows: the ground floor is an open space with living area, kitchen and a nice fireplace. On this floor there is also a small bathroom. From the ground floor you can get directly into a large terrace (25 m²) which is on the same level of the big garden and furnished with a lawn swing, table and chairs for 8 people. On the first floor, mansard roof, there are two bedrooms. On the back of the house there is a private car park for two cars. The lawn around the house is really spectacular and particularly suitable for children who can play safely, while the parents can enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace. P.S. The house is usually lived by the owner.

Geniale Lage

Wunderbar. Alles bestens. Leider viele Mücken und keine Mückengitter. Schön wären Sitzkissen zu den Aussenstühlen oder 1-2 Liegestühle.

Kleine Oase an traumhafter Lage

Die kleine und sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat uns als Familie mit 2 erwachsenen Töchtern sehr gut gefallen. Leider ist der Garten im Herbst etwas schattig, was aber durch die fantastische Lage so nah an der Felsküste wett gemacht wurde. Wir haben die wunderschöne Aussicht, Ruhe und eindrückliche Sonnenauf- und Untergänge genossen! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Litet men personligt sommarhus med trivsam lummig trädgård som inbjöd till måltider ute under den stora parasollen. Välutrustat kök men saknade ändå bricka, skärbräda, riktiga knivar och vinglas. Huset blir varmt på ovanvåningen men mygg hindrar att man sover med öppet fönster. Dagtid inga myggproblem. Biluppställningsplatsen förutsätter en liten bil då manöverutrymmet är snävt även om en SUV gick in genom grinden. Området är charmigt med pittoreskt samhälle, bra krogar och fin strand för bad. Bad från klipporna vid huset klarade vi inte pga branta hala klippor med havstulpaner.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Direkt am Meer, es kann sogar vom Gartenzaun ein wenig erblickt werden. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass Hund und Kind einfach freilaufen könnten. Großer Tisch im Haus und auf der Terrasse, die Küche super eingerichtet. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, hinterm Haus geht es direkt in die Berge zum Wandern! Der kleine Ort Tellaro ist wunderschön! Kleine Bars, super leckere Restaurants, italienisches Flair! Der Kontakt mit Vermieterin und Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war ausgezeichnet! Nett, direkt und viele tolle Tipps, auch während des Aufenthalts! Und zu Erwähnen: Ein super bequemes Bett!!!

Super location near sea in beautiful harbor town

The house has its quirks and charms as previous reviews point out but really the house with big garden is more than adequate for a family of four or five, but what makes this an ideal house is the location. Well equipped, modern, the house is a lived in house and not a pure holiday house with only 4 plates 4 bowls 4 knives and forks etc.. so yes you might find a dusty bowl in one of the many cupboards. The two bedrooms are set up perfect for families. The location is fantastic. Two mins walk from the sea where you can find your place on the rocks and swim in the crystal clear sea. Also you can walk 5 mins to the harbor in the town and find a place to sit. Good fun for the adventurous who enjoy jumping from the rocks in to the sea. At the end of the day you can enjoy a drink at the harbour bar or eat outside at local ostaria. Plenty of options in the town square. We loved it! Super house and garden and fantastic location. P.s. great bus service to Lerici, but buy tickets from Bazaar (shop on way to town square) or Tabaccaio before traveling or risk fine 🙄

Familie mit 3 Kindern

Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles nötige vorhanden. Auch zum kochen. Die Schlafräume waren für uns ausreichend groß. An den Felsen hinter dem Haus können Schwimmer wunderbar baden. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum nächsten Strand. Vom Haus aus kann man das Meer leider nicht sehen.Im Oktober scheint die Sonne erst mittags in den Garten. Es gibt sehr schöne Wanderungen direkt ab Tellaro. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tanta anima e alcuni difetti.

La casa ha una sua anima, respira attraverso i libri che occupano gli scaffali, la grande porta finestra che affaccia sul giardino, gli abbaini che illuminano i letti. Non ci vuole molto per sentire che è un animale affettuoso, mansueto, che accoglie. Il suo interno ricorda un po' gli ambienti di una barca a vela, per colori, disposizione, ristrettezze. Se quest'anima vi conquista non presterete molta attenzione ai limiti/difetti della casa, che ci sono: il bagno minuscolo, (per lavarsi la faccia ci si lavano i piedi, quindi tanto vale fare la doccia), i pensili sopra la cucina che non restano aperti (con una mano li tenete aperti e con l'altra prendete ciò che contengono), l'enorme quantità di zanzare che prosperano in giardino e quindi in casa (zampirone e repellenti sin dal mattino presto), la vista mare che manca (l'unico spicchio possibile è oscurato dal recinto del giardino in fitta plastica verde), i vicini oltre la siepe, ossia a un metro, che sono un po' dei compagni di vacanza (i nostri fortunatamente erano silenziosi e mansueti, e usavano il barbecue con moderazione). Dunque da una parte della bilancia la casa, il giardino e la loro anima, dall'altra i difetti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato sporco, del tutto, quindi abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi alle pulizie, cosa che ci ha fatto vedere prima di tutto i difetti. Passata però l'arrabbiatura e chiarita la cosa con la Elena, la proprietaria, che si è scusata per il disguido ed è stata ben disposta a restituire il costo delle pulizie, nei giorni successivi siamo stati molto bene nella casa, noi i nostri figli e il cane. Altro neo della casa, soprattutto per chi deve usarla in alta stagione è il prezzo, decisamente alto per i limiti della casa. Forse, limando un po' i prezzi, la bilancia e la benevolenza degli ospiti penderebbe molto più dalla parte dell'anima. E le tre stelle sarebbero quattro ben meritate.

very nice

Everything was very nice. The contact to Elena and all things concerning organisation were very easy and very friendly. The appartment with its garden is beautiful. Very good place to stay. We miss to go to the cliffs behind the house in the morning with a coffeepot in the hands and to have a bath in the sea . There is a ladder at the sea. I just can recommend it. Claudia
