Your group of up to 8 people will feel right at home in this spacious home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy the sunset, waves, or whale watching from the covered back porch or take the stairs down to the beach. Soak in the sites while relaxing in the hot tub!

Inside, the home has much to offer as well! There are two separate living rooms each with their own flat screen HD TV. The dining room has plenty of seating for everyone with two dining tables, which also gives you lots of space for your favorite board game or puzzle. This home is stocked with DVDs, games, and a pool table in the garage. You will enjoy this ocean front beach retreat!

Very nice

Everything was pretty good except the master bedroom bed which was too soft. You sort of sink into the mattress.

Family time at the beach

Well equipped and great location. Garage full of pool table, food ball, ping pong was a fabulous bonus. Unfortunately the carpets were very very soiled in the main living space. Baseboards looked as if they’d never been cleaned and furniture is overdue for a deep clean.

Loved our family beach trip!

This beach front house exceeded our expectations! It was larger than expected, perfect for our family of 8 and one dog. What we loved; the beach was 25 steps down, covered padio was perfect to eat outdoors, the teak table and chairs were very nice, the hot tub was awesome and used daily, the house had a great layout with a large kitchen, 😀 and a big bonus was the game room with pool table, Foosball, ping pong table and carpet shuffle board. And a nice yard to set up our cornhole boards. (We love games) Also nice tv's in four rooms. Okay, now what could use some attention? The bbq grill was in very poor condition, and one of the burners on the gas grill is burned out and won't light. The propane bottle was only 1/4 full with no spare bottle. The beds were just ok, but not very comfortable (imo) and next time, I'll bring my own pillows too. Overall, we all had a great time and recommend it wholeheartedly!😊

Nice house, lots of room. Has all the amenities: beachfront, beach access, great front porch, hot tub, game room, fully accessorized. We enjoyed the stay.

Overall we were very pleased with the house, beach setting, playroom and jacuzzi. We always had fresh towels, and the property manager was easy to get in touch with for a plumbing question we had. Easy access to the beach. The toilets are on a septic tank, so special toilet paper to be used as a precaution.

Great location!

Location was prefect for a home base. Beautiful views and the beach was steps away. House was very comfortable for our family and lots of room for the grand kids to play. Game room was perfect for evenings in. Furnishings were nice, the only down fall was the main bath toilet has issues flushing. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Sunset Beach Home Experience

The house is one of the few that looks just like the photos, but what they don't show is how absolutely breathtaking the view and the sunsets are! The weather was perfect, the view spectaclular and plenty of room for my family of six to spread out and relax. We absolutely want to come back for another stay and a cup of morning coffee watching the waves or savor a glass of wine while the sun kisses the ocean goonight. We loved it. PS...the sunken Bathtub with the ocean view was divine!

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time here. Beautiful location and comfortable home. Cleaning could've been a bit better, one of the bedrooms was not throughly cleaned. The buggeat problem we had was the driveway. We had a low profile car and the drive way is VERY uneven. Just before you reach the house it was flooded due to the rains and was hard to navigate so that we didn't bottom out, which we did. This could easy be taken care of. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

wonderful location

First day there, freezer leaked water on floor. C'd mngmnt, did not return call that day. One lamp had to be plugged in socket to work. Could be replaced. Alot of the electrical outlets did not work. Could have had all matching water glasses and wine glasses for 10 people.Otherwise there were plenty of supplies. Thank you for a great vacation.

The Perfect Beach House!

This home is up on a small cliff that looks out onto the Ocean. From the front windows, it looks like the Ocean is right there, and you can hear it well in the background. Getting down to the beach on the path is simple and easy. There are steps and a handrail for those who might need/want that. The house has a ton of space and open but separate sitting areas so kid's games or videos are nearby but not intruding on adult conversations. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Fabulous location, carpets in need of cleaning from pets

We loved our stay here! The layout of the property, the game room, the hot tub, the beach access and neat tide pools right below, and the property is extremely clean (minus the carpets). It took us a couple days to get over the carpets, but having a dog ourselves, we just ended up covering some of the bad spots with furniture and dealing. Not sure I'd want a baby or someone who spends a lot of time on the floor there. Truly though, if that doesn't bother you, or if the carpets get cleaned, this is the place for you. Thanks you!

Great beach house

You can't beat the location and quality of accommodation. There is nothing like being surrounded in the ocean atmosphere. Very private location with the views of a great beach a short distance below you. The private stairs down to the beach made it easy to access. The only issue we had at all was a couple of chairs/bar stools that needed attention, but there were plenty of others to use. Overall we were very pleased with the house, and would go back again.

wonderful place

This place is wonderful. Great views, soft beds and very clean. There were two problems but only on truly negative. First it was only available for 2 nights for us to stay in, so we had to use hotels. The second was that the recliners didn't work in the living room. We will stay here again for sure.

The best!

Throughout the stay I liked this house and location more and more. The porch is amazing and we had most of our meals there plus hang time after a day on the sand. The beach and access was great and so convenient. The garage game room came in handy when it was so foggy we needed a break from the outside anyway. Master bedroom was very spacious and I would say comfortable except the bed could use a new mattress. Very happy with our stay!

Beautiful view, home is in need of updates

The view is beautiful. House has a fantastic view from the deck and living room. Before 10 am there are tide pools right in front of the house. Beach access is at the edge of the backyard and down about 15 steps. Large kitchen and 2 separate living rooms. Big flat grass backyard and lots of parking. Kitchen has basic pans and dishes for use but literally no spices or cooking oil. The detached garage has a game room which the kids enjoyed however it was separate from the house, through a door and outside and it contained other things like you would find in a garage, tools, equipment and things. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the kids in that space unattended. The house had a good layout for 2 families but the decor and furniture was severely dated and in need of repair. 2 of the recliner’s didn’t work, couches were torn and carpet was stained. Check in at 5pm seemed especially late. Most rentals allow access by 4.

Lovely stay and home. Loved the layout and it was well stocked with all necessary utensils.

We all really enjoyed the stay. The views are wonderful. We saw sea lions right out the front window. The tide comes in pretty high so the beach is not accessible for parts of the day. We used the hot tub when we couldn't get to the beach. Or we played games in the garage. Fun for all. Cute little town. We definitely will be back.
