Located next to Truckee Regional Park with skateboard park, kids park, golf and frisbee golf. Baseball and Basketball in park. Rodeo during the summer and ice skating in the winter. Also Summer concerts during the week.
Truckee is close by with wonderful restaurants and unique shopping.
North Shore and the Lake is 25 minutes away. Northstar and world class skiing is within 15 minutes.

Why they chose this property
We picked Truckee for the wide range of activities offered year round. The skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, sledding and just playing in the snow during the winter. With the boating, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and swiming in the summer. We were surprising pleased with the shopping, resturants, concerts and the community spirt of the residents of Truckee. We love to say that Truckee is our second home!
