Lage und Ausstattung des Appartements hat uns gut gefallen. Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hätten es wieder gebucht, es steht aber wegen eines geplanten Verkaufs wahrscheinlich nicht mehr zur Verfügung.

This apartment has everything to make your vacation wonderful. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The location is good, close to good restaurants. The swimming pool and the garden are nice and tidy. There were a few things that we felt were missing, but they were immediately fixed by Chantal, who is an excellent host, as well as her staff. We are already thinking about our next holiday in this apartment. Thank you Chantal.

Leider schlechte Betreuung

Hallo, ich habe mich noch nie wg. einer Wohnung beschwert. Diesmal mache ich eine Ausnahme. Die Familie war 6 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Check in war ok, obwohl da beim zeigen schon offensichtlich war, dass das Garagentor nicht aufging und der Fernseher nicht funktionierte. Angeblich sollte am Tag 2 Jemand vorbeikommen und dies richten. Es kam Niemand. Anruf am Tag 3 - es sollte am Tag 4 Jemand kommen. Niemand kam. Dann Letzte Aufforderung am Tag 5. Am Tag 6 wurde es repariert, aber da waren wir schon wieder auf dem Heimweg. Es gab außerdem nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel, was schwierig für uns war, da manche Personen Fahrradfahren wollten und andere Joggen oder spazieren. Und zusätzlich war die Dusche undicht. Der Urlaub war trotzdem gut, aber die Wohnung trug nicht dazu bei. Würden wir nicht mehr mieten.

Gezellig vakantieappartement gelegen in een rustig complex. Mooie en goed onderhouden tuin en zwembad. De woning zelf kan een heropfrissingsbeurt gebruiken.

La casa si trova in una località molto accogliente e ben situata a sud dell'isola per raggiungere alcune delle spiagge più belle di Tenerife. Casa molto pulita e accoglienza ottima. Super consigliata per chi vuole fare una vacanza in una località tranquilla senza rinunciare alle comodità.

belle appartement plein pieds super bien équipé

on a passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce bel appartement bien équipé, les terrasses sont supers car toujours au soleil, celle d'en haut à vue sur la mer très belle piscine avec un complexe très bien entretenu, on peut tout faire à pieds, restos, bars, boulangerie, supermarché, plage (bahia beach est le top) Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement qui est bien lumineux toutes les chaines francophones et néerlandophones pour mon mari fonctionnent très bien. On a déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 10 jours à Palm Mar avec ma femme au mois de mars 2018. Le logement est très spacieux avec une petite terrasse côté soleil levant, une grande terrasse côté piscine avec une grande table et un salon de jardin ainsi qu'un solarium avec 2 fauteuils "bain de soleil" à l'étage. L'ensemble est parfaitement équipé ( vaisselle en abondance, aspirateur, machine à laver, petit électroménager à profusion, ...) Petit plus : Télévision avec programmes dans toutes les langues ainsi qu'un accès à la VOD sans limitation. C'est calme malgré la présence de deux restaurants à proximité. L'appartement aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement pour que ce soit parfait ( peinture, changement de la table de la terrasse, du robinet du lavabo, ...)mais rien de dramatique. En résumé, excellent séjour, accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire (qui est aussi très réactive), nous recommandons sans problème.

très bel appartement, bien situé au coeur de Palm Mar, super bien équipé, toutes les chaines françaises et internationales étaient super belle grande piscine avec transats, grandes terrasses donc on a toujours le soleil ou l'ombre au choix pour manger dehors ou se prélasser super accueil !! je n'ai qu'une hâte y retourner
