Perfect family getaway

We had an amazing stay at the property for our family trip! The unit is very clean, stocked with all beach & snorkeling gear, towels, kitchenware, pull out sofa, blow up mattress, nice furniture, etc. A lovely home away from home for the week!The resort has a lot of security that patrols the property at all times. The staff are all very friendly, the restaurant on the grounds has amazing food. The building is quiet and is in the heart of the Grace Bay shopping and restaurant district. You can walk anywhere in Grace Bay.There were always plenty of beach chairs open for our use. There is a tiki bar set up on the sand, beach games, pool chairs for use, and two poolside grills if you decide to grill out at night with your loved ones (that the resort deep cleans every morning).I would highly recommend a stay here!

This was our second year staying at this lovely property. We love the location, convenient to everything including restaurants, grocery store, and even the golf course. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay as always. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this penthouse in Turks and Caicos! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and the main strip of restaurants and shops was nearby, making it super convenient for dining and exploring. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing around the pool when the beach was a bit windy. It was a fantastic spot to unwind and soak up the sun. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Turks and Caicos!

Gorgeous property! Family friendly, walkable

We’ll be back! The Plaza at Oceans Club West was perfect for our group! We went with family friends and our host was able to help us find another unit on the same floor for them as well. It was walkable to so many great restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. Oceans Club West was fantastic! The pool was great and the restaurant, Solana, had some of the best food we had while we were there. The unit was clean, and had what we need for the time we were there.

Great unit and location

The condo is as pictured, clean and comfortable. Location can not be beat as you are in the heart of Grace Bay. The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach towels. We walked to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Plenty of chairs at the pool and beach and having the restaurant onsite was convenient for drinks and food. Kids enjoyed using the tennis courts. Great vacation and great place at a good price.

Great comfortable family vacation at great location!

The place was very clean and located right at the grace bay. Short walk to the beautiful pool and the most amazing beach. Condo was very specious. Property manager was so kind to let us in a little early even though our flight was couple hours earlier than check in time. That alone, I would like to give 10 stars~~ After a long flight, last thing you want is waiting outside until you can check in and unwind. I cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. I would definitely come back here.

2nd time at the Ocean Ckub West

As always it's a great place. Close to shops and restaurants. Beach is clean and perfect. Pool is fantastic Reaort is always quiet you'd would think your the only one there at times. Having a balcony this year was an added plus. We will be back again.

Wonderful week

We had a great stay at the condo. Communication with Rosemarie was easy, timely and clear. Onsite manager, Earlene was also responsive and friendly. Rooms were spacious, kitchen well stocked with whatever we needed to make simple meals. In unit laundry was great to have as well. We loved the location with access to resort amenities. We hope to return one day!

Ocean club west - plaza

The physical condo was very nice; however the condo’s balcony was on a busy road, the floors were very dirty, & the bed sheets were torn. We also had only 4 beach towels for 4 people to last the entire week; when we asked at the Ocean Club West Resort beach shack for more towels, they would not provide towels since we were Plaza guests. Also, since we were Plaza guests, we did not have access to the bikes, paddle boards, or kayaks. If we knew there was a delineation between the RESORT & the PLAZA, we would have stayed at the RESORT. Rosemarie was very responsive to all of my questions. The beach, pool, condo location & restaurant were all exceptional! My words of wisdom for those booking this would be - OCEAN CLUB WEST RESORT is NOT THE SAME AS OCEAN CLUB PLAZA - whenever we asked the resort employees questions, they were less than helpful when they found out we were staying at the PLAZA.

The property is in a great location! Walkable to major grocery store and other restaurants. The Ocean Club West property is amazing and the beach view of Grace Bay is gorgeous. The property has a nice balcony, too!

Awesome location

This apartment was super close to everything including beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Very spacious for 4 people. We had access to the resort and the walk was not far. Checkin was very well organized and the information we received very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
