Beautiful villa in great location

This is a lovely villa - one of the nicest we have stayed in. The villa is light and airey. Outside is a well kept garden with a lovely pool. Domus de Maria is up in the hills away from the busy beach resorts but just a 20 minute drive to lots of different beaches. We tried a different beach every day. Tuerrada was our favourite although very busy! There are 2 x pizzerias and 1 x restaurant in Domus de Maria. We only tried Niko’s pizzeria in the square but we went back again as it’s so lovely to sit outside in the square. Reasonably priced too - need to book in advance as busy. Fabio and Julia are lovely- easy going and understanding when my son accidentally broke a plant pot. I would definitely recommend staying here ! Thanks Fabio and Julia x

Fabulous and relaxing place to stay

We had an amazing time with our children at this property, it is a real gem with beautiful views to wake up to each morning a gorgeous pool and bbq area. We'll be back!

Beautiful villa, stunning views!

We are a family of 4 and the villa worked out well for us. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was a definite highlight and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. Unfortunately the small village of Domus de Maria had very little to do with only a few little shops that seemed to be rarely open. Luckily we rented a car - which I would say is essential. Few people spoke English so google translate is a must! Although very picturesque I wouldn’t recommend this part of Sardinia as it was very limited in its facilities and the shops and restaurants were very expensive - costing slightly more than you would expect to pay in the uk. Not really ideal for teenagers- maybe okay for couples...

Perfect Property in a Stunning Location

We stayed at this property for two weeks in July-two adults and a child aged 8. The house itself was perfect, very private and one of the best we’ve stayed in throughout Italy. It is immaculate, spacious and had everything we needed. Outside the planting in the garden is gorgeous and there are great views to the hills beyond; the pool was the icing on the cake. The local village isn’t touristy and had a good pizzeria and shops to buy supplies. We drove to the gorgeous local beaches most days, stopping off to buy fresh fruit, hams and local cheese on the way. The owners are lovely and made arriving and leaving a pleasant experience. Thanks so much for allowing us to have such a great time. Carol, Stephen and Evan.

Nice house, 🏊 pool

We stayed one week and enjoyed very much . Children's been playing in the garden and with neighbors cat 🐱. Beach and shops couple minutes away. Looking forward to comeback.

WONDERFUL VILLA FOR A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY

Many thanks to Fabio and Julia! We had a great week relaxing in Sardina at this charming villa. Well appointed and clean, modern and bright. Delightful garden with stunning views and great pool for taking dip on a hot sunny day. The villa has everything you need and we mixed days round the pool with days down the beaches nearby at Chia. Local bars, pizzeria and small supermarket all walkable from the villa in the local village and enjoyable. For more choice, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops etc within a 15/20 minute drive. Perfect place to relax, read a book, have a glass of wine as the sun goes down and just forget about the daily stress of life. Villa is a real gem and highly recommended.

Super duper Fabio's pad.

I stayed at Fabio's villa with my two sons and husband this summer for a week.The house is cool and modern, the pool is deluxe and was perfect for our children...but most impressive are those views. If you want to forget your troubles and kick off your flip flops and breathe in that evening Sardinian air...in beautiful surroundings....Fabio's place is the place to do it. Domus de Maria is small and friendly and uncommercial. The little shops have everything you need if you did not want to venture too far for your stay. We found the local tiny Nico's pizza to be the best around and good value for money. Another pizzeria with a garden was cheery and also good. On other evenings we drove the 15 mins to bigger restaurants. The most stunning beaches I have ever seen are also a picturesque 20 minute drive away. The owners were really nice and helpful when we had arranged the wrong key drop off time. The whole experience is one we will treasure and remember fondly when we look back at our snaps. Cheers.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist grundsätzlich sehr schön! Natürlich könnte man hier und da noch optimieren: mehr Geschirr, es gab weder Bier- noch Weingläser, die Stühle könnten bequemer sein, es gibt keine Spülmaschine, usw.. Was aber tatsächlich unser Urlaubserlebnis geschmälert hat, waren die unbequemen Betten. Das müsste dringend geändert werden! Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight des Hauses! Fabio ist super nett und die Kommunikation war absolut top!

Wunderschöne Villa, wunderschöne Gegend, super netter Gastgeber

Wir waren Ende Oktober in der Villa von Fabio. Alles war genau so wie es auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist. Abgerundet wird die Villa mit vielen kleinen schönen Details die überall zu finden sind. Das gesamte Haus ist umzäunt, so hat sich unser Hund sehr wohl und wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt der nach Wiederholung schreit.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben für unseren Herbsturlaub die Villa gemietet. Alles war wie beschrieben. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und sind fast jeden Tag zum Strand gefahren. Die verschiedenen Strände sind ca. 10 - 15 Minuten Autofahrzeit vom Objekt entfernt und dementsprechend gut zu erreichen. Jedoch hervorzuheben beim Objekt ist unser Vermieter Fabio gewesen. Es fand eine sehr gute Kommunikation statt. Fabio hat immer wieder gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und hatte viele gute Tipps für Restaurant oder Stände. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Erholen und Entspannen!

Viele schöne Strände sind in der Nähe und die Gegend kann man zu Fuß erwandern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und geben sich viel Mühe. Vielleicht könnte noch das eine oder andere Geschirr bzw. mehr Weingläser angeschafft werden :) Tolles Objekt - empfehle ich gern weiter.

Super Unterkunft!

Wir waren Anfang September für 10 Nächte in der Villa „Matrix“. Die Kommunikation vorab war schon sehr unkompliziert. Fabio und Julia sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber, die man auch jederzeit anrufen/Anschreiben kann, wenn man eine Frage hat. Das Haus an sich ist innen sauber und zweckmäßig. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Küche mit ausreichend Ausstattung. Die Außenanlage ist sehr schön angelegt in mehreren Etappen. Einen Grill hat es auch, der Pool ist sehr schön, sogar mit integrierter „Whirl-Funktion“ Zum nächsten Strand fährt man ca. 10 Minuten. Eine tolle Pizzeria mit Eisdiele, ist direkt im Ort. Bäckerei, Apotheke und Minishops sind auch direkt im Ort vorhanden. Wir sind mit Hund gereist, ging auch super, nur bei der Wahl des Strandes muss man dann ein bisschen suchen, aber selbst dort wird man fündig. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Die Vermieter Fabio und Maria sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus, vor allem der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön. Es gibt etwas wenig Geschirr und das Bad ist etwas klein, aber uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Hatten eine tolle Woche.

Urlaub im perfekten Ferienhaus

Die ideale Villa mit wunderschönen Pool in ruhiger Lage. Top organisiert durch netten Host Fabio und Julia. Die Villa hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Reichlich Platz, einen sehr liebevoll gepflegten Garten und einen tollen Pool mit Aussendusche. Ruhig gelegen in Hanglage in einem kleinen Ort. Mit dem Auto sind in 5-10 Min. die wunderschönen Strände von Chia zu erreichen.

Grandioser Pool für Kinder, uneinsehbares Gelände.

Tolles Objekt perfekt ausgestattet in Ferienhaussiedlung, in den Bergen. Im Ort nur eingeschränkte Versorgungsmöglichkeiten, Notwendiges ist in kleinen typischen Bergdorf-Läden vorhanden. 15min Fahrzeit zu einigen der schönsten Stränden. 25 min zum Supermarkt in der nächsten Stadt mit einer Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars und abendlichem Leben. Mietwagen zwingend erforderlich.

Agréable séjour dans un bel environnement

Une semaine réussie dans une villa agréable avec un très bel extérieur, proches des commerces et des plages. Environnement de maisons mitoyennes avec voisinage proche. Prévoir linge de maison car location très onéreuse.
