Great weekend stay

This condo is in the perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants . It’s 2 blocks from the beach and had ample parking. The unit is clean and comfortable.

Perfect Location

Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Condo was clean and well maintained. Plenty of room to hang out and play a game, read a book, or watch TV. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Onsite covered parking was great. As an added bonus the courtyard is beautiful! Perfect beach vacation for our family of 4.

Wedding travel

We were in the Pismo area for a family wedding. This location was good for us. The pros: clean, close to beach and eating establishments, plenty of room, good off street parking. The cons: although described as fairly new remodel, it looked a little shabby, mostly because of missing vanes in the vertical blinds on the sliding door. This would be a fine place for people to stay who planned to spend most of their time outdoors enjoying the beach and other locations nearby.

Good Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in the area on a work project for a couple of weeks. This place suited our requirements and had most all that you would expect. Some things that were available were the laundry in the unit, 2 bdrms/1.5 baths, full kitchen with most of what you would need, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric range and oven, microwave, cable tv, and wifi. It is in a great location with great on-site parking. Walking access to the pier and downtown Pismo are just a couple of blocks away.

Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in this nice condo during his 6 weeks work at Diablo Canyon. I loved this Unit #7 at 220 Ocean View. It is noisy (Loud trucks and motorcycles) but worth it because of it’s location. It has been recently renovated and it is high end. While we were there Nov. 12–Oct.31, 2020., a new Master bedroom mattress was delivered and set up for us. The master bedroom floor slopes downhill toward the head of the bed, so we just flipped our heads the other way and it was all good. We have stayed at 12 different condos over the years, and this was one of my favorite. It’s cozily snuggled in several units and just seems very safe. Great value for this condo. It’s upstairs, but that wasn’t a a negative for us. Short easy walk to downtown and the beach. The staff at Coastal is great to work with once is hand knows what the other hand has told you. Looking forward to coming back to Pismo Beach . From hot and muggy North Mississippi, the Glovers.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, walking distance to the beach. Descriptions said gas grill and there was only a charcoal grill. Was disappointed on how I had to call the property management to send me the contract and then call again for them to send me access code for property. When trying to access the deck, the blinds kept falling off. This property needs to do some updates

8 month stay for work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location of the condo but it needs updating. It has very old appliances and furniture. The listing was not accurate because it does not have a sofa bed. They gave us an air mattress upon request but would rather had the sofa bed for guests bc of space. The king size mattress was not very comfortable but we made it work for our stay. There were not many furnished places available for our entire stay or we would likely have chosen a different place. It was fine for our family of 4 , but it is very small. It is walking distance to anything in downtown Pismo Beach, so we loved that. The staff at the rebtal office were friendly and helpful.

Great location and unit!

Stayed 3 nights. Loved the unit layout, had everything we needed! Best part was the location. One block from the beach, one block from all restaurants and shops. Loved it! Would return!
