Centralt beläget 2. 5 km från närmaste stad. nära den närliggande stranden. Fullt utrustat kök med moderna apparater, matsal, lounge, färskvattenpool. Sovrum: Dubbelrum med eget badrum. 2 rymliga dubbelrum. Mindre sovrum med 2 våningssängar. (idealisk för barn). 2 badrum, innehåller ett badrum. 1 tvättrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med moderna apparater, inklusive spis och spis, kyl / frys, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och tvättmaskin. Intill matsalen finns ett och separat vardagsrum, båda områdena har tillgång till franska fönster på terrassen.


Tjänster: Städning och byte av sängkläder 2 gånger i veckan. Extra städservice och byte av sängkläder på begäran mot extra kostnad. Handdukar är för användning inom Villa och inte användas runt poolen eller stranden. Ytterligare avgifter för barnsängar eller barnstolar, (15 euro per vistelse). Skadedepositum: € 250. Always in my heart

Second time in this magic place. Same excellent impression (I am a demanding guest...) . The owners Paul & Lynne are simply fantastic. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and clean. If you really want to feel in deep the unique "Alonissos Experience" you must stay here as a perfect combination. Thank you Paul & Lynne, we will definitely come back again.

Great location, well equipped and easy communications

We booked our stay a couple of years in advance and so feel like we got to know Paul ( the owner) quite well! He was always very quick at answering our questions and made us feel confident about the booking. We went with 3 generations, ages ranging from 0-70. The house is great. We have been coming to the island since 1985 so know it well and this location is perfect and above our favourite beach. The facilities in the house are great, all the things you need including all the useful utensils you often find are missing. :) The pool and terrace is lovely and we made good use of the barbecue. If you are going with a small but mobile baby then be prepared to NEVER sit down as there are so many hazards but when aren't there at that age? The cleaner and pool cleaner were great, regular and friendly. only down side was the beds were a bit too firm ( very firm) and there was only 1 pillow each but not the end of the world. We would stay again for sure and throughly recommend :)

Tranquility of Alonissos

Main entrance opened into the top floor of 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. As a family of 4 adults we had our own spacious bedrooms which were light and airy with AC. There was a main bathroom on the top floor with a bath and shower over. You then glide downstairs to an en-suite bedroom. The shower head did not fit on the hook (owner has arranged for this to be repaired and was grateful that we let him know). utility with toilet, wash machine including washing/powder and tablets (extremely useful but it is all in Greek). Kitchen had all the basic facilities required including a dishwasher with tablets and with indoor options to eat and An outside sun covered area. Living room was open plan from kitchen/dinner and was spacious with comfortable sofas. TV available but not required - we are on holiday :) Charcoal BBQ outside where we ate and had drinks every evening and then retired as the temperature cooled mid to late evening (20/9 - 4/10). The pool was amazing! The property was very clean and spacious for our needs. What I really appreciated was the small things like toilet rolls, washing up and clothes tablets, liquids and powders, bathroom towels & clean bedding. We were met as soon as we stepped off the Flying Dolphin by Emma who was available by telephone/text throughout. Amazing tranquil beach & walking holiday with a fantastic base to stay. Owner provided good advice on booking connecting transport (vital to book as limited spaces in busy season). Fabulous❤️

Lovely villa with a stunning view

This was our first visit to Alonissos and we will definitely be back! The villa was in a beautiful, peaceful and private location with stunning views out to the blue blue sea and little islands beyond. It was immaculately clean, very comfortable with air con in the main bedrooms. The pool was fabulous and there was a lovely bbq...all enjoying that amazing view. You definitely need a car or bike to get around and get to the supermarket etc. The nearest beach was a very short drive down the hill or a 20 min walk...it was heavenly with crystal clear sea and and a wonderful little taverna. Paul was an excellent host, friendly and efficient. All in all we had the most wonderful two weeks and hope to return just as soon as we can.

Lovely villa in great location

Spent a week here in August. The location was perfect as it was very central, a choice of beaches all 10 to 15 minutes from villa. You definitely need a car. Great pool, quiet location and beautiful views. The villa was very clean snd well equipped. We loved Alinossos and hope to visit again.

Alonissos indimenticabile

La casa è semplice ma pulita e confortevole, si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare Alonissos, proprio sopra Tzortzi Gialos che è forse la cala più bella dell'isola. Ottima disponibilità della persona incaricata all'accoglienza, pronta a risolvere anche ogni successiva esigenza. Abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane di vacanza!

Panorama meraviglioso

La casa è situata in una posizione incantevole, ha tutti i confort, la cucina ha tutto quello che serve per cucinare,lettini per la piscina sedie, tavoli dentro e fuori ogni tre giorni viene una signora per le pulizie,la piscina è curata e pulita. La sera ci fermavamo a verdere le stelle e a volte a fare ancora un bagno nella piscina.La casa è isolata e lontana dal rumore, per arrivarci una piccola strada sterrata, ma il paese è molto vicino con ristoranti,supermarket ed è in un ottima posizione nell'isola per raggiungere tuttte le meravigliose spiagge di Alonissos .Ci ha accolto al porto la sig. Maria e ci ha accompagnati alla casa, sempre disponibile per ogni nostra domanda. Ci è dispiaciuto tornare a casa!

A good basic villa with superb views. Would improve with air conditioning, a WiFi that worked.

This villa is on a beautiful island. It needs air conditioning and has a very steep road to it and it’s a long walk to the beach. There was not enough equipment such as mugs or sun beds or chairs for the number of guests it is being advertised for. Having said that it is in a beautiful liocation, has a wonderful pool and garden. I do think it’s over priced.

Absolutely Wonderful

Fantastic spacious, clean villa with wonderful views over the bay. Superb location with great restaurant just down the hill in Tzortzi bay and plenty of choice around the island. Very quiet location but close enough to local amenities. Excellent pool and al fresco dining. I recommend this villa to everyone!

Breath Taking !!

As soon as we entered the villa we knew we had chosen one of the best villas on the island !! The villa has up to date appliances with a large well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are bright and airy with very comfortable beds. There is a large outdoor area with stunning, breath taking views across the bay. The pool is beautiful and regularly cleaned, ample seating & sun loungers, and a great BBQ area. The beaches are stunning and not overcrowded - you will find the most amazing, inexpensive foods in the beach tavernas - I real must if you want to taste "true local Greek cuisine". We would advise you hire a car - to visit the wonderful old town and experience the delicious foods from the many restaurants around the bay. Allonisos is a magical, unspoilt hidden gem in Greece - you must try and visit the island and if you do I would recommend this villa!!

Perfect place for holiday!

The villa is located in the heart of Alonnisos island on the top of the hill. The view is amazing and you can spend most of your time outside on the terrace around the pool. All facilities of the villa are in the perfect condition. Definitely I can recommend to visit that place.

Our Honeymoon

My husband and I were married on the 22nd May in our home town of Liverpool and flew to this idyllic island via Skiathos the following morning. We had what can only be called THE PERFECT HOLIDAY right from the very start. We were met by the very lovely Maria who had arranged our car hire and was there at the harbour as we arrived. She took us up to the villa and we spent the next couple of hours 'oohing' and 'ahhhing' over the sheer beauty of the villa itself and the surrounding area. It is a little piece of heaven and I cannot praise it highly enough! It is above *5 - and has everything you could possibly want for a truly magical holiday. We would wake up, open the doors of our room and walk onto the balcony to look out over the sea every morning. The sun shone from early in the day till late evening when we would sit and have a Retsina (or 5!) by the pool and just luxuriate in our beautiful surroundings. Mornings consisted of driving into the town and buying fresh bread from the bakers and then having a leisurely breakfast before getting down to some serious sunbathing! We would drive out most days and see the 'real' Greece and her people. We have visited 12 Greek Islands to date and this island has now become out No1 Im happy to say. So much to say? I have to mention the very lovely Denise who kept the villa and pool scrupulously clean (we tried to teach her English but in our Scouse accents the poor woman must have wondered what language we were actually speaking!) Oh must add that Maria is a Liverpool fan !!! much to my delight and my husbands dismay (Everton!) There is little to no tourism on this island which is what made it so very special. If you're the kind of person who is looking for buckets and spades, tacky souvenirs and kiss me quick hats steer clear!! this is a truly Greek Island full of wonderful Greek people who go out of their way to make you feel so welcome and special. The old village is out of this world to visit and don't forget your camera as the photographs we have now are something to behold! We will be back just as soon as we possibly can. Can we thank Paul (the owner) for all his help when booking this villa - he was a star! We left this beautiful island around 5 in the morning and the sun was just coming up - we videoed the sunrise and It almost makes me cry looking at it now - the sheer beauty is amazing. Visit this villa if you can BUT dont tell too many people...lets keep it a secret!!

Alonissos Villas

My family and I have rented one of the two Villas that are available via Alonissos Villas for the past two years. I have to say that the over all experience was exceptional. Alonissos is the kind of island that leaves you feeling you have 'discovered' something truly special. It has a rustic and unspoilt quality that is extremely hard to find in an age of global tourism. The people are genuinely welcoming and hospitable, the beaches are some of the best you can have across the Mediterranean and the restaurants are wonderful, especially those around the beaches. Dining on local delicacies, overlooking the cobalt blue Mediterranean, under the shade of an Olive Tree is what we're all looking for! The Villas are perfect for families with children or couples. There is a good amount of space inside. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen diner perfect although we tended to spend most of our time outside. The pool and areas around it are perfect throughout the day. There is a sheltered area that we use for meal times just next to the pool. The views at all times of the day are priceless. The service from Paul via Alonissos Villas is superb. You will also have help locally from the wonderful Maria. Whether it's a pickup from the port, some 'local knowledge' or just an idea of where to get the best fish - nothing is too much trouble. It's the kind of discrete service that can genuinely be called 5 Star. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alonissos and the Villas. Go, you won't be dissapointed.

Alonissos fantastic - nice villa

We spent 2 weeks in 2009 in this villa with our friends that where renting the villa below. Those villas have a very nice view on the see, are very well equiped (except in the kitchen but I guess We French are more used to cook during their holidays !). The service is very good and the welcome by Maria Excellent. The only thing that i was dispointed with was the distance from the see. I was told that it was walking distance from the see but this is not the reality. You have to use your car to go to the beach. Anyway we spent very nice holidays there. LIttle advice Be carefull to arrange your trip according to the starting date of the rental. Fur us it was very complicated as there was no boat on August 1 so we had to sleep somewhere else the night before.

Get Away From It All

Our family have returned to Alonissos every year now since 1998 and for good reason. If you are looking for an unspoiled, unsophisticated place on earth with amazing weather, fabulous swimming, hidden beaches, family owned tavernas with superb quality food, then Alonissos is perfect. 2008 was the first time we stayed in this beautiful house and we will be returning again in 2009/10. The house has breathtaking views which can be viewed from almost every window in the house, lovely internal spaces and a fabulous verandah and pool area from which you will never want to tear yourself away. In addition, the house is situated between two of the best bays on the island. Our favourite is Tzortzi Gialos whose taverna is owned by a wonderful family and serves some of the best food on the island. We feel we can judge as we have now eaten at most of the tavernas! If you are lucky enough to come and stay in this wonderful place you will want to keep it a secret from the rest of the world. It is a magical island, an oasis, a place where, like us, you will want to return time and time again

Superb Villa in Alonissos

I've been to many beautiful and exotic locations in my time but you can't beat the Greek Islands for raw beauty - almost on your doorstep. Alonissos is truly beautiful island, as yet untainted by wholesale commercial tourism but sufficiently supported to offer a relaxed break for those in need of recharging their batteries with very little effort. And we certainly did, not least because our villa was so fantastic. With seven of us, spanning three generations, the villa provided more than enough space to give us all our much valued privacy yet still managing to have a homely feel. Whoever designed it obviously spent a lot of time and thought in this respect and it showed. I will never forget the image of my 78 year old father, sitting peacefully reading his book under the olive tree whilst apparently oblivious to the pandemonium of the Lilo Surfing Championships going on in the pool nearby. Nor the picture of my 20 year old stepson's face when he saw the view from his room. For someone who never usually leaves his bed until lunchtime unless he has to, it was astonishing to find him up before us every morning - simply because he couldn't get enough of it. And when the sun went down, the place just got better. Swimming under the moon and the stars in a floodlit pool is something else! There are few words other than 'amazing'. It's so nice to find a villa with such a substantial sized pool, where all seven of us could swim without crashing into each other. (Unless we wanted to, of course.) And although there were plenty of places to eat within a stone's throw, some of my fondest memories are of our barbeques on the patio (with such a prestigious built in spotlit barbeque it seemed rude not to use it) followed by a game or two of cards, serenaded by something on the in-house music system. What more could you want? It goes down as one of the best family holidays we've ever had and we'll definitely be back for more.
