Beläget 20 minuter öster om Savannah, genom flera miles av vacker himmel och salt myrar, hittar du Tybee Island - en av de mest avslappnade stränderna på sydöstra kusten.
Du kan sitta på det rymliga däck som vetter mot havet, se lastfartygen, koppla av och sola och njuta av cocktails

Vårt hus ligger cirka 2 kvarter norr om Tybee-paviljongen och piren på en av de trevligaste platserna på Tybee-öns strand. Huset ligger i ett lugnt område, precis vid stranden där du kan gå till shopping, den lokala mataffären, restauranger och barer. Det finns ett stort däck som vetter mot havet som har ett matbord, gott om sittplatser, ett parasoll och två solstolar.

Många renoveringar har nyligen avslutats som inkluderar en köksrenovering. . Köket är öppet mot mat- och vardagsrummet och Atlanten. Apparaterna är alla i rostfritt stål med nytt skåp, en ö som fungerar som en frukostbar och köket är välfylld med rätter, grytor / kokkärl och köksredskap. Alla nya golv på 1: a och 2: a våningen och pärlbrädan i alla hallar och trapphus installerades nyligen. Master dusch har precis renoverats för att inkludera en promenad i kaklat dusch. Det andra badrummet på översta våningen har också renoverats med ett nytt badkar, klinker, golv etc. Det finns 3 platt-TV-apparater i huset, LR, master BR och BR på bottenvåningen. Det stora sovrummet vetter mot havet och utsikten är hisnande. Sovrummen är bekväma och möblerade med keramiska lador / västra alm kvalitet täcken. Det finns också luftfläktar i alla sovrummen. De 3 5 badrummen har ett halvt badkar på bottenvåningen bredvid köket, befälhavaren med en duschkabin, det andra badrummet med badkar / dusch och det tredje badrummet med en duschkabin. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare på bottenvåningen finns att använda. För att nå stranden tar du bara vägen på andra sidan huset och stranden är i sikte. Det ena bilgaraget har gott om solstolar, en gasgrill, en svalare och ett parasoll för din användning. Uppfarten kan rymma 3 parkerade bilar.

Perfection

Beach Haven was absolutely perfect for our family spring break. There was plenty of room for everyone to come together or be apart if needed. The beach was awesome, the views spectacular, the location excellent. The decor was beautiful and the attention to detail was noticed and appreciated! There was an overwhelming sense of being welcomed. We would definitely stay again!

Tybee Vacation

Our vacation on Tybee Island was wonderful. Beach Haven's location was perfect! We were only a few minutes walk to the beach, the pier, shopping or restaurants. The view from the deck and the master bedroom was spectacular. Beach Haven was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with extra supplies that were very much appreciated. Our host checked in on us at the beginning, middle, and end of our vacation to ensure we were happy with our accommodations. We will definitely be back!

Lovely accommodation. Only real issue was the two small bedrooms upstairs. The smallest of these 2 bedrooms had a double bed and was so cramped as to be totally difficult to impossible to use the closet or the dresser with luggage.The overhead lights above the bed in that room fell down constantly from the fix point you adjusted them to. The lamp on the dresser was too dim to be helpful lighting the room. My sister had to use that room as the larger of the two small bedrooms only had twin beds. My sister did suggest that the lighting be improved in the smallest of the two small bedrooms, and that the double bed in that bedroom be moved to the other bedroom and bunk or trundle beds be put in the tiniest of the two bedrooms.

Everything was as the listing said it would be. Susan was so easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. My only recommendation would be a vacuum for easier pick up during longer stays but otherwise we enjoyed our time!

This place had an amazing view from all ocean facing windows! It also had great amenities and plenty of room for 7 people. Owner was quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations for local restaurants, etc. we had a very enjoyable holiday stay!

Hidden Gem

Where do I begin. This place is definitely in a great location and what I would call a sweet spot hence the given name haven. It’s equipped with all the necessary home items such as cookware, dishes, silverware, variety of cups and cleaning supplies. This home is three levels, with two flights of stairs, incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean and plenty of space for our family of five. The local restaurants are plentiful and have good quality foods as well as fair prices. We had an emergency and had to leave early but, the hostess (Susan), was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future!

During my recent stay at this house on Tybee Island, I was immediately captivated by the promise of an exceptional experience. The house's design was perfect. The open-concept living space was bathed in natural light, cultivating a warm and inviting ambiance. The kitchen was well-equipped and enhanced the overall experience, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. The bedrooms were generously sized, each possessing its own unique charm. The combination of comfortable beds and high-quality linens ensured a restful night's sleep. The deck offered an ideal setting for both morning coffee and evening cocktails. The house's location struck a perfect balance between seclusion and convenience. While providing privacy and peace, it remained within easy reach of restaurants, bars, and other points of interest. A thoughtful guidebook, provided by the host, offered valuable recommendations for local activities and dining, simplifying the exploration of the area. What truly distinguished this vacation house was the host's exceptional attentiveness. From the moment of booking until departure, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Their commitment to hospitality was evident in every detail.

Great Beach Getaway!

This townhouse is AMAZING! It was well maintained and cared for! You can tell the owner visits this home and takes pride in it! The location is perfect walking distance to the downtown area, with easy beach access! I would definitely love to stay here again when in Tybee!

Truly a Beach Haven

We had an incredible time. The house is beautiful, well appointed and everything you need is provided. Susan’s communication was on point (we were arriving after a hurricane) she kept us abreast on conditions and what to expect. The beds are comfortable, the linens and towels are abundant and 1st quality. The kitchen is stocked with all the accoutrements. There are games, puzzles, beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, wave boards, and even a cooler! She has put together a binder with EVERYTHING you would want to know including recommendations for restaurants, emergency care, and expeditions. The view is amazing and the path to and from the beach was like walking on powdered sugar. We are so grateful to have found this place. It is truly a Beach Haven and we can’t wait to return!

Perfect Location

Great place right on the beach! The beds were comfortable and kitchen had anything you could possibly need. My only advice would be to bring bug spray - the walk through the dunes in the evening was pretty buggy.

Perfect family vacation spot

This property was absolutely wonderful. Susan was responsive almost immediately to any communications and extremely helpful! There information book at the house had so much useful information. The house gave us plenty of room for all 8 of us and had everything we needed for the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, bogie boards, toys. A very short walk to the beach (thank goodness because it was HOT) and convenient to stores, restaurants and bars. We were going to rent a golf cart but there was really no need for it. Inside there were games and a fully equipped kitchen. And the view!!!!!! We were all so sad to leave but hope to return. Maybe not in July, though. LOL

Fantastic stay!

This home was perfect in every way! The view was nice, the breezes on the deck were wonderful, and the sound of the ocean waves lulled you into pure relaxation mode. The interior was clean and well-furnished. Beds were comfortable and all linens were included…….even beach towels! It was a wonderful week and we are grateful we decided to stay at Susan's wonderful beach home.

Beauty at its best!!!

Waking up and having the ocean being the first thing you see is a FANTASTIC way to start your day. Our family truly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the full outside shower was an added plus! Girls Trip

This was the perfect home for our girls trip. Clean, wonderful setup with an ideal location. We loved it was a quiet beachfront but walkable to groceries and restaurants.. Spent a few days in Savannah and we were happy to come back to this lovely home. I would highly recommend. I will be back!

Beautiful Stay at Beach Haven

The property was just as advertised. I really appreciated the unique, beautiful artwork in the home. The beach was quite packed in this location, but the home felt very quiet and removed from the crowds. Loved the deck!! We rented bikes from Tim's and rode all over Tybee and on the beach. We lucked out with great weather. A wonderful vacation, thanks so much for sharing your amazing home with us!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Best beachfront location and the views from the deck and master bedroom are memorable. You can see the cargo ships, the pier and sometimes view dolphins swimming by! The dunes and wildlife are also amazing. There is ample space, 2220 square feet and the furnishings , decor and bed linens are replaced on a regular basis. The kitchen is well equipped with dish and cookware, utensils and small appliances. The house is renovated and updated regularly. The one car garage has plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, gas grill, an extra refrigerator, beach umbrella, beach towels and more. You can walk to the grocery store, many restaurants, shops and bars or bike or rent a golf cart to travel around the entire island. You can rent bikes right across the street!
Managed by a family who cares about their guests and property, not a rental management company and we are very attentive to cleaning and use a top quality cleaning company in the vicinity. I love Tybee Island and discovered it in 1985 and have never left.
