Non puoi avvicinarti a Paradise Island Beach! Le scale del patio dell'unità conducono letteralmente alle bianche sabbie polverose della famosa spiaggia. La vista dal soggiorno o dal patio è indimenticabile! Solo cinque minuti a piedi dal resort Atlantis!

Il condominio è completamente attrezzato con lavatrice e asciugatrice, forno a microonde, tv via cavo, internet, barbecue, ecc. Il complesso condominiale ha un'ottima sicurezza, un comodo ristorante e un buon parcheggio nel caso in cui si ottiene un noleggio auto. Al piano superiore ci sono due camere matrimoniali, ognuna con letti king size e tv. Al piano inferiore c'è una terza camera da letto, con due letti singoli e anche una tv. L'unità è spaziosa, la piscina è vicino alla porta d'ingresso e l'oceano è vicino alla porta del patio / soggiorno proprio giù per le scale del patio. Sunrise Beach Club è a 30 minuti d'auto dall'aeroporto Internazionale di Nassau. Estell il gestore della villa può organizzare trasferimenti aeroportuali e tour per Dolphin Encounters / Blue Lagoon Island.

Stay in paradise

This is the perfect family get away. Estell was awesome. She even arranged transport from the airport to get groceries and back to the condo. The place is better than the pictures. Can’t wait to go back.

Like home, but with a better view

Very good arragement of space itself. Great kitchen with everything you could need and a terrace with a perfect view. We are used to lower and harder beds though, however was not a problem, since we could solve it. Host was really very attentive. Top.

Everything about our stay was outstanding ~ location right on the water, ocean views, communication with property manager, comfort and cleanliness of villa, availability of basic necessities and a restaurant right on the premises! We were very pleased.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located so we could walk to most everything. It was very spacious and the view from the patio was beautiful! Estell was amazing! She provided great service and information and even checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

A Truley Relaxing Vacation

Great location

We stayed at Atlantis several years ago and remembered liking the beach. This unit is just steps from the sand with great views too. The unit was accurately described and also bigger than I anticipated. Estell was a pleasure to deal with and had great communication from beginning to end! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Right on the water, beach bar/restaurant onsite, wonderful property manager. What else did we need?!? Convenient to Atlantis, too. 15-minute walk or reasonably priced cab ride. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was exactly how it was stated in the listing. Beautiful property with a stunning view! Condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Walking distance to Atlantis. Estell was amazing and answered any questions that we had. She arranged excellent transportation to & from the airport. This was the perfect place for our family!

Great condo right on beach

Perfectly located condo on Paradise island right on the beach. You can easily walk to all the action at Atlantis (if you want), yet this section of the beach is still remarkably quiet and peaceful. Condo itself is very clean, spacious, has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable layout for 6. The property manager Estell was very responsive and helpful before and during our trip. She knows the island/area well and can help arrange excursions. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Another Awesome Stay!

The best location on Paradise Island! From start to finish, Estelle makes the experience easy and enjoyable. She is flexible to work with and interested in ensuring you have a wonderful stay. We plan to be back next year - and every year we can after - we have stayed in numerous locations in the Bahamas and found this to be the best for our needs, between having the full kitchen, right on the beach, and 3 bed and bathrooms this is a perfect place for a family vacation

Wow. Spent 11 nights at this gorgeous property and everything was perfect. Estell is amazing and super fast at communicating and making sure all your needs are met. The home is big and beautiful and the property was so nice and well maintained. Close to everything - we walked over the bridge into town. We loved our stay and this home. Don’t wait. Book it. You will not be disappointed.

I am from Germany originally but my family moved to The Bahamas in the 1980's. In 1995 I bought the condo and lived there for seven years. In 2002, I moved to the Dominican Republic to start a business and stayed there. I started renting my unit as soon as I moved away, in order to supplement income.

The location of this property is unbelievable! One of the few condos directly on the beach on Paradise Island. Within walking distance to Atlantis and RIU resorts.

The patio of this property is overhanging the beach, so just walk down the stairs and you will feel the white powdery sand between your toes. Atlantis Resort and Casino only minutes walk away.
