Schönes Anwesen in guter Lage.

Sehr schönes Anwesen in einer ruhigen Lage. Nette Vermieterin. Geschäfte und Strand recht zügig zu erreichen. Nur die Betten sind etwas klein. Aber ansonsten alles Top. Gerne wieder

Exceptional

The photos and description drew us in, but the reality was ever better. This is a fantastic property and dealt like home from home. Naima couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and accommodating and we are already looking to come back again. Location wise it is ideal in touching distance of Marseille, Aix, St Tropez Cannes, Monaco and even Italy.

Quaint villa with lots of privacy

The villa and pool were immaculately clean and the owner was on hand to answer and questions. With the help of Google translate, I was able to ask questions and communicate easily. We are a family of 4 so the 3 bedrooms were lovely as it meant the children had one each. It is worth mentioning though, that there is one aircon unit the services the three bedrooms from the corridor which means that the bedroom doors all needed to be open for it to have the desired effect - this could limit privacy but was not an issue for us as we have young children. There is another aircon unit in the lounge area. It is also worth mentioning that on top of the rent and cleaning fee, you are required to pay for electricity - this cost us approx 45 euros for the week. We used the aircon unit in the bedroom corridor every night for about 8 hours and the one in the lounge a couple of hours a day. The owner was happy to give us updates of the energy consumption during the week. Bed linen and towels were provided but we had to make up the beds and strip them ourselves. We didn’t mind but I know this is not the case in most villas. The pool is lovely. There is plenty of seating and at least 6 sunbeds but the only shade is the canopy on the lower patio. The pool area would benefit from a couple of parasols. We moved the sunbeds to under the canopy but there is only space for 3. Don’t let any of the above put you off booking as it’s a lovely place but worth knowing the above before you book.

Stay in the villa

We had a wonderful stay the villa is well equipped and was clean and tidy. The weather was very hot and the pool was great way to cool down, the air conditioning in the evening ensured a good nights sleep. The host was very good to deal with and we had a relaxing time and would recommend it.

lovely house in nice area.

We really liked the house and pool area, in a nice area with a lot of possiblity for walking in nature but still close to Frejus and other citys.A very helpfull host, and i would like to come back again.

Peaceful Holiday

We had a lovely time and the property offered us the retreat from the busy homeliness we needed. The pool was the very best we have had and a visit the the Chateau Sainte Roseline vineyard is a must. If you want tranquility within shooting distance of Antibes and Saint Tropez then this will not let you down.

Très jolie villa bien équipée

Idéalement située, villa au confort exceptionnel avec des équipements de qualité et une jolie piscine qui fait le bonheur de toute la famille. La climatisation est un gros plus par ces fortes chaleur. Une hôte â l’écoute et toujours disponible si besoin. Je recommande vivement cette location Les Boubous

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir konnten dieses Haus mit viel Glück sehr kurzfristig mieten. Bei der Buchung hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Vermieterin wollte allerdings noch Versicherungsnachweise. Da wir schon unterwegs waren, konnten wir diese nicht mitbringen. Das Haus ist an einer kleinen Strasse, die mehr Verkehr führt als wir dachten. Ganz ruhig ist es demnach nicht, aber wer aus der Stadt kommt, den stört das kaum. Der Garten bietet viel Privatspähre, aber die Nachbarn können ins Grundstück reinsehen. Da die ganze Woche alle Nachbarn ausgeflogen waren, störte dies uns auch nicht. Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht. Salz, Gewürze und andere Grundnahrungsmittel müssen mitgebracht werden. Ist ja irgendwie logisch. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Ein wunderschönes Haus und ganz liebe Vermieterin

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Der Pool war fantastisch, auch sehr sauber und gross genug um schwimmen zu können. Sehr schön gelegen , ruhig und doch sehr zentral - 5 Minuten von der Autobahn und riesigem Einkaufszentrum wo man alles bekommt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern 2 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und das Gebäude und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Besonders genossen haben wir den wunderbaren Pool. Mme Kahlaoui kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um das Haus und das gesamte Anwesen. Vielen Dank an Sie, Mme Kahlaoui, für den sehr freundlichen und sympathischen Empfang und Ihre Gastfreunschaft. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt bei Ihnen, tolle Ferien verbracht und kommen gerne wieder !!

Villa agréable et bien située

Nous avons passés les deux premières semaines de mai 2018 dans cette superbe location. Son emplacement géographique permet de découvrir la région facilement (15 min de Draguignan, 25 min de st maxime, 30 min de Fréjus, 45 min de st tropez, 1h de nice, etc...). l'accès rapide à l'autoroute A8 est un vrai plus. La villa est au calme et également très bien équipée, tout est pensé pour un maximum de confort (intérieur et extérieur). La propriétaire est à l'écoute et intervient rapidement en cas de soucis ou de demande particulière, ce qui est très appréciable. Pas de mauvaise surprise.

Einen schönen Urlaub sehr ruhig ,das Haus sehr schön sehr sauber und eine sehr feine Vermieterin wir wurden herzlich empfangen es war wirklich ein schöner Urlaub nur ein kleine Bemerkung die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmer müsste repariert werden sonst alles Top .
