Excellent location! Home has everything you need!

We had a beautiful stay in Ares. The home was literally one house down from trails. You have many choices: you can walk (or bike) to the beach with gorgeous views through the forest and around the Bay, you can walk along the beach and into town or head out to the oyster hut restaurants, you can enjoy a long walk through the forest, or you can do a nature walk and enjoy the shops and restaurants in Andernos. The home is equipped with everything you need for your stay: outdoor seating and umbrella/plates/dishes/tablecloths/chairs/baking/cooking/pots and pans/shelves of books/beach umbrella/washer/clothes rack/towels/ample tv in living area. We really enjoyed the home with its 3 large picture windows and afternoon sun. And, the location allowed us to get to know the area and its connecting trails. You are close to Cap Ferret and Arcachon as well. The only downside was that all of our walks produced sandy shoes and there was no outdoor hose or spigot to rinse them off, but we solved this by buying a brush to brush off the sand, and took our shoes off in the back room. But all-in-all great home and wonderful location. As a reminder, don't let your guard down even when a property is gated and private; make certain that everything is kept out of site in your vehicle and your car is locked at all times, just as you would anywhere else.

Idéal pour les familles avec petits enfants

Maison située dans un quartier pavillonnaire calme et à moins de 10 minutes à pied du bassin d’Arcachon où vous trouverez une retenue d’eau pour les enfants afin de leur éviter d’attendre la marée haute. L’Océan est à 30 minutes en voiture. La maison est bien équipée avec un jardin agréable . Les lits sont très confortables mais le reste du mobilier est vieillissant (canapés, tables, sièges etc…). Il y a une climatisation dans l’espace de vie. Les hôtes ne sont pas présents mais restent disponibles.

Séjour à Ares

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur le bassin d'Arcachon. La maison est située à proximité du bassin, un chemin dans la pinède permet d'accéder à la plage. Le quartier est calme, le jardin très agréable et bien équipé en mobilier. De même la maison est d'une propreté remarquable et super équipée. Les hôtes sont charmants et l'arrivée a été très bien organisée. Bref des vacances de rêve sans aucune fausse note.

Maison a proximité de la plage 300 mètres ( véhicule ou vélo indispensable pour accéder aux commerce

Belle salle à manger à vivre Alentour calme et non bruyant Dommage que quelques désagréments ont gêné le début du séjour ( wifi avec box non fonctionnel et toilettes que nous avons dû réparer sommairement) Sinon un bon point de départ pour visiter le bassin d’arcachon et Bordeaux

Trés trés trés bien !!!!!

Trés bon accueil, grande maison fraîche et aérée, beau jardin (avec un figuier, nous en avons mangé tous les jours, quel bonheur!), belles chambres et salles de bain (nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants, c'était parfait), et tout l'équipement de cuisine nécessaire pour faire de la bonne ''bouffe'' (ce qui est rare dans les locations!), à 6 minutes à pied du bassin d'Arcachon et 10 minutes en voiture de la plage avec la mer atlantique. Nous avons eu de merveilleuses vacances !!!! Merci beaucoup !

Sympathisches Haus

Schönes sympathisches Haus mit allem, was man braucht, zum Teil auch etwas mehr, z.B. in der Küche. Genug Platz für 8 Personen, innen und außen, auch genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Angenehme, entspannte Lage, ausreichend zentral, sehr nahe am Bassin gelegen, sehr fahrradgeeignet. Großer, kindergeeigneter Garten.

Grande maison et jardin. Idéal pour une grande famille. Très pratique 2douched et 2 toilettes. Cuisine fonctionnel. De très belles espaces. A conseillé.
