La casa

La casa è stata progettata per divertimento e relax! Verrai nel deserto per il suo clima, giusto? Il nostro ampio patio ti incoraggia a stare all'aperto! Il patio è arredato con sedie a sdraio anti-gravità, un set da pranzo, una griglia e un pozzo del fuoco. Guarda i golfisti passare, fare un sonnellino, leggere, giocare a carte, godersi un cocktail, guardare il tramonto, grigliare il tuo pranzo o la cena sul barbecue, cenare a lume di candela, goderti una chiacchierata accanto al fuoco, ecc.

Quando finalmente entrerai, godrai dell'arredamento in stile Tommy Bahama in tutta la nostra oasi con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con il nostro nuovo sistema AC / riscaldamento. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, vista sul campo da golf, TV e bagno privato. La camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti singoli (o un letto matrimoniale, a vostra scelta), TV e bagno privato.

Prepara una piccola borsa di vestiti e vieni a goderti il sole del deserto! La casa ha tutto il necessario! Ogni bagno ha shampoo, balsamo, sapone, lozione, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, spazzolino da denti, dentifricio, cuffia per la doccia usa e getta, ecc. Abbiamo fornito anche biancheria da letto e da bagno e teli da piscina.

La cucina ha ripiani in granito, è ben fornita ed è aperta sulla zona giorno in modo da poter visitare mentre si cucina. La cucina ha praticamente tutti gli articoli di base (asciugamani di carta, fogli, involucri di plastica, condimenti, olio, condimenti, ecc.) Quindi devi solo comprare un paio di generi alimentari una volta arrivato!

La zona giorno ha una TV via cavo e registratore, comodi posti a sedere, una sala da pranzo, soffitto alto, il tutto con vista sul campo da golf!

Fun and easy rental

We rented this condo for weekend vacation for a few friends that all live in different states. It was very easy to get in/out with the streamline of the gate houses operation. The owner of the condo was easy to work with and communicated almost immediately. I would recommend this unit for a 4 person stay and would stay here again. Cheers!

I would recommend this property. It's on the smaller side but has everything that you would need - the owners have provided good kitchen equipment as well as comfy beds, towels, etc.Naomi was excellent to deal with and very quick to respond. Thanks again!

Desert Relaxation

Well-located in Palm Desert and a very considerate and responsive host. Weve stayed at this golf resort before and enjoy the calm and views of the desert mountains as the sun rises and sets. This unit has a large well-furnished patio and is roughly 150 steps away from one of the many resort pools. The resort itself is well-managed and the golf course is in great condition.

Clean and very well equipped kitchen Stains on bedroom carpet but owner had it cleaned when we left and she gave us a 5 percent reduction because of the stains. A wonderful condo and very close to the pool

Diamond in the Desert

This is a great rental property, in a great location and with a great host in Naomi. The property is close to all the great excursions like the Palm Springs Tram, Joshua Tree National Park, Thousand Palms Oasis, Salton Sea, date gardens, etc, etc, etc. There are a multitude of dining opportunities within a matter of blocks. Great local brew pubs, too. And when you want to cook a meal at home, there’s a large grocery store less than a mile away and you can cook on Naomi's large gas grill and enjoy outdoor dining on the wonderful patio. Definitely a 5-star VRBO.

This is a lovely unit. So peaceful sitting on the deck overlooking mountains and palm trees, entertained by birds and golfers. Close to all amenities. Unit has everything you need to live very comfortably, well stocked kitchen too. Our dog was happy there as it was just like home. Naomi is a congenial host, very easy to communicate with. Must return again!

Cozy little spot in a great location

My visit to this 2-bedroom condo in Palm Desert, California, was truly heartwarming as it allowed me to spend precious time with my son, daughter-in-law, and our new grandbaby. It felt like a home away from home, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to create beautiful family memories. One of the aspects that made our stay even more special was the fully stocked kitchen. It was a pleasant surprise to find everything we needed, from utensils to cookware. This meant we could prepare delicious homemade meals together, just like old times. We shared stories and laughter over the dining table, making it feel like a warm family gathering. What touched my heart the most was how comfortable and cozy the condo was. We found ourselves spending a lot of time indoors, not only because of the lovely living space but also because of our desire to be close to our precious grandbaby. The condo provided us with a peaceful retreat where we could bond with the newest member of our family. We cherished those moments of cuddles and laughter. Additionally, there was a nice space in the condo where we could gather and play games. It comfortably accommodated up to four, and sometimes even five of us. Whether it was a lively round of board games or a quiet evening of card games, it added a delightful touch to our stay. In the end, it wasn't just about the condo itself, but the warmth and togetherness it allowed us to experience. became more than just a vacation rental it was home for 7days

We had a nice relaxing stay except for one night. Some bug flew in our granddaughters room. Freaked her out and she slept on the sofa just that night.

We have stayed in this condo 4 times. (so far!) Everything is 5 Star. In addition to the condo itself being 5 Star, any communication with Naomi is also 5 Star, and the location of the Palm Desert Resort is 5 Star too! The condo has everything you need, with covered parking at the door! You'll have a perfect view of the beautiful sunsets from the patio. The Resort is close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and golf courses. There are pools and pickleball courts on-site. And it's not far from the Palm Springs Aerial Tram. We'll be back next year!

It's All Here!

This was our second time to stay here and once again, it was fabulous. My husband golfed at many nearby courses. We went to the nearby Living Zoo and Gardens which is much bigger than you'd expect and well worth it. (You can feed a giraffe!) This is a great location for many great restaurants and shops and stores. A visit to the Brandini Toffee Factory in Rancho Mirage is always fun, hidden away behind some shops. Most of all, this condo has anything and everything you want or need during your stay. One of the many pools is a short walk from the condo. You'll have a perfect view of the spectacular sunsets from the patio, overlooking the 13th hole of the Palm Desert Resort Golf Course.. And Naomi and John are very responsive to any questions.
