Totale costruito circa 300 m2 con 5 camere da letto (per 10 persone) e 3 bagni completi e 1 WC. Se sono necessari più letti, nel soggiorno i 2 divani sono letti da 135 cm (in questo caso, controllare i costi di pulizia prima di prenotare).
Oltre alla possibilità di utilizzare in caso di necessità un letto singolo aggiuntivo in qualsiasi camera o culla su richiesta. Tutte le camere sono dotate di armadi.
Dispone di 3 bagni (uno dei quali con bagno nella camera 1) e servizi igienici. Inoltre, un altro bagno esterno accanto alla cucina esterna e barbecue.
Magnifica cucina sala da pranzo, completamente attrezzata; zona lavanderia con asciugatrice e lavatrice.
La casa è su un piano, quindi è accessibile per le persone con mobilità ridotta, poiché c'è solo un gradino, proprio all'ingresso della casa, non più.
Proprietà di circa 3.000 m². Si compone di un parcheggio per diversi veicoli, un fantastico giardino di 2000 m2 con piscina privata e favolose viste sulla palude locale. Nell'area esterna c'è un'altra cucina e servizi igienici accanto alla zona barbecue.
Si trova sulla Costa del Sol, nella Sierra de Blanca, nella splendida città di Istán, vicino ai campi da golf di Marbella, a soli 15 km. e meno di 25 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia e da Puerto Banús.
La casa si trova a circa 70 km dall'aeroporto internazionale di Malaga.

The property is way better than the pictures of the property. Everything was great; the beautiful garden, terrace with amazing views, the spacious and very tidy house, well equipped kitchen, nice decor and very friendly and helpful hostess Maria etc... :-)

Better than expected

We stayed at Casa Victoria with our extended family of 5 adults and 4 children aged 2-4. It was exactly as beautiful as in the photos and is one of the best equipped villas we have stayed in, with everything from high chairs to air fryers. Maria, our host was excellent in communicating with us and showing us around when we arrived. She had personalised the sheets and towels for the kids and gave us excellent advice for our day trips as we were unsure about travelling and parking during Semana Santa. You need a car as there is no footpath on the road but it is only 20 minutes up the hill from Puerto Banus. We also did day trips to Ronda, Marbella and Malaga. We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Victoria with the setting and gardens making us never want to leave! We will hopefully be returning again in the future.

Beautiful, 5-star family rental

We rented this house as a getaway for us and our daughter's family (two kids, 5 and 2). Out of the many rental properties we have visited, this tops the list. Just WOW! Communication with the owners was consistent and amiable. The house is immaculate. Victoria herself gave us our orientation tour upon arrival, providing us with fresh oranges, lemons and avocadoes from her orchard (!!!), as well as a few items to get us through breakfast the next day (coffee pods, coffee cake, milk, cold bottled water). Our grandsons lived in the pool which was kept clean by Antonio. Our favorite spot to eat dinner was at the outside table next to the built-in grill, but there were 4 other tables to choose from! Cannot recommend this house highly enough. As grandson5 says, "I want to come back next year."

Herzliches Willkommen in schönem Haus

Die vielen schönen Ecken zum Verweilen im und ums Haus bieten Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit, Schatten, Sonne usw. gerade so wie man es wünscht. Das Haus und der Pool war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar. Ein wunderbarer Urlaubsort.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren für 3 Wochen im Casa Victoria. 'Nur' 2 Erwachsene, für die das Haus fast überdimensioniert ist. Aber wir wollten Platz und unserer Ruhe und das hatten wir zur Genüge. Ein Auto wird dringend benötigt, da es von der Küste aus (Puerto Banus) ca. 12km Serpentinen den Berg rauf sind. Die Zufahrt nach dem Haupttor an der Strasse ist für Wohnmobile oder Kleinbusse nicht zu machen. Victoria und Tochter Maria waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Leider kann nur Maria Englisch, mit Victoria geht es nur in Spanisch. Bei Problemen ist Maria stets zu erreichen und Victoria kommt ca. jeden 2. Tag früh morgens (vor 8:00) vorbei um den üppigen Garten zu pflegen. Die Aussicht auf den Stausee und bis hinunter zum Meer ist hervorragend und es geht immer eine leichte Brise, die die Temparturen erträglich macht. Die Villa war sehr sauber und Maria hatte uns ein Willkommenspaket mit Obst und Kuchen bereitgestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt und wir haben viel selber gekocht. Zum Essen haben wir den Wintergarten mit Ausblick bevorzugt. In allen Zimmern ist eine individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage vorhanden. Alles im Haus ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Von den Wänden bis zu den Solarlampen war es sehr gemütlich. Auch um den Pool herum ist es abends und nachts immer dezent beleuchtet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, aber unsere Zukunftspläne gehen in eine andere Richtung.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful Villa

The Villa is superbly located with great views. It is right in the hills with a view over Istan to one side and the lake to the other. It is large, there were 6 of us staying but it could of easily accommodated more. The outside area is great for eating and the pool was amazing! The owners were easy to contact and gave us clear, timely and helpful instructions on how to get to the property and access it. We had a great time and would definitely recommend

Perfect Paradise

After searching for our perfect place to spend for a special family reunion, we discovered Victoria's Villa. It lived up to all our expectations, and more. The house is on one level, with lots of spaces to relax, and eat. The rooms all spacious, especially the kitchen. And the outdoor bar/kitchen area by the pool perfect for all day dining. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the stunning view. The house is very private and yet close enough to walk to the pretty village of Istan. Lots of local walks for those who like to exercise. Victoria and Maria were very helpful and available if needed. Everything you need is thought of. It was the perfect place for us and we were all very sad to leave.

Lugar idílico para unas vacaciones

Desde el primer minuto al llegar al alojamiento, sabíamos que habíamos acertado. Sus anfitrionas Victoria y María Jesús encantadoras. La casa es inmensa, y en perfectas condiciones. Las vista inmejorables hacia el pantano. No falta ni un detalle en las habitaciones , baño y cocina. En su parte exterior una preciosa piscina y diferentes pequeños lugares donde disfrutar de las vistas y la tranquilidad. No dudaríamos en volver a repetir en un futuro viaje a Málaga. Recomendable 100%.

Estupendas vacaciones con amigos

Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda un grupo de buenos amigos. La casa sorprende por todo, equipamiento, limpieza, mobiliario, cocina espectacular, habitaciones.... pero lo que se lleva la palma es la zona del "chiringuito" al lado de la piscina, total!!! Gracias a Victoria y a María Jesús por todo.

A wonderful escape from reality

This is our second stay at Casa Victoria and our second stay was just as relaxing as the first. Maria and Victoria have gone to great lengths to update the property and also to ensure it was C19 safe. We felt relaxed, comfortable and safe. The new bathroom, outside upgrades and super king sized beds were a welcome addition.

Prachtig huis

Een gigantisch huis in de bergen van Istan. Makkelijk te bereiken vanaf de luchthaven Malaga. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien (airco, grote keuken met alle apparatuur en keukengerei) en heeft een prachtige tuin en verschillende terrassen. Ook is er een buiten keuken/bar, met bbq en heerlijke zithoek waar wij veel gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De eigenaresse(n) doen er alles aan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken en komen zelfs verse vijgen langsbrengen van de fruitbomen rondom het huis. Een paar kleine puntjes van aandacht: de bedden zijn vrij klein voor Nederlandse standaarden; 140cm voor een 2-persoonsbed. Verder is het huis prachtig gelegen (het uizicht is nog mooier dan op de foto's), maar wel wat afgelegen, waardoor je voor vrijwel alles de auto moet pakken. Iets om rekening mee te houden. In het kort: wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met onze (kleine) kinderen en zouden deze woning zeker aanraden!

Absolutely Amazing

Casa Victoria far exceeded all our expectations for our 2 week stay in August 2019. The Villa was exceptionally clean and there are many small touches that the owner has made that make it feel like home from home. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery and cookware for the 9 of us. The decor in each of the bedrooms was individual and welcoming. There is ample seating & eating areas in and around the villa & grounds with the added benefit of plenty of opportunity for shade. The swimming pool was a huge hit with all ages and is cleaned every day. There are ample sun loungers and beach towels to use as well as play equipment & toys for children (& adults). There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board in the villa to use and air conditioning throughout. The outside bar provides an additional area to store and prepare food & drink next to the BBQ area. The owner, Victoria, was very helpful and welcoming and shared fruit and eggs with us during our stay as well as offering advice regarding the local area and facilities. There is a 15 minute drive down to Marbella & Puerto Banus where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and lovely beaches. The villa is about 1km from the village of Istan which has a small selection of bars/restaurants serving typical spanish food, a bakery, small convenience store & bank. It takes approximately 15 minutes to walk into Istan, although I would recommend using a torch/phone if you are returning to the villa in the dark. Overall, Casa Victoria provides an excellent base for exploring this area of Spain. The villa is of a very high standard in terms of cleanliness and facilities and I would certainly recommend it as a holiday base.
