We are only 15 minutes away from Disneyworld and all other tourist attractions are nearby. It is a 10 minute drive to various shopping centres, different outlets and great restaurants.
A swift drive of 30 minutes from Orlando International airport on the 417 route will bring you to this fabulous home which has all the home comforts you could wish for, fully equipped to all your needs including a plasma TV screen in each bedroom and a 42" Plasma TV in the family room along with a satellite system which includes all sport. Super holiday

We have stayed on Cumbrian Lakes Drive on four previous occasions but this was our first time at this particular property. It was clean, well laid out and the views to the lake at the rear were magnificent. It's a shame that previous occupants had misused some of the pans. Obviously some people have different standards when staying in other people's property. Overall the property was very, very nice.

20 minutes drive from Orlando airport west towards parks. ! Beautiful house on a gated community ! Master bedroom on suite has a stunning view on Ro lake ! Jacuzzis and swimming pool look out on to lake ! Games room Garage ! Large kitchen dining room area lounge has multi lingual TV satellite system with news and sport stations from worldwide ! 5 minutes drive to 192 which has numerous restaurants and shopping malls ! 10 minutes drive to international drive. ! A Great relaxing vacation the house has everything you require ! Definitely booking again

A little piece of paradise

My family and I spent one month here. I felt that I was enjoying a little piece of paradise. Beautiful house, great comfort, the lovely lake, the fountain that lights up, the moon shimmering off the water in the evenings. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was pure bliss. I will return!

Great for golfers, families & tourists alike!

Enjoyed a fortnight stay in Sunny Kissimmee in Florida at this wonderful property at Cumbrian Lakes. Easy access to the many golf courses in the area and to all the other fantastic leisure activity destinations in the near vicinity. The house is situated within a short drive of all the theme parks and the rest of Orlando. Within the house the rooms are generously proportioned and all come with TV screens. The rear of the property has views of the lake and a private swimming pool and hot tub. Would recommend this property to anybody planning a holiday to Florida as it really does suit all needs.

A 5-star home all-around!

I had a great time! The house was clean beautiful and comfortable. A nice view of the lake. The shopping centers and restaurants were near by. The internal garage has been converted in to a games room which was fun in the evenings. Beautiful views of the sunset from the bedroom balcony in the evenings. A 5-star home all-around. I will certainly stay here again!

The complete package! Absolutely lovely.

I spent 3 weeks at Cumbrian Lakes and had a wonderful time all the shops and restaurants were close by - just a short drive away. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and evenings in the hot tub and the beautiful views from the balcony. Overall everything was just lovely. I would definitely recommend the house as a vacation home.

Fantastic, spacious property. Ideally situated!

Fantastic property ideally situated for all activities and amenities in the Orlando area. The rooms are spacious with an en suite in the master bedroom. The house has all modern conveniences including all laundry and kitchen facilities. There are plenty of activities within the house including a games room, pool and jacuzzi. Perfect for family holidays!

Ideal location. Very quiet and secluded with a fantastic view of the lake. Jacuzzi and swimming pool to relax in. Easy access to all the theme parks (no sat navs required) very well sign posted. Plenty restaurants to choose from and great shopping all within 10 minutes drive. The Villa has all that you need for the family including a game's room with a pool table and dart board. A gorgeous, picturesque, spacious gem!

An absolute treasure! Comfort, lounging and luxuries aplenty for the adults, and a bevy of indoor games (pool, darts, boardgames, foosball) for adults and kids alike. The view from within the netted patio or atop the spacious open-air balcony was picture-perfect Florida! Just what I'd always imagined. All main attractions were within a 30 minute drive, and you couldn't go 10 minutes without being greeted by shopping, restaurants & entertainment galore. Highly recommended. A++

Wonderful!

The location was perfect and convenient to everywhere we love to travel to when we’re in the area. We loved there was gated access due to the fact of us coming and going and shopping and things of that nature. The home had every amenity needed available to ensure a good time as adults we enjoyed the game room . There is a lovely pool and jacuzzi available. The decor was wonderful. The home had lots of space and was clean. My family and I definitely enjoyed ourselves and we look forward to returning to this property.! The host was always available and very polite and helpful with suggestions and information provided! I would definitely recommend!

Spacious House with Spectacular Views in Quiet Community 15 mins from the Parks!

House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Backyard has fantastic water views both at pool level and the upper walkout deck and with visiting ducks and white-tailed deers at dawn and dusk. Host was very responsive to any inquiries and check in was super easy. Short 10 min drive north to restaurants, gas and groceries. Highly recommended.

Family Affair

We are Floridians who visit Orlando 2 times or more a year. We have our elderly parents living there and we try to go atleast 2 or 3 times a year. This home out of many we have rented was very homey and welcoming. Very peaceful neighborhood and loved the gated community. Pool and jacuzzi was clean and wonderful to relax specially at night. Everything was clean and tidy except I did see a lot of dead ants from the glass door around the whole family room. That was our only thing. Everything else was wonderful and so was Maurice in keeping in touch with us. Will definitely love to stay here for our next family visit.

Great place to stay for Disney Trip!

This house has everything you need for a great stay in Kissimmee! The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing after long days at the parks. The home has clearly been designed with its guests in mind! We would love to stay here every visit to Florida!

Great House, Great Location, needs a good pool are cleaning.

House was great but. I hate that word but...Upstairs was a master bedroom with master bath, it was fine my parents stayed there. My wife and I as well as 14 and 17 year old sons stayed in the other three bedrooms. Biggest problem... the sink that the three rooms shared we could not use. The stopper was jammed and would not drain. This meant my wife would take a shower, then load up all her stuff and go down stairs to get ready. Well, this was for all of us. I called to have it fixed, I was told it would be fixed the next day. The next day came and went and it was not fixed and no one told me anything. I messaged back to have the property manager tell me everyone had the time off because it was a holiday. I was not happy, AND NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE...issues with the cable not working, but why ask when you know they won't fix it. Cable and sink, besides that inside was great. Pool area. It was so dirty. I told the manager this as well and he told me thank you and the pool guy would clean it on friday, happened to be the day we were leaving. I took lots of pictures of how dirty it was around the pool. Its ashame. Its a nice house, nice location, just sad no one cared enough to do anything while we were there.

Beautiful place

The house is beautiful, clean, well kept. The owner is awesome, he answers right away and tried to help us as much as he could on everything. Only thing we didn’t like is that the AC can’t go below 72, and since is a big house it could get a little warm during the night.

The owner was AMAZING

The owner was amazing and my family really enjoyed ourselves… Really nice and quiet neighborhood… The pool was great just hated the fact the jacuzzi didn’t work… I will say the drive to the parks were about 30 to 40 minutes out.. The house was clean but the couch in the kitchen area when to sat down we keep getting bit by something… Had some issues with getting the key but Maurice was really really nice with making sure we got the help needed.

Gorgeous home

Or stay for the week at this home was great and very clean. The hot tub was hot. Pool was clean with floaters for the kids & out door bathroom & shower head. Actives in the garage was a good thing & a small little grill. Only down fall was there was no seasoning for cooking, dull knives for cooking, no extra trash bags & no extra toilet paper provided. Also when checking in I got the wrong code for the door and for the gate . Other then that it was a great time.

Family vacation

This was a beautiful home in downtown Kissimmee within a 15-20 min drive of most places you would want to go. There are shopping centers, old town Kissimmee theme park, gift shops, helicopter rides, beautiful view, also not far from boggy creek air boat adventures a must see, and about a little over an hour from the ocean.
