This accommodation is ideal for groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together or large families who take advantage of the holidays to reunite. Opportunities for cultural excursions are not lacking, famous towns like San Gimignano with its towers or Volterra, the Etruscan town par excellence, are easily reached by car along roads with very little traffic. On the grounds of the villa, there are large areas paved in terracotta floor tiles and stone, interspersed with flower beds and a private swimming pool (7x14, 1.2/2.5 deep)(01/05-10/10) with Jacuzzi area (0.90m deep) sunbeds, umbrella and night lighting. Included in the price: air conditioning, wi fi Internet connection, final cleaning, utilities (water, gas and electricity, but not heating); swimming pool and garden maintenance, 1 mid week maid service (no linens change, for weekly stays). For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning with linen change is included. To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: baby bed, highchair, local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay.
