Hög spec 3 vånings hus i en exklusiv gård utveckling ligger i hjärtat av Mudeford byn och 5 minuters promenad till Mudeford Quay / Avon Beach. Sovrummet med en härlig super king ek släde säng, duschrum, är ett sovrum med två singlar och en ytterligare sovrum med dubbelsäng ligger på översta våningen. Stort vardagsrum med balkong har platt-TV, wifi, två stora bekväma soffor, fåtölj och matbord sittplatser åtta. Separat toalett och stort fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och frukost bar sittplatser 4 ligger på första våningen. Ytterligare rum med bäddsoffa och tillgång till trädgården, toalett och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin på bottenvåningen.

Mudeford Town House

Superbly equipped Townhouse in a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk to Mudeford quay & Avon Beach. Toni was a very good host, had good communication & responded very quickly to messages.

A great location with a very short walk to the pier, beach as well as 2 excellent restaurants A lovely house with a stream at the end of the garden and a well-stocked larder A pleasant surprise on arrival for the bottle of local wine and sweets Would come back

The house was spacious, functional, clean, well equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owner made us feel very welcome and the tasty wine and food items she left was a nice gesture.

6 week stay at this beautiful home

Toni is an amazing host and came to our rescue after we were left with no where to stay following a leak at our home. She was accommodating when we needed to put up stair gates for our little one and even left us food essentials in the cupboards. I arrived at the house feeling rather stressed from the move but felt at home almost immediately. Her home is lovely, well equipped and the location is perfect for walks down the each. The outdoor space was well maintained and we enjoyed eating our dinner out their in the evenings. Parking was easy too. The perfect home away from home :)

The house is clean, well equipped, spacious modern and home from home. Excellent location to seafront and Mudeford quay. The new forest is a short drive and Christchurch town and high cliff castle highly recommended. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Beautiful home and wonderful hosts

We feel very grateful to the owners of this beautiful property who leased us the house for 5 months during the winter whilst we looked for a home to purchase. The hosts were attentive, kind and provided us with everything we needed. The property is in a wonderful location, right by Mudeford quay, Noisy Lobster and The Jetty.

Perfect beach location

We recently had a celebration for a friends 50th birthday and it was perfect! The house is fully equipped with plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. The cupboards were stocked with bits and pieces to use which was really useful. The deli opposite was brilliant for lunches plus The Noisy Lobster, Upper Dect at Christchurch Harbour hotel and The Jetty were nearby for meals. All in all a fabulous house in a fabulous location . Five stars from our whole group. Thanks again for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect property in marvelous Mudeford

Such a lovely house that you just can’t fault. Everything is there and more. A lovely area just minutes from the beach and a couple of restaurants. The house is so comfortable and feels like home straight away. We hope to be able to come back again.

A Mudeford Special

A beautifully presented town house in an ideal location within a short walking distance of a lovely beach. Also easily accessible routes to local attractions. Very much home from home with everything provided for our stay. The only comment that we would make - a list of local shops, restaurants & takeaway establishments could be provided. We lookforward to our next visit.

Fantastic house.

Fantastic, well presented house. Perfect location for a short walk to the quay or beech. Well stocked kitchen with lots of extra little bits. We went with our 2 young children and we all had a wonderful time.

Family Holiday celebrating a 60th birthday

We must say our stay was excellent, the location was perfect for walking to the beach which was to our left and the quay to the right!! Toni was a perfect host leaving so many items for our use and perfectly equipped with all daily essentials ... she was also easy to reach when we had questions.. Wonderful flat by the beach

Clean and comfortable place, and extremely well equipped for a visitor. Everything from towels to beach bags to a few beach toys, plus a nice kitchen to work in as well. An excellent base to explore from, and some nice places around the corner on foot.

Beautiful home from home

Gorgeous house unbelievably close to the beach, it was kitted out to a very high standard with everything I could possibly wish for - board games, all the kitchen appliances and an amazing coffee machine which makes the best Capucchinos. Felt very luxurious, just like a boutique hotel. Thanks to Toni for her welcoming and tips, be sure to check out the Noisy Lobster for breakfast!

Lovely property with everything you could need to hand. Fantastic location.

The owners were most helpful and the fish and chips takeaway from Alexanders was a top recommendation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the showers were all great. It was more like being in someone's home than a rental. We would definitely recommend this property and are certain we will return.

Whilst we had a 3 month stay at the house it felt like a home from home the house has every facility that you could want or need Beds very comfortable Kitchen has all mod cons Living room very pleasant with pretty balcony Short distance from beach and cafes Exceptionally clean throughout Thank you Toni & family for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house.

Family - 2 children - now grown-up, that love the seaside and spending time together. This is our holiday home and we do use it a lot - hence your dates may not always be available, but always ask!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is a well loved family house recently refurbished to a high standard. We have tons of amazing memories here from both winter and summer. We have spent lots of time on the beach at Mudeford or Avon beach and had many walks to Highcliffe castle, Hengisbury head or to Christchurch not forgetting crabbing on Mudeford quay. The house is bright and airy - we love having breakfast on the patio or on the balcony. Great to be able to park the car at the house and not need to have to drive. The shop at Avon beach sells milk in the summer and fresh bread all year round + a pub at Mudeford quay and the noisy lobster at Avon beach - just a fab house to relax in.
