Our taxi drivers will accompany you to the door of Riad Ailen. Located 10 minutes from the Madersa Ben Youssef and the souks which are the obligatory passage to access the Jemâa El Fna square. This walk will allow you to enjoy the colors, the scents, to find the small trades…. This real Moroccan house classified by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism (44/2008) with patio pool has managed to combine luxury, authenticity and modern comfort. The warm welcome and family atmosphere of this charming, carefully restored little riad will make you live a unique moment. Possibility to rent a room or the entire riad (5 rooms). Trés bon court séjour à Marrakesh!

Très bon séjour au Riad Ailen, accueil très chaleureux et convivial. Le riad est très beau et bien entretenu. Le personnel est aux petits soins, il y a toujours une présence au Riad ce qui est très rassurant lorsqu'on ne connait pas le coin. Un Riad au cœur de la Medina

Idéal pour découvrir Marrakech, le Riad est situé dans un quartier populaire à 15 mn de la place Jemaa El Fna, c’est un havre de paix dans un quartier très vivant. Le Riad est magnifique et toute l’équipe du Riad est aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Hassna et toute l’équipe pour toutes leurs gentilles attentions et les bons conseils pour visiter la ville. Et merci à Naima qui nous a concocté de bons petits plats toute la semaine Je vous recommande ce Riad 👍

Le Riad Ailen est un lieu de vacances exceptionnel. Youcef Hassna et Naïma ont été aux petits soins pour notre famille. Situé au cœur de la médina le Riad est facile d’accès et permet de profiter des charmes de la vieille ville de Marrakech à pied.

Super séjour en famille avec enfants

Famille avec 2 enfants de 7 et 9 ans. Nous avons passé 4 jours dans le riad Ailen. Situé à 20mn à pied de la place. Cela se fait très facilement. Le riad est au coeur d'un quartier , on est plongé dans la vie locale aux côtés des habitants. Le riad, petit cocon bien sympa, 5 chambres , très propres et agréables. Pas trop grand, ce qui donne une dimension conviviale. Un patio lumineux, avec des canapés . C'est aussi là où nous avons pris les repas (petit dej et diner). La nourriture est très bonne: petit dejeuner copieux, frais avec des petites variantes selon les matins (crèpes, brioches berberes faites maison). Naîma est une super cuisinère. Nous avions pas vu de suite la formule 1/2 pension que je recommande . Au delà des repas qui sont vraiment bons, c'est agréable de se poser le soir quand on s'est baladé toute la journée. Pas toujours envie de ressortir le soir, surtout avec des enfants fatigués! Nous avons été bien accueilli par Hasna et Younes, à notre écoute pour échanger sur des conseils. Toujours un mot sympa pour nos enfants. Nous avons eu aussi la chance de rencontrer les propirétaires Laure et Bernard, un couple au top ! Toujours enthousiastes et dans le partage d'expérience. Une belle rencontre et de belles personnes, Une belle expérience !

Agréable Riad au cœur de la médina

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille ( 10 personnes)nous avons « privatisé » le riad. Le riad est situé dans le cœur de la médina et en même temps tout proche d’une porte « bab Ailen » ce qui facilite beaucoup les déplacements. Nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse, l’hospitalité et la disponibilité de Younes et Naïma, qui ont toujours répondu à nos sollicitations avec beaucoup de bienveillance.

We stayed at this Riad for three days in April, the staff is awesome. They provided great service, beyond expectations. Riad is clean, beautiful but equavelent to a three star hotel in terms of amenities. Location is also a little far, about 25 to 30 mins walk from souk and Jamma and is in the older part of the city.

Un remanso de paz y belleza

He visitado Marrakech 3 veces y he dormido en 3 riads diferentes, y ninguno me gustó ni la mitad de lo que me gustó el Riad Ailen. Precioso, con unas habitaciones perfectas de tamaño y una azotea para disfrutar. El personal es muy servicial y amable y el desayuno una maravilla. Pese a que su localización no sea la más céntrica, la próxima vez que vaya no dudaré ni un segundo en volver aquí.

perfect!

We were welcomed by a homey meal, which was great after a very long travel. The rooms were so nice and very clean. Hassna helped so much with directions and making us feel welcome. She also scheduled for all taxis to train stations etc. The house is beautiful and would be fun for large group, the spaces were comfortable and the roof was beautiful.

We loved it!

The road is beautiful and clean and super comfortable, a quiet oasis in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Most of all everyone was so kind and helpful, organizing taxis and picking up train tickets for us and answering all sorts of questions! It was great to have a light bite to eat in in the morning before heading out for the day.

Looking forward to returning

Our stay at the Riad Ailen was one we look forward to telling our friends and family about. Our prelude to Marrakech was via email with the owner (who sadly we never got to meet) Who was readily available to help us with all information and questions we had leading up to our arrival. The owner had arranged our airport pick up (for a modest price) which allowed us an easy transition from the airport to the Medina. Our driver seemlessly transfered us over to Nieema (sorry if I misspelled) who not only would become one of our most treasured memories of the Riad experience, but guided us quickly to our new home away from home, where we were greeted by Nasleena, and while over some morrocan tea gave us all the information we would require for our time in Marrakech. The Riad itself was wonderful! Well located within (depending on physical wellness and level of patience) the central market. All 3 members of the Riad staff were always available for any questions we had, the facilities such as room quality, roof top salon, air con, and morning breakfast were excellent. We highly recomend this Riad, and are incredibly greatful for our experience overall in Marrakech.
