Rannanäkymä täydellinen hauskaa rakastaville perheille!

Tämän kodin kaltaisia paikkoja ei ole paljon, jotka ovat alle 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta, uima-altaalla ja järvellä. Meillä on kajakkeja, pelejä ja aktiviteetteja kaiken ikäisille ja kaikki mitä tarvitset tehdäksesi tästä ikimuistoisen loman. Tarjoamme jäähdyttimiä, rantatuoleja, boogie-levyt ja paljon muuta. Meillä on aurinkohuone näkymä uima-altaalle, jossa on baarikeittiö, ja arcade-peli 60 vanhan koulun peleistä (Ms. Pac Man, Frogger, mm. Taistelulaiva). Tässä kodissa on pääsviitti, jossa parisänky, toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi queen-vuodetta ja toisessa täydet kerrossängyt ja vyöry. Tässä kodissa on yhteensä viisi televisiota, joissa on 70'-tv olohuoneessa ja 50'-TV Master-sviitissä. Keittiömme uusittiin vuoden 2015 tammikuussa Janauryssä, ja siinä on kaupallisia laitteita.

Wonderful Spring Break

This house is amazing and met all of our needs for a fun, relaxing spring break. The location is perfect and is a short drive to restaurants and stores. We swam in the pool often, walked our dogs to the beach everyday, ran the quiet streets, biked everywhere, watched movies and had fantastic quality family time at this beautiful home. The house is located in such a nice neighborhood and we all slept so soundly every night. We loved being able to do laundry each day, sipping coffee in the all season area and we enjoyed staying in a couple of nights to cook in the gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen area. Mike was so informative, helpful and responsive for any and all needs. This house is absolutely perfect and our whole family has said they only want to stay here going forward for any other future HHI visits.

House is exactly as picture. We had the pool heated for our stay in November, which was great. Everything you need is in the house and it is very comfortable. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Felt Like Home Right Away

I can't say enough good things about this property! The house is located beside a lagoon in the peaceful community of Palmetto Dunes. The beautiful, quiet beach is a 10 minute walk away, and the owners of the house have supplied chairs, umbrellas, and canvas wagons to make the short trek there easy and comfortable. When the tide is out, the shallow tidal pools are heavenly for children (and adults!) to splash around in. The house itself is outfitted with everything you need for an enjoyable stay -- there's even a stroller and a high chair! We loved the pool and patio for long, lazy afternoons. The owner was very responsive to any queries we had. The house felt very much home, and we are planning to return next year. Thanks for a great stay, Mike!

Sweet Fall Break!

Beautiful Palmetto Dunes home on the lagoon with all the amenities we could have needed or wanted. This home definitely checked all the boxes! Some highlights...very well stocked kitchen, many games with an arcade game table, lots of towels were provided, outdoor kitchen with bar, beautiful pool area, the pool was nicely heated for a couple of cool October days, quite neighborhood and many things we needed for the beach which is only about an 8 minute bike ride. Mike was an excellent host, checking in several times before we arrived with information and a couple of times during our stay to make sure our expectations were met. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

This house was great! It was a short walk to the beach and there was plenty of beach stuff. The pool area was great and we hung out there every night. It was very quiet at this location. Would definitely recommend this place. The host was great and reach out to make sure everything was okay

Delightful Stay

We vacationed as a family of 6 with teens during TS Debby. It was our 4th visit to Palmetto Dunes, and we couldn’t more highly recommend the lovely home and its owners. The home is clean and comfortable, and the owner did a fantastic job of communicating and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely book again.

We had the best time at this house and on the island! The house was even better than the listing shows and exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a 6 month old and 5 adults and everything was perfect and easily accessible. Communication with the owner was quick, easy, and helpful. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Wonderful house in a great location! Perfect size for our family of 6. The kids really enjoyed the pool and deck. The house is an easy 5 minute bike ride to the beach. As a bonus, the house is stocked with all of the extras you will need for a fun week! Mike was great about communicating with us!

Fantastic property

Everything about the property was as listed and in very good condition. Mike was very communicative both prior to and during our stay. We loved spending the late nights in the sunroom which shielded our voices from the toddler. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

The house is as nice as advertised. Clean and inviting, like new inside. Nice beds and furniture. Great spot on the island. Easy walk to the beach and walkable to grocery and shopping by bike path. Nice selection of beach gear (chairs etc) available for use. Our group especially enjoyed the video game table on the sun porch and spikeball (game carried from the house along with chairs by pull able beach wagon) on the dog friendly beach. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

Wonderful home, right on the lagoon with a lovely pool area. Has everything you need and plenty of space…plus Palmetto Dunes offers great amenities and is an ideal central location to access the rest of the Island. Mike’s place is a can’t miss - and he’s awesome and super easy to deal with! Book and enjoy. :)

Tennis Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweet's retreat! The home is beautiful and is exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood in Palmetto Dunes is stunning. We loved the yard backing up to the lagoon and saw lots of wildlife. Mike was great to communicate with from the time I booked the property until we arrived. He even checked in to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we needed anything. We would highly recommend this property and plan to come back as soon as we can. Thank you Mike for a wonderful memorable trip for us and our son.

Beautiful Property!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The house was immaculate and Palmetto Dunes was gorgeous. There were 6 of us total (2 children and 4 adults) and we were very comfortable, we all had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the outdoor kitchen was an added bonus! The pool was very nice and was heated perfectly for some chilly October evenings. There is a back dock overlooking the lagoon and we all enjoyed watching the turtles and my husband was happy to fish off of it a few times. There is a private beach access withing walking distance and there were beach wagon/chairs/umbrella available for us to use. The property owner was great, we had a few questions during our stay and he responded quickly. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Perfect Fall Break

We had the best time staying at the Sweets' Retreat. The "3 season" porch was a fantastic bonus room that we used every day for meals, playtime, and relaxing. We swam in the heated pool every afternoon and most evenings. The beach was an easy 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes and we definitely plan to come back. Far and away, however, Mike was a generous host with excellent communication prior to and during our stay.

Beautiful and serene!!

Very clean and well maintained!! Owners very easy to communicate with. Several areas inside and out to accommodate our family. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants, but not overcrowded. Definitely would go again.

Hilton Head has all the luxuries of a tourist town without the neon lights & over-crowded beaches. We started vacationing here 20 years ago and fell in love with the small-town feel; we ride bikes to the general store and Shelter Cove. Countless restaurants, pubs, and golf courses keep us busy but quiet nights on the porch are just as fun. We can't wait to retire in the beautiful place that keeps us young and suits our laid-back, outdoorsy lifestyle.

After owning a condo in Port Royal Village for the past 10 years, 17 Full Sweep was a natural, wonderful upgrade to our Hilton Head vacation property. Large enough to house a few families but still small enough to feel cozy, we love that we can relax in the family room or have game night in the screened in porch. This property allows us to lounge poolside or play many of our outdoor games for all ages. We take pride in our home & can't wait for you to enjoy it!
