Wonderful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Tush in the Sand, which turned out to be perfect for us. The cottage was clean and ready to use the moment we walked in the door. What I really liked about it was the three minute walk to the beach and the five minute (or less) walk to the food trucks. The location is far enough from 30A that you don't hear the traffic or get caught in it, but close enough to everything. We just parked our car and walked everywhere. The include rental bikes were also a nice touch. And I can't say enough about the attentiveness and assistance of the Homeowners Collection team, as they quickly responded to my many questions and provided helpful advice from the beginning of the booking through the end of our stay. I will not hesitate to use them for future visits to Seaside (of which I think there will be many!).

First time to visit seaside

A great Seaside vacation in the home tush in the sand

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend staying with this vacation rental company. Four girlfriends that turned 50 stayed in tush in the sand. We had an overall great stay. The management staff was so helpful. The home was clean and in great shape, and the location was phenomenal! Walking distance to the beach and to the pool, two of our favorite spots. Biking and walking is a must in this town! Food shopping and fun is everything you will get! We had the concierge service of Tia Glenn and she was amazing! Helpful, attentive, and quick we were able to grab reservations, car service, Grocery delivery, and anything else our hearts desired! Hope to be back again sometime soon this was a memorable vacation to save the least!

We've stayed at many other Seaside properties and this one is just average. It was not particularly clean this time either, which was disappointing. However,location is great and Homeowner's Collection has always been great to work with, so Seaside will still be high on our list of destinations.

Nice little bungalow

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: THe weather was not the greatest but that is not the fault of Tush in the Sand! Next time we will comin in. Feb or March. Ahhh-mazing!

The 2 free rental bikes, and access to the pool and fitness center were a fantastic perk, and everything we needed was a quick walk or bikeride away. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. And whenever we needed an "extra something" Homeowner's Collection staff were quick to bring it to us. Onsite laundry is a convenience. We loved the welcome gift! And we really didn't want to leave.

Reviewer Comments: Porch chair almost broken , Small bedrooms, one no closet, one no dresser or night stands, paint peeling off walls, filthy baseboards. Pillow shams that match bedspreads are filthy and should be washed with bedspreads, one shower curtain filthy. door to washing machines won’t open as it gets stuck on wood floor, upstairs must be kept freezing to cool the downstairs bedrooms, upstairs balcony table rotted and propped up against wall, gutter super loud and splashes water onto balcony so unusable while raining and it rains often, chair in family room needs cover washed, couch needs to be replaced, second balcony has water dripping from somewhere so can’t use because floor is slippery from slime, that water is a constant drip even when hasn’t rained in days. This drip is heard in bedroom directly below. Kitchen appliances very old, nonstick pans completely scratched up because no plastic utensils . I requested a large fry pan and plastic pancake spatula so they borrowed a pan from house next door but no pancake spatula. upper kitchen cabinets have so much dust you can see it when you glance up, garbage can area needs to be repainted as it’s gross looking. ALL rugs in house filthy and probably just need replaced. Ladder leading up to upper balcony not up to code so not safe for little children. TV in one room tiny outdated so I requested to borrow one for my stay, no possible so I bought one to use for my stay.

Leeward is a cozy escape

Reviewer Comments: A beach cottage to take you to a place that you forget your worries, and all that matters is a cozy porch where you will drink your coffee, a rooftop to admire the view and a cozy living room to have a nightcap at the end of a beautiful Seaside day. Three girls got away for a girls weekend and Leeward, with its beach vibe and tasteful decor was the perfect escape. The office staff, Rhonda, were wonderful, quick to return phone calls and so helpful. The welcome basket had two of lifes essentials..Coffee and wine! The property was extremely clean. The Leeward AND Homeowners collection will be our pick for our next girls weekend getaway. Thank you Homeowners collection!!!!

The beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. The kitchen was appropriately stocked for all our cooking and their is a wonderful screened in porch for eating and relaxing. We have been coming to Seaside for years and this was one of our best!

Leeward Seaside Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this property worked well for our family. The biggest plus was it being dog friendly as the pet fee was more reasonable than boarding. The bathrooms are dated, but were overall clean. It did seem they weren't swept well before being mopped as there was a good bit of hair pushed in to corners from mopping. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and plenty of dishes. This is not a large property. It was a bit snug for two adults, a child, and a dog. The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses have seen better days. The beds would be very uncomfortable for a longer stay than just a few nights. Homeowner's Collection is a delight to work with and we will definitely use them again in the future.
