We purchased this beautiful condo in March of 2014 and it came beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! It is located 5 blocks to beach access at the King and Prince Resort and one mile from the quaint village at the pier. This condo has a lot of room with 3BR/2.5 baths, open living and dining area. It has high speed WiFi, TV's in each bedroom and the living area. Porches on back and front, 2 car garage and the best part, your own private elevator located inside the actual unit that stops on each level to unload groceries and luggage and also to be used for those that have trouble with stairs!!! And it's across from the pool!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I underestimated the convenience of having a garage on the bottom floor where we could contain all the beach stuff, bikes etc. The living area and bedrooms were spacious and everything was great. We cooked most of or meals in the kitchen and everything was handy there. The unit is right across from the pool and easy to get to the downtown with a short ride or bicycle trip. The parking at the beach access was super easy and we enjoyed our stay. We will likely come back again next summer!
This beautiful condo made for a fun week for our family including our seven year old granddaughter. A couple of questions were easily resolved by the owners and all was well. The condo is well appointed and having an elevator and washer/dryer made the stay even more enjoyable. Great location to the pool, beach access and central area of St Simons.
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were clean, And Dawn was easy to contact if we had any concerns. The neighborhood was very family oriented. We, also, really enjoyed the pool.
This house is well stocked, especially the kitchen. While it is an older town house, it overall felt clean and homey. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The elevator was a lifesaver as one guest has difficulty with stairs so that made the trip stress free. We were near the pool so it was great to just quickly walk over for a dip at the end of each day.

What a nice quiet condo, very close to everything (walk). The pool was nice and partial shaded😊. The elevator was nice as well as my mother is not a stair fan(elderly). Very Very clean. Highly recommended
The condo was lovely withe everything we needed, and room to spread out. The only downside was the distance to the beach. It was a little over a half mile, when the ad said 5 blocks. But we had no trouble with parking at several different beaches and enjoyed the pool.
Great location to beach, restaurants, and shopping! Communication with owner was excellent. Have visited St. Simons many times and would definitely stay here again.

A wonderfully appointed townhouse with all the comforts of home. Garage, private elevator, are a plus. Dawn was phenomenal in all communication and helping us to feel welcomed to her home on the Island. Great scenery, sunsets in the village, dining, adventure for everyone! Will definitely be back !
Great location to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of items in the house to help you start the trip. i.e. toilet paper, towels, extra blankets, spices , salt, pepper, coffee filters, soap…. Nice to have a two car garage.
Everything was great from the first booking until we left today. Property was clean and in great shape. Owners were quick to respond when my wife reached out prior to the trip. There was no need to reach out during our stay as everything was wonderful. Close to the beaches and downtown. The entire property was in great shape and the pool across the street from the condo was a plus! Would rent this property again without even thinking about it. I give it a 10 out of 10. Thank you for allowing us my family to stay at your property!

Stair carpet was dirty, wiped stair rails down some stain type dirt, not the worst we have seen, kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced, no scrubbing sponge, refrigerator water nozzle and ice dispenser outlets were moldy, did not use, just saying all of this for the owners to be aware! We have stayed in many properties over the years and this is a 3+ in our opinion. NOT for publication just for the owners! Mosquitoes were bad due to location, and standard bed mattress cover needs to be replaced was torn. Property is generally good
We loved the location. The directions and ease of stay was much appreciated. There were linens provided and dishwashing soap and we liked sitting on the patio with coffee and walking to fiddlers.
This property was a nice place, and all clean! Elevator is private to the unit but is only for luggage/groceries/elderly. Worked great for our one elderly person and luggage!
Private two car garage was nice, pool close by was nice, and really any location on St Simons Island is convenient - but this was particularly convenient to drive to nearby beaches and restaurants. Would stay again if we take another trip to SSI.
Perfect place for our weekend. Close enough to walk to the beaches or walk to the lighthouse area of the island (about 15-20 minutes walk maybe). Garage is large enough to fit at least one large truck or suv. Beach towels provided, but bring your own beach chairs.
We had a very nice stay! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Ample supply of cups and dishes. We especially loved the elevator! That was a huge help with loading our luggage. We wished the beach was a little closer (a bit too long of a walk for us) , but still a very short drive. All in all, we really enjoyed our visit and stay!

My husband and I have been coming to St. Simons Island for over 20 years. We love it so much we moved from fast paced Atlanta to friendly SSI in 2016. It truly is a magical island and our little slice of paradise. We were very excited to purchase this beautiful condo in the best location on the island, the South side! We absolutely love the friendliness of the island. We can't get there fast enough. We are thrilled we can share it with other's.
Why they chose this property
This condo is so close to everything! We don't need a car except to go to the grocery store. We are both avid bike riders and St. Simons is very bike friendly. You could ride for hours on end. The condo is close to both the beach and the Village. You can also walk to many popular restaurants. The location is ideal and we were so fortunate to purchase in this complex. The setting is so tranquil and beautifully landscaped. We think you will feel the same way.
