この可愛くて居心地の良いビーチハウスは、カルデラの真にユニークな場所、イアの立つ崖のふもとにあります。小さくて絵のように美しいアルメニ湾に位置し、数軒の家、レストラン、プライベートヨットが停泊する桟橋に数えられています。ヴィラは、輝く青い海からほんの数歩のところにあります。アルメニ湾を特別なものにしているのは、車でアクセスできないことです。アルメニ湾にアクセスするための2つのオプションは次のとおりです。1）この小さな港とイアの村の中心を結ぶ300段の道があります。それはステップを介して15〜20分のハイキングです。適度に体調を整え、これらの手順を実行する必要があります。 2）チェックイン、チェックアウト、滞在中にお客様を輸送するための専用のボートと船長がいます。この手順を使用しないお客様に対応できるように、このサービス（家の価格に含まれています）を提供しています。アルメニ湾からは、ボートがアモウディ湾に到着します。アモウディ湾は、シーフードレストランのある小さな湾でもあります。ただし、適切な道路があるため、車でもアクセスできます。アモウディ湾からは、車/スクーター/ ATVを使用するか、タクシーに乗って島の残りの部分を探索できます。イアの村から車でわずか2分です。イアの村には、多種多様なショップやレストランがあります。

ビーチハウスは3つのレベルで構成されています。 1階には小さなダイニングエリアと簡易キッチンがあります。ダブルベッドと専用バスルーム付きのベッドルームは後ろにあります。 2番目のレベルは、2つのシングルベッド（大きなダブルベッドとしても準備できます）のオープンロフトです。 3階は専用バスルーム付きのベッドルームです。ベッドルームにはダブルベッド、シングルベッド、子供が眠れる小さなシングルベッドがあります。海岸沿いのプライベートテラスは、良い本を読んで横たわるのに最適です。日光浴や家庭料理を楽しんでいます。家の前のビーチは火山の小石のビーチで、近くの小さな湾への水泳やカヤックのツアーに最適です。カヤックを提供します！また、いつでもイアの村まで歩いて、地元の名所を楽しんだり、レンタカーを借りてサントリーニ島の残りの部分を探索したりできます。このビーチハウスとその場所はどちらも非常に特別で、海が好きな人やペースの速い生活の圧力から逃れたい人に最適です。

Un séjour de rêve

Notre séjour s'est déroulé dans des conditions optimales: Nicoletta est un hôte attentionné, soucieuse de répondre en permanence et de façon très réactive à tous nos besoins. Son équipe est à son image: Thémis, le pilote, est adorable et Alexandre qui l'a suppléé très sympathique. La maison est conforme aux photos et descriptions et très bien équipée. Et malgré notre court séjour, la femme de ménage est intervenue plusieurs fois. Le cadre est magnifique et pouvoir profiter de la mer quasiment à nos pieds pour se baigner est le nec plus ultra! Bref, une location où vous pouvez aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Amazing place to stay

The house was amazing. The host was very responsive and coordinated so many things for us. We loved the cleaning every 2 days. Everyone was great. Would highly recommend. Such an amazing experience.

5 Stars! Lovely Armeni Bay

This property is lovely; nestled in the tiny Armeni Bay it’s quiet and beachy and a nice break from the Oia crowds. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean each night. Hosts are SO welcoming and helpful; great communication. It’s a little remote - you have to walk up a LOT of stairs to get to the Oia village and it’s not directly accessible by car - but for us, that was part of the fun and they offer a personal boat service to take you to nearby Ammoudi Bay. The boat driver Themis was wonderful and so easy to coordinate rides with. I definitely recommend this charming and peaceful house!

Wonderfull.

The villa-is excellent for healthy adults. Kids-no way. All logistics, transfers-with boat, or a taxi-absolutely awesome-same as in Japan-always on time-sharp and with no excuses. Alex-Captain of small boat:)-and Nicoletta-hostess of villa- absolutely friendly and helpful. They changend in few ours even oven!

Best host ever

Nicoletta was amazing. Helped us find places to go and ways to get there. If Nicoletta recommends it, so it. Captain Alex is amazing. Always ready at the drop of a hat to bring us to port. They even went above when the car we ordered didn’t show up, Alex stayed with us until he was sure we were taken care of. Amazing

Exceeded all expectations

In short, the house was super cute and had everything including a washer, quality bath products, comfortable beds and linens; two eating areas (indoor/outdoor) and AMAZING VIEW. This property provided everything including kayaks and a private water taxi. Captain Alex is awesome! Host and company were very responsive and anticipated all of our needs. The only negative... too many yachts in the bay blocking our view :)

Amazing place with fantastic views on the waters edge.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, the property was perfect, the boat service was spot-on. Alex was super accommodating to all our requests. We would all come back a d do visit again.

Wonderful little house on Santorini

Location very pretty, boat service excellent, house very nice and clean, good service, unfortunately there is an old broken house directly on the right hand side of the property and the vulcanic beach on the right hand site has electric wires. On the left hand site there is a very nice tavern. The island is beautiful. We really enjoyed!

Armeni House the special place

Abbiamo passato 5 giorni in questo posto speciale che si trova sotto Oia in un piccolo porticciolo con splendida taverna greca. La casa è carina e si trova direttame sul mare . È davvero un modo diverso ed unico per vivere Santorini! Con un motoscafo privato che vi porterà ogni volta che se ne avrà bisogno dal pittoresco porto di Ammoudi a casa !

Stunning location

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Armeni Beach House! Christina and Alexandra greeted us warmly & Nicoletta was so responsive to all of my questions. They are the best hosts! Having the boat was fabulous and Captain Gregory was so accommodating! The restaurant next door was great- we ate there almost every night! The location was everything we hoped for and more!

One of the best parts of our trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Armeni beach house. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed one of the best parts about our trip was the location of the house. It was amazing to wake up and walk 10 feet out of our house into the water! We also loved that we could just stay at the house for the day and still enjoy our time relaxing In the loungers. We also enjoyed the restaurant that was right next door. We would go over there for coffees, and lunch. The house was great. Everything we needed. We also loved that we had the option to get a boat ride into ammoudi bay, if we didn’t want to do the stairs.

Awesome House In Oia Santorini

A group of us spent a week at Santorini in the Armeni Beach House. Alexandra, Christina, and Capt. Alex provided us a superior service that we could not asked for more! The house location is secluded from the busy and tourist area of Oia Village which is nice. We were able to go into the water take a swim or kayaking anytime we wanted in front of the house. The food at Armeni restaurant next door was superb and price was reasonable. We practically ate there every night, thanks to Niklaus and team for great service! We definitely would go back to this house again in a heartbeat! You can either walk up the steps to Oia Village from the house or Ammoudi Bay. Watch out for the donkeys!

I am from Athens, however I have very close ties with two beautiful Greek islands Santorini and Patmos.

As my father’s family is from Santorini I spent all my summers there. Since I am a licensed tour guide, in 2004 I decided to move to Santorini in order to work there. This was a great chance to start renovating my family’s properties in order to be able to share them with people from all over the world.

In addition, many years ago, my mother visited the island of Patmos, fell in love with it and decided to buy two beautiful pieces of land, including very old farmhouses in ruinous condition, that she slowly renovated. In this way, our family and numerous friends enjoyed many unforgettable Patmos Easters and summers. Nowadays, I am responsible for the good condition of the houses that I rent out and share the beauty and special ambiance of this island with our guests.

I am very lucky since my twin daughters, Alexandra and Christina, having completed their studies abroad in hospitality management and tourism, returned to their roots in order to continue and develop what I started. Genuine hospitality, love and respect for the island, as well as the embracement of the local culture define our core values. Nowadays we all share our time between Santorini, Patmos and Athens, and have the honor and pleasure to share our family’s story and our love for these islands, with visitors from all over the world.
