When exiting the Origin Beach Report property, turn right into westbound Front Beach Road, and then another right turn just past the first blacktop lot. DO NOT park in this first lot, as it belongs to Sharky’s and your vehicle will be towed at owner’s expense. Please park in the first section of the second lot, in a space depicted by the yellow lines.

Great location and spacious condo

We had a wonderful stay at origin of seahaven. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. Everything worked as it should and the space was very clean and well taken care of. We loved the floor to ceiling windows throughout with a great view of the ocean. When we return again we will definitely booked this unit again.

VRBO will not respond to me. The host finally texted me and said he didn’t have anything to do with Emerald view to pick up keys and parking pass. I need a full refund! We had to find another place and VRBO has still not contacted me!

Vacation Perfection

This room was more than what we could've imagined. The pictures on the listing appear to be somewhat dated but that isn't the case with this unit. The room is up to date regarding decor and very spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for each of us to have our "own space" without feeling overcrowded. The room was also one of the cleanest we have stayed at. There was no residue on any counter surface and barely any trace of leftover sand, which is usually difficult to remove completely. Starter items (dishwasher pods, laundry pods, bathroom soaps, dish detergent, paper towels) are also provided which was nice, especially if you forget your own. There were also plenty of Sharkys cups in the cabinet, assuming left by previous guests, that are available to use. We left behind a few souvenir cups as well for future guests to use. This resort has 3 elevators so waiting isn't much of an issue, unless you want the main elevator every time but I recommend using the east elevator as it takes you directly beside your room. Parking has changed and the security is increased. You get one main garage pass and as long as you park correctly and within the lines, you shouldn't have any issues. As far as communication with David, he was very attentive and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. All in all, this was one of the best units we've stayed in, in our 12 years of vacationing and we will most definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

much nicer than pictures. Plenty of space. Oceanview from bedroom, kitchen, and bedroom. Easy process checking in. David was a pleasure to work with. Loved the beautiful chandelior. Was just my husband and I. Easily could accommodate 4. Could do 6, but I like having my own space. The Origin has swimming pool on 4th floor. All employees are very nice. Would definitly recommend.

WONDERFUL!!

we enjoyed our stay so much! I feel like the pictures do not do this place Justice, it was so much better in person! David was amazing at communicating with us on checking in and checking out. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the condo itself was so clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back when we go back to PCB.

Great Place to Stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the view of the ocean was beautiful! The condo was very clean and easily accessible for all your needs of the beach, local strip, and other amenities. Overall stay was wonderful, the only negative thing is it just wasn’t long enough, would absolutely stay there again!

Complete night mare

First I was sent a message days before my trip telling me my trip was cancelled and I wasn’t entitled to a refund. After an hour on phone finally I proved I paid in full and the situation was resolved. Very frustrating and stressful. The day I arrive to check in . Host sent me a message that said welcome here’s your key code . I put that code in and it doesn’t work. I call and talk to Vrbo and they can’t reach my host. I’m on phone for 4.5 hrs never able to get in condo. Or able to contact host. Vrbo offers to comp a room for the night and said I was entitled for a full refund. After spending the night in this dump of a hotel , host contacted s me and tells me I put in wrong number . I tell him I put in what you gave me. He said the number I was using was for door inside. Well that number is the only number I was given. He continued to insult my intelligence that I was the one in wrong and that he was a 100% in the right he did nothing wrong. I was also lied to and told that the condo was on the beach . It was not . It was across ss the street and no real access to beach accept through a restaurant bar across the road. My first day was a complete loss and the second day was started arguing when the host and he was unwilling to make anything right with me. I received no refund . Not even for the day we were stranded with no where to go and our kids in the sun for five hours because host still was not answering his phone. Just a terrible experience .

Location and property were great. Only complaint is kitchen pans, glasses and utensils need to be updated and replaced. We had to buy a spatula and skillet to cook breakfast. Unit had one skillet and no spatula. I would put more than two chairs on balcony. That said, place was nice and we would book again

The hotel itself was clean and nicely updated the workers were friendly and polite. The heated pool was a big hit for the whole family! Our room was perfectly clean, plenty of space, great location with Sharkys being right across the street food is amazing! The state park is a great place for families to visit if you have little ones there is an area with very shallow water and a rock wall blocking any big waves from coming to shore. Perfect spot for the kids to have fun and parents can relax knowing the water is safe! We also found a ton of awesome shells at the beach area in the state park! My only complaint was the owner of the room we stayed in said we put a massive dent in the floor. The dent looked like someone had to of dropped a heavy brick or something very very heavy. We packed clothes/shower and beach stuff. Nothing we brought with us was heavy at all or could of caused a dent in the floor! We were only really in the room to sleep and shower as it was our first time to Florida and we spent everyday out exploring/shopping or on the beach!

My family live in Indianapolis , we have been visited Panama City Beach 4 times during last 12 month. we fell in love with Panama City Beach - and we purchased the corner unit 835-837_ Origin at Seahaven - perfect for a large family. or multi family. We LOVE it!.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I are very excited to be a part of the Origin at Seahaven'. We really like the spacious design & romantic view from the oversized balcony! plus the idea of being able to walk to everything.

What makes this property unique

My favorite is the 4th floor Grand Pool Terrace and the HOT TUB. After a long walk on the beach there is nothing better than a relaxing soak in the foaming hot tub with the million dollar ocean view. LIFE IS GOOD!
We love the beach, sunsets and the fact that Origin was so close to the Pier and Pier Park shopping.
