Taste of Provence is located in Castellaro, a beautiful village of 'Ligurian hinterland, the first hill overlooking the sea, just minutes from beaches and Sanremo, in the heart of the Italian Riviera. The beauty of the place is particularly by the contrast between the Mediterranean Sea and the Maritime Alps. In a 'unique atmosphere in which light, the blue sea, the green olive trees, the colors and the scent of the countryside, our home gives you a period of tranquility and relaxation. Our oil Extra Virgin 'Olive, the fruits from our garden, our breakfasts and our cuisine are the pride of Angela and Maurizio. A perfect holiday!

Angelo and Maurizio are the most perfect hosts! The climate in Liguria is perfect in april/may. The view from the terrace is fantastic. A peaceful, quiet place. The area is beautiful with hills full of olive yards and typical Ligurian small colorful towns. Sanremo is 15 minutes by car. We forget all the stress from normal life and have had the most perfect vacation ever! Thank you Angela and Maurizio! We'll come back! One little minus....our kids miss the dogs when we come home :-))

Oben auf dem Berg 😂

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 4 Leute. Parkplatz inclusive. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut gepflegt und liebevoll gepflegt. Maurizio und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sprechen sie kein Englisch. Was für uns aber kein Problem war. Das Anwesen liegt in einem Olivenhain, gepaart mit Zitronenbäumen. Die Terrasse ist Klasse mit Beleuchtung und gut zum Essen geeignet. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Ein Auto ist jedoch nötig. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Mauricio und seine Frau.

Sommerurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Darüber ist noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan. Das Feriendomizil befindet sich zwischen Castellaro und Pompeiana und liegt abgeschieden. An sich ist es sehr ruhig, nur die naheliegende Autobahn ist zu hören. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, ruhige, schöne Gegend mit einer fantastischen Trattoria gleich in der Nähe, ein freundlicher Hund, unangenehme Mücken, besser vor schützen, schöne Ferienwohnung zum günstigen Preis!

Preis-Leistung ok

Schöne Gegend, für die Nähe an Meer und Autobahn ist es angenehm ruhig, sogar im August. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, darüber eine weitere, diese hat einen seperaten Eingang und Sitzbereich, aber Geräusche von oben sind natürlich zu hören. Außen kann man gut sitzen, es ist allerdings kein komplett abgeschlossener "eigener" Bereich. Unbedingt an Mückenschutz denken! Maurizio ist nett und unkompliziert. Preis- Leistung ist für die Riviera im August in Ordnung.

Nice stay

The apartment has everything you need but some money should be spent on a new sofa beds etc. Maurizio perfect host . The lower apartment where we stayed has basically no view. The picture in the ad is from years ago when the trees were not grown yet . Go for the upper apartment. Has a perfect view. The location is good as base to explore the coast and mountains. We had a good time

Relaxing place surrounded by wonderful olive trees

Very relaxing place protected by Nero, the friendly black dog, with very nice hosts and best quality olive oil for sale. Olive trees all around you and a wonderful lemon tree in front of the door.

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Bella proprietà, in una bella zona, alla quale però si arriva dopo alcuni km di continue curve. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, anche se abbiamo sofferto un po' il freddo e l'umidità.

Un accueil très chaleureux. Angela est très attentionnée et toujours prête à vous renseigner. Le cadre au milieu des collines couvertes d'oliviers est très dépaysant. Non loin des commodités. De belles vacances !

Tolle Gastgeberin, tolle Unterkunft, tolle Gegend

Die Unterkunft ist optimal für eine kleine Familie. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu Angela war sehr gut. Sie war immer für uns da und hat geholfen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge zu einem der zahlreichen Stränden oder in das Umland zum wandern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche. Zum Teil sogar rund um die Uhr auch am Wochenende. Ein Auto wird für Ausflüge oder zum einkaufen benötigt. Parken direkt am Haus ist möglich. Es gibt zwei Hunde am Haus die sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich sind. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Einfach eine klasse Unterkunft und mehr

Ein herzlicher Empfang, eine gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mitten im Olivenhain, ruhig gelegen, herrliche Aussicht und unaufdringliche Vermieter die jederzeit behilflich sind, was braucht man mehr. Wir haben hier ein paar wunderschöne Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Tipp : Das Olivenöl ist Spitzenklasse.

Klar zu empfehlen!

Schön eingerichtete und gestaltete, gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung mitten in Olivenhain in der Mitte zwischen den Ortschaften Castellaro und Pompeija. Vermieter(in) ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, verkauft übrigens exzellentes Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung! Wandern kann man praktisch von der Wohnung ab. Zum Meer (Riva di Ligure o. Arma die Taggia) sind es 4 km zu fahren. Der Fußweg in die nächsten Ortschaften beträgt ca. 20Min. Auf der Terrasse nimmt man bei Stille die Autobahn als dezentes Hintergrundgeräusch wahr, Schlafräume sind davon jedoch abgewandt. Insgesamt überdurchschnittliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und klar zu empfehlen.

Belle maison calme et confortable

Nous avons passé une semaine relaxante avec autour de nous la montagne et en face vue plongeante sur la mer. La maison était parfaite avec tout le confort. Angela et Maurizio ont été aux petits soins pour nous, ils sont adorables, serviables et très disponibles.

La locazione e' molto tranquilla e rilassante. Ottima per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno lontano dal caos,ma con la possibilità di essere al mare in soli 15 minuti. Adatto anche per ina vacanza in moto.

extension indépendante d'une très jolie maison de montagne

Nichée au sommet d'une colline, cette ravissante maison isolée offre calme et tranquillité au voyageur. On y a tout le confort grâce à l'équipement complet qu'elle possède. Toutefois si quelque chose venait à manquer, certain qu'Angela se ferait un plaisir de trouver une solution tellement elle est gentille et serviable.Toujours accessible pour de bons conseils.nous avons trouvé l'endroit bien situé pour visiter la région et profiter des plages du coin. Excellent rapport qualite/prix.

Pfingstfamilienurlaub ...

..... wo die Berge das Meer küssen. Wunderbare Region zum Wandern, Baden und Städte erkunden. Schön renovierte und liebevoll gestaltete Erdgeschosswohnung, gut ausgestattet und somit bestens geeignet zur Selbstversorgung und Entspannung. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Für Einkäufe und Ausflüge muss man immer ein paar Serpentinen überwinden (ca. 300 Meter über Meeresniveau). Ein Auto ist also aus unserer Sicht notwendig. Schee war die Zeit :)
