Personal Opinion

Overall, apartment size good but would be more appealing if modernised. Kitchen small and the cooker was only a basic electric item, the size of a small microwave, which was on the limited counter space. Found this too problematic so used microwave or stir fried food. The Hob needs getting used to as well. It was unclear which switch related to which ring as the markings were eroded from use and cleaning. Ignition required a match or spark-gun to the rings so I would advise learning fast to avoid blow-back. But again, that could just be me. There are enough utensils, although well used and often determined to retain half of what I had cooked, but that could be a fault of my cooking. As there was only me I adapted, but more people might find difficult unless eating out instead. The view from the balcony was amazing. I did find that the seating on the balcony was not as comfortable as I would have liked. All hard-backed chairs with cushions that needed replacing. Apartment is central to shops and restaurants, and lift access good. For my five week stay, work was going on in other apartments which was continuous and noisy... I think total re-fits, according to skip numbers and debris inside. It didn't help that I had a 'bug' after arriving which meant I was in the apartment more often to over the following weeks. I found the owners pleasant and helpful and they brought me bags of satsumas each week. That was very thoughtful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the location.

Très bonnes vacances à Altéa

Nous avons passés un super séjour à Altéa près d'alicante. Appartement très bien agencé et moderne - Très belle plage, face à l'appartement, qui donne qu'une envie" c'est d'y revenir" - Très bon séjour. Bien située avec de nombreuses animations, commerces et festivités.
