208 Panferio Drive è gestito professionalmente da Paradise Beach Homes.

Il cottage pet-friendly ha un cortile recintato, grande spazio all'aperto / ponte e cucina gourmet. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, mentre il bagno principale ha una doccia a vapore e vasca da bagno zampa. La zona giorno ha un soffitto con travi a vista, una grande TV a schermo piatto e molte finestre per una buona illuminazione naturale. La cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito, una stufa a gas vichingo e un buon spazio di lavoro. La camera da letto numero 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera da letto numero 3 ha due gemelli. Queste camere condividono un bagno in sala con la zona giorno.

C'è un patio coperto fuori della cucina con posti a sedere supplementari per mangiare all'aperto. I ponti anteriori e posteriori sono perfetti per un caffè mattutino o un cocktail pomeridiano.

I love the wrap around deck even though we didn't get to enjoy it as much due the weather and the mosquitos. Definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the decks and the hammock. A short walk to the beach and some great breakfast places. I really enjoyed the outside shower when returning from the beach! The beach area was very clean with great water. We plan on returning!

Great escape close to all the action.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

We were able to walk to the beach and bars/restaurants, so rarely had to use our car. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Pensacola.

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

I felt safe walking the area with my dog. Good location, close to restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. Would highly recommend and would return!

Beautiful home in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Panferio 208 was a comfy, cozy home on the sound side of Pensacola Beach close to the shopping and restaurants in the area. The accommodations were great and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our pets . We were visiting family in the area and although the weather was cool (March) we could still enjoy the scenery, the full moon and the sunsets!

Convenient and quiet bungalow

My family did the Polar Plunge. The water was freezing but we want to try new things in 2024. The only draw back was we could not watch football games in the bedrooms.

We loved the up to date kitchen and appliances and we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning. It was way better than staying in a hotel. There was a quick walk to the beach where we captured some great pics of the waves. We dined at Peg Leg Pete's with a party of nine and everyone enjoyed the meal.

Amazing weekend getaway

The weather was a little chilly but we enjoyed were able to enjoy the beach and family time playing games. We really enjoyed the local restaurants, a couple of our favorites were Red Fish Blue Fish and Shaggys. Paradise Beach Homes staff was very pleasant and had great suggestions and ideas for making the most of our trip. They went above and beyond with the nice goody bag. Thank you for making our weekend getaway even more special.

Kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need. So happy it was pet friendly with a fenced yard! The deck was an added plus that we enjoyed. The home was very clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture could use updating/replacement. Paradise Beach Homes staff very responsive and professional!

Tropical Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Paradise Beach Homes, and this little getaway was the perfect set up to see friends, soak up some salt air and relax. We love the layout of this house and its location on the beach, close to places we love and people we enjoy. The reason for the 4 on the condition of the property is only because the reclining sofa in the house was not operational, and my husband requires his legs up due to back pain, the reason for the 4 on cleanliness is due to finding some missed spots while trying to troubleshoot the sofa issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was soo conveniently located! Close enough to walk around but far enough to be away from the traffic. The beach is about a 10 minute walk so I would suggest bringing a wagon to carry your stuff. We made the mistake of not bringing one and one of us would just drive the group and walk back. It was really the best of both worlds though. Privacy but beach access.
